Technological innovation as an engine for development requires a structural apparatus to its consolidation, reinforcing the approach of innovation systems, with emphasis on the role of universities. Therefore, considering that associated with this potential are present several innovative elements, such as the Technological Innovation Centers (NITs), the incubators of technology-based companies (IEBTs) and Technology Parks (ParqTecs), and given the lack of systematization National these instruments, the ultimate goal of this study was to analyze the environment for innovation in Brazilian federal universities, through the mapping of NITs, the IEBTs and ParqTecs associated with these institutions, further outlining the relationship of these instruments with technological variables (technological scholarships and patents). We used a qualitative and quantitative approach, descriptive nature, with collection of secondary data on institutional sites of universities and the adoption of simple linear regression analysis. The results realized all 63 Brazilian federal universities and revealed that the most widespread instrument between universities are the NITs, since its presence in 86% of the analyzed institutions. Have business incubators, idealized to strengthen interaction in innovation systems, are associated with 68% of universities, enabling regional development contexts. In relation to technology parks, it was found that, depending on the expenditure required for its implementation, only 26 universities are integrated into ParqTecs. The contributions of this study are concentrated in addition to the mapping done in highlighting the distinctions between the Brazilian regions in terms of scientific and technological structure and the importance of innovation ecosystems.

ABSTRACTThis study is descriptive analitik, aims to describe the relationship of perceptions about the physiotherapy profession with the motivation to learn students of the Academy of Physiotherapy UKI. Data collection through questionnaires to students of Physiotherapy Academy UKI level 1, 2, and 3 with a sample of 53 students, then give a score of each statement of questionnaire.The result of correlation analysis shows that p = 0,584> α (0,05) ho is accepted, so there is no significant relationship between the two variables. To measure the closeness and intensity of the relationship between the two variables, test of correlation coefficient and simple linear regression. The result of correlation coefficient test (r) obtained by -0,077, lies below the value of -0.30 (very weak) thus can be said there is no relation between perception about physiotherapy profession with motivation learn student Akfis UKI. Result of linear regression analysis obtained equation: Y = 73,52 + (-0,088) X. This means that every 1 point decrease of perception value will influence motivation value equal to 0,088 times.Keywords: Perception, motivation, physiotherapy profession, and learning achievement. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada siswa Fisioterapi Academy UKI tingkat 1, 2, dan 3 dengan sampel sebanyak 53 siswa, kemudian memberikan skor masing-masing kuesioner pernyataan. Hasil analisis korelasi menunjukkan bahwa p = 0,584> α (0,05) ho diterima, sehingga tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kedua variabel tersebut. Untuk mengukur kedekatan dan intensitas hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut, uji koefisien korelasi dan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil uji koefisien korelasi (r) diperoleh sebesar -0,077, berada di bawah nilai -0,30 (sangat lemah) sehingga dapat dikatakan tidak ada hubungan antara persepsi tentang profesi fisioterapi dengan motivasi belajar siswa Akfis UKI. Hasil analisis regresi linier diperoleh persamaan: Y = 73,52 + (-0,088) X. Artinya setiap 1 titik penurunan nilai persepsi akan mempengaruhi nilai motivasi sebesar 0,088 kali.Kata kunci: Persepsi, motivasi, profesi fisioterapi, dan prestasi belajar.

Purpose of the study: The objective of the study was to investigate the relationship of the dividend payout on a firm's performance under low growth opportunities from the manufacturing sector of Pakistan. Methodology: A sample of 251 firms out of 378 manufacturing firms listed at the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), have been carefully chosen for the era of ten years from 2006 to 2015. The secondary data was obtained from the firm’s web financials and analysis of financial statements, published by the statistics department of the State Bank of Pakistan. For the persistence of investigation panel data (fixed effect) analyses were employed in this study. Main Findings: The fallouts of the analysis revealed that the dividend payout ratio has an insignificant relationship with the firm's performance in the low growth perspectives of the study. Applications of this study: The findings of the study are helpful for the financial managers of the firms facing low growth opportunities. Furthermore, the investors in capital markets can use the findings of this while investing. The originality of this study: The study focussed on the role of low growth opportunities while studying the nexus of dividend pay-out and the firm’s financial performance which inherits the novelty and originality of the study.

This study was conducted to examine the relationship of personality traits (i.e., dominance, self-acceptance, self-control, flexibility, sociability, capacity for status and communality) and Gender Role attitudes among professionals of traditional and non-traditional occupations using selected scales from Urdu Version of California Personality Inventory (CPI) and Gender Role Attitudes Scale. A sample of 152 professionals from traditional and non-traditional occupations (criteria of defining traditional and nontraditional professions were based on literature). The findings suggested positive relationship among personality traits and gender role attitudes. The linear Regression analysis showed predicting role of personality traits for gender role attitudes. The significant differences were found on personality traits, gender role attitudes among traditional and non-traditional professionals, and gender as well. In addition, implications and limitations, as well as directions for future research are discussed.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya peranan suasana kerja terhadap keinginan pindah kerja karyawan. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan PT. Hasnur Jaya Utama. Jenis pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah Purposive Random Sampling yaitu pemilihan sampel secara acak sesuai dengan karakteristik yang ditentukan berdasarkan tujuan penelitian yang berjumlah 60 orang.  Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan skala suasana kerja, skala kepuasan kerja dan kuesioner keinginan pindah kerja. Dalam penelitian ini analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil analisis peranan suasana kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, diperoleh koefisien korelasi R sebesar 0,759 artinya hubungan suasana kerja dan kepuasan kerja erat. Ditemukan juga koefisien determinasi (R2) yang menunjukkan peranan suasana kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 57,5% dan untuk analisis t observasi (8,882) > t tabel (1,672) menunjukkan  ada peranan suasana kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kemudian, hasil analisis peranan kepuasan kerja terhadap keinginan pindah kerja ditemukan koefisien regresi R (0,680) artinya kepuasan kerja dan keinginan pindah kerja memiliki hubungan yang cukup erat. Selanjutnya, diperoleh juga (R2) yang menunjukkan peranan kepuasan kerja terhadap keinginan pindah kerja sebesar 46,3%  dan   untuk  analisis   t   observasi (-7,069) t tabel (1,672) menunjukkan ada peranan kepuasan kerja terhadap keinginan pindah kerja dengan signifikan negatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa suasana kerja dan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan perlu diperhatikan oleh perusahaan agar dapat meminimalkan keinginan pindah kerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Suasana kerja, kepuasan kerja, keinginan pindah kerjaThis study purposed to determine whether there is the influence of the working atmosphere to intention turnover on employees. The population in this study are all employees of PT. Hasnur Jaya Utama. Type of sampling conducted in this study is Purposive Random Sampling is the selection of a random sample according to the characteristics that are determined based on the research goals of 60 people. The methods of data collection by using the scale of the working atmosphere, the scale of job satisfaction and intention turnover questionnaire. In this study analyzes the data using simple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis of the influence of working atmosphere to job satisfaction, the correlation coefficient R of 0.759 means that the relationship working atmosphere and job satisfaction is quite close. Also found the coefficient of determination (R2) which indicates the role of working conditions on job satisfaction at 57.5% and for the analysis of observation (8.882) > t table (1.672) which indicates means that the influence of the atmosphere to job satisfaction. Then, the results of the analysis of the influence of job satisfaction to intention turnover a correlation coefficient R (0.680) means that job satisfaction and intention turnover to have a close relationship. Furthermore, also obtained (R2 ) which indicates the role of job satisfaction to intention turnover of 46,3% and for the analysis of t observation (-7.069) > t table (1.672) which indicates means that the influence of job satisfaction to intention turnover with a significant negative . Based on these results it can be concluded that the working atmosphere and job satisfaction in employees need to be considered by the company in order to minimize intention turnover ob the employees. Keywords: The working atmosphere, job satisfaction, intention turnover.

This study investigated the main effects of service quality and price fairness on customer retention. The study also investigated the moderating role of restaurant location in service quality, price fairness-customer retention relationships. Data collected from 182 customers visiting selected restaurants located in Multan city of Pakistan. The collected data relates to the chosen variables i.e. service quality, price fairness, restaurant location, and customer retention. The significant positive results of linear regression analysis revealed that service quality, price fairness and restaurant location predicted the customer retention. The results of step-wise multiple regression analysis revealed that restaurant location positively moderated the relationship of service quality and customer retention. It also revealed that restaurant location positively moderated the relationship of price fairness and customer retention. This study may have practical implications for human resource managers regarding recruitment decisions. It may have importance for restaurant managers or owners regarding quality of service and pricing plans which are true reflection of the services provided. Similarly, they may give due consideration to the location factor while launching a food service business. On the basis of the findings of the study, conclusions have been made and recommendations and directions for further research have been offered.

The purpose of this study was to examine the role of organizational commitment in mediating the relationship between budgetary participation and managerial performance in academic officials at private universities in Bandung. This type of research is explanatory research. The sample in this study was 132 private university officials in the city of Bandung. In this study, the data collection method was a questionnaire, and the data analysis used in this study was simple linear regression analysis. The results show that. Budget participation, organizational commitment, and managerial performance are in a suitable category and positively affect. While organizational commitment can mediate the relationship between budgetary participation and managerial performance, one of the commitment dimensions does not affect, namely, continuity commitment.

This study aims to find empirical evidence to support the notion that there is a connection between the budget emphasis and the potential budgetary slack. In this study, there were 65 respondents (out of a potential pool of 872 employees of the regional water supplier for Malang city). Of the 65 questionnaires distributed, 57 were returned fully completed. The data collected was then analyzed using the Product Statistics and Services Solution (SPSS) application program. This study uses a simple linear regression analysis technique to measure the impact of the budget emphasis variable to budgetary slack. The results show that the budget emphasis produced a positive effect on the incidence of budgetary slack, however when the budget emphasis is too tight it can cause aberrant behavior in subordinates owing working pressures to achieve set targets.  Keywords: Budget Emphasis, Budgetary Slack

Dinoflagellata was included in one of microalgae groups which are on waters of the sea and the river, it can be found on detritus floats, sediments, and also swim freely. This research done on May – June 2018 at waters of the mangrove bay village, Bintan Regency, Riau Island Province. The aims of this research was to know relationship between organic material concentration toward abundance of toxic benthic dinoflagellata on sediment. In addition, to analyzed organic material concentratin and amount of abundance of toxic benthic dinoflagellata on sediment in waters of Teluk Bakau. The method used was survey method which is the location of sampling is done by pursosive sampling. Measurement of water quality sampling done at any point, the surface water temperature range 31-33oC, 28-31 ‰ salinity, pH 8-9 and the current speed from 0.045 to 0.051 m / det.Perairan predominantly sandy gravel sediments, making an average of organic materials ditemukn at each station is 0.027%, 0.043%, 0.033%, 0.024%. The result of this research found 3 genus of toxic dinoflagellata, which are Prorocentrum, Gambierdiscus, and Ostreopsis. Poisonous dinoflagelatta can produced a several types of toxic that found the sea. The highest of abundance found at station 2 on 75,615 sel/m2 and the lowest found at station 1 on 35,176 sel/m2. the results of simple linear regression analysis the relationship between the concentration of organic material with the abundance of dinoflagellates has a positive relationship with the regression equation y = 32,913 + 556,13x

The operational wheels of the Community Economy, to achieve the goals of Prosperity and prosperity must always be well managed, so that the process of achieving goals can run smoothly. This research uses quantitative research or all data is expressed in numbers. To obtain data to compile research, the authors conducted research on PKH Beneficiary Groups, Air Kumbang District, Kab. Banyuasin. To see the effect of PKH Social Assistance (X) on the Level of Welfare of the Village Community in Sideomulyo (Y), a simple linear regression analysis was used with the help of the SPSS program and a correlation test to test the relationship of the independent variable (X) to the dependent variable (Y) significantly. Based on regression analysis simple, the following equation can be generated: Y = a + bx = 33, 043 + 0.235 X It can be seen that the t value is 4.168, while the t table is 1.66412. In accordance with the t test formula, if t count> t table then Ho is rejected so that it can be seen that the PKH Assistance variable (X) 1 and Village BLT have a significant effect on the Level of Community Welfare (Y). while the results of the correlation test are as follows: correlation (r) = 0, 299 and probability (p) is significant at p <0, 05. According to the formula, if probability (p)> 0.05 then H0 is accepted, meaning that there is no relationship If the probability (p) <0.05 then H0 is rejected, it means that there is a relationship. For KPM PKH and BLT recipients in Tirta Mamkur Village, Air Kumbang District, Kabupate. Banyuasin, in order to use PKH and Village BLT assistance from the government as appropriate in accordance with applicable regulations. And because PKH is a conditional assistance from the government, KPM PKH must be able to properly optimize PKH assistance for its basic needs.

Inflation and poverty are important indicators in the economy, the pace and growth are always strived to be low and stable so as not to cause macroeconomic diseases which will later have an impact on instability on the economy. This study aims to analyze the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The independent variable in this study is inflation while the dependent variable is poverty in the City of Bima in the period 2013-2018. The sample in this study is in the form of inflation and poverty data for the past 6 years, namely from 2013 to 2018. The data used in this study are in the form of a list of tables regarding inflation and poverty for 6 years obtained from the Office of the Statistics Indonesia (BPS) office in Bima City.  The data used are secondary data and the method used is simple linear regression analysis, simple correlation coefficient, simple linear determination and t-test (2 parties) using SPSS Version 20.0 to get a comprehensive picture of the relationship between one variable with another variable. The results showed that inflation had no effect and was not significant on poverty in Bima City.
