This study aimed at identifying the perceptions of Islamic education teachers in Jordan concerning the use and the challenges of Darsak platform. The study sample consisted of (112) teachers of Islamic education at Marka Directorate of Education, Amman, during the academic year 2020/2021. The study sample, comprised of (30%) of the study population, was chosen using the stratified random sampling method. Questionnaire was used as a tool to gather data from the targeted group; after verifying the validity and reliability of the collected data. Appropriate statistical methods were used to analyze collected data. The study found that the perceptions of the teachers of Islamic education concerning Darsak platform lessons were generally average, whereas their perceptions concerning the platform challenges were of a high degree. The results of the study indicated that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (α = 0.05) in the perceptions of the teachers of Islamic education concerning Darsak platform lessons and challenges attributed to the variables of gender, qualifications, and years of experience. Among the most prominent recommendations of the study were that the Ministry of Education should conduct a comprehensive review of the Islamic education lessons on Darsak platform to rectify the errors that were mentioned in some lessons. It should also reupload the modified versions of the lessons of Islamic education on the platform. Further, the Ministry of Education should employ variety of methods and strategies in presenting Islamic education lessons.

<div>The study group of this research, which aims to develop The Scale of Earthquake Knowledge Level, consists of students studying at Duzce University in the academic year 2018-2019. A total of 728 volunteers, 501 of whom were women and 227 were men, was included in the research group determined by random sampling method. As a result of the exploratory factor analysis, which was completed after testing the suitability of the data for analysis, the scale showed a three-dimensional structure consisting of 19 items. The factors that constitute the scale explain 61,744% of the variance. The sub-dimensions of the scale were named based on the knowledge about the earthquake. The suitability of the obtained model was 0.072 for RMSEA, 0.93 for NFI, 0,89 for GFI, 0.041 for RMR, and 0.86 for AGFI. As a result of the reliability analysis, the internal consistency coefficient (Cronbach alpha) of the scale was determined as 0.868. It is thought that this developed scale will provide support as a tool for educational purposes. It is recommended to carry out different researches that can help to investigate the level of knowledge about the earthquake with different variables.</div>

The objective of the present study is to investigate the relationship between managers’ professionalism and (technical, human, and perceptual) skills in managers of Iran Poly Akril Company. The research is an applied one in terms of objectives, and a descriptive-correlational in terms of method. The population includes all experts working in the company in 2012 as 240 individuals among who 144 participants were selected using the stratified random sampling method proportionate to the population size as the sample size. The data collection instruments were two researcher-made questionnaires of Managers’ skills containing 22 items and with the reliability coefficient as 0.96, and Professionalism containing 28 items and the reliability coefficient as 0.95. Their validity was investigated and confirmed by professors and experts of management. Analyzing data was conducted at the two level of descriptive statistics (frequency, mean, SD, and presentation of tables and charts) and inferential statistics (one sample t-test, correlation coefficient, regression coefficient, ANOVA, and F-test).
