The state of Sarawak is no exception to the Hadrah’s performance which has indeed been received in North Peninsular Malaysia such as in Perlis, Kedah, Perak and Penang. Hadrah performance is a form of public entertainment that is still widely welcomed. The performances are still being presented at weddings as well as in other occasions. Therefore, this study aims to analyse the implicit meaning behind the performance of Hadrah through the ethnography communication approach of S.P.E.A.K.I.N.G (for setting and scene, participants, ends, acts sequence, key, instrumentalities, norms, & genre) by Hymes (1972) as well as to exhibit other cultural elements that permeate in the performances of the state in Sarawak such as involve elements of metapragmatic, language and community as well as metaphors and languages that should not run in a performance. The data collection was carried out through two methods: library research and field research. The study found out that the performance of the Hadrah is not only a feature to entertain guests but rather implicitly because the selection of songs in the performance complements the aspects of advice and irony that should guide listeners especially newly married couples.

Indonesia Train Company or PT Kereta Api Indonesia (hereafter referred to as PT. KAI (Persero) is a State Owned Campanyor Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN), which needs resources to carry out its business. To boost its capital, PT.KAI (Persero) leases its unused land located along the railways that have been closed due to ineffectiveness or the decrease in the operation. This lease carried out overeither certified or uncertified land. Although many of the trains in West Sumatra no longer work since independence, PT. KAI (Persero) still leases land. The lease is done in the form of lease quotation document whose format is solely determined by PT.KAI (Persero), similar to a standard contract. In such quotation, the state is leaser and the leaseholder is only obliged to pay for the lease and enjoy / use the land without a balanced agreement. This situation raises the following question: does the arrangement and status of right and lease of land by PT.KAI (Persero) to the public haveany legality / legal validity? The studydraws on socio-legal data, both primary and secondary obtained through library and field research. The research was conducted in Regional Division II of West Sumatra with land tenants / users of lands thatare deemed as assets by PT KAI (Persero). The site was chosen purposively. The results reveal that the leases of PT. KAI (Persero) arein accordancewith the provisions of the Ministerial Decree on State-Owned Company alongwith the Regulation on Railways. However, land leases by PT.KAI (Persero) basedon the Decision Letter from the Ministry of State Owned Company, which is not specifically intended to PT.KAI (Persero),  is illigal.

The aim of the article is to identify new trends, patterns of corruption in the system of government and develop approaches to improving mechanisms to prevent and combat corruption in Ukraine. In the context of reforming modern Ukrainian society, the study of the development of mechanisms to prevent corruption is very relevant. In addition, given the deepening socio-political and financial-economic crisis in Ukraine, corruption is a serious threat to national security. According to international experience, a mechanism should be clearly established for the selection of specialists to work in the public administration sector. An effective set of tools to combat corruption in the state are, first of all, prohibitions and restrictions. The focus on overcoming the factors of corruption that are inherent in the sphere of state structures is the improvement of mechanisms. One of the effective mechanisms for preventing corruption is preventive measures in public bodies with a number of restrictions and prohibitions.

UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur is one of the state universities as a public institution that has branding in marketing. Through branding, it can convey a message to the public and students about the meaning of defending the country itself. However, it turns out that there are still many students who are not aware of the branding of the state defense campus itself. so it is necessary to measure the awareness of the branding of state defense campuses that have never been evaluated by UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur or abbreviated as UPNVJT. This study aims to measure the level of Branding Awareness of UPNVJT students on the branding of the State Defense Campus. The method used is descriptive quantitative with the technique of collecting data sources obtained by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were all students of UPNVJT class of 2014-2020, namely 13,915. with a sample to be taken of 389 respondents. The branding awareness of the State Defense Campus is still not at the Top of Mind level so that further treatment is needed to be able to increase public awareness from users.
