The increasing level of sporting achievements is the reason for seeking new and different solutions in different areas of the training process. It is therefore aimed at enriching training content with new methods, forms or introducing a more effective organization of training classes. It should be assumed that the way to improve the effectiveness of training consists in combining developmental activities: motor skills, special motor abilities and mental abilities (Naglak 2010, Duda 2016). Among these athletic qualities, considerable reserves are recognized in the teaching-learning of special motor activities and tactics in which athlete's mental abilities are utilized. Hence, by looking for new ways to optimize the training process for players, attention is drawn to a problem that until recently was unpopular in sports learning, and whose relevance is systematically increasing, ie the need for intellectualization of the training process. The aim of the research Demonstrating the influence of conscious analysis of the movement task among football players on their performance and on the basis of the importance of thought processes for the efficient performance of movement tasks determining directions for creative teaching of the sport game as an effective way of teaching technical and tactical activities. Material and methods of testing The test group will be football players in three age categories: • Footballers (U-12) • Juniors (U-16) • Seniors In the research process, the creative method will be applied to the creative exercises (Bergier 1996, Duda 2016) based on a conscious analysis of the motor activity. Results: The analysis of the research results shows that creative teaching learners achieve better results in motion Conclusions: 1. Efficacy of motor activity requires understanding of causal relationships. 2. Mentalization of the training process increases the effectiveness of the movement of players.

The article presents a theoretical analysis and summarizes approaches to the use of kinesioplasty in the training of young football players to optimize motor activity and functional reserves of individual movements. The analysis of the literature showed that the anatomical-physiological and psychological features of the development of the body of young football players are most favorable for the development of most physical qualities of man. Based on the generalization of educational and methodological and scientific literature, it was found that the mechanisms of interaction of posture and arbitrary precise movements are closely interrelated and depend on the state of postural balance and the general center of gravity of the athlete's biomechanics. The expediency of expanding the range of means of the training process of young football players aimed at optimizing their motor activity has been studied. In the sports and training process of young football players found that it is extremely important to develop both cortical mechanisms of motor coordination and the manifestation of various forms of motor coordination in the distal parts of the body, and through muscular activity - changes in spatial, force, temporal characteristics of voluntary movement, biodynamic characteristics of the athlete's posture. It is proved that in order to obtain a positive effect of kinesioplasty methods on the optimization of coordination abilities of young players, it is necessary to restructure the pathological motor stereotype formed as a result of spontaneous development, which adapts the athlete to increase stress and energy expenditure during sports training. And the ability to regulate a variety of parameters of movements is determined by the accuracy of motor sensations and perceptions. The pedagogical experiment was carried out on the basis of FC "Kudrivka". The experiment was carried out by stretching the grass-sickle 2021 rock. It was attended by (n = 30 people) of which (n = 15 people) control group and (n = 15 people) experimental group). The age of the subjects was 8-11 years.

The study purpose was to substantiate theoretical and methodological grounds and the concept of a research program of the training process based on modeling of individual components of the young gymnasts’ training system.  Materials and methods. The study involved: 30 gymnasts – 3rd senior category, 30 gymnasts – 2nd senior category, 26 gymnasts – 1st senior category. Young gymnasts participating in the experiment received athletic titles from the 1st category to master of sports (1st c. – 18 persons, CMS – 15 persons, MS – 12), won competitions of different levels. To substantiate the research program, the study used the following methods: modeling, systems approach, methods of theoretical analysis and generalization to reveal the essence, leading development trends of the young gymnasts’ training system and to define theoretical prerequisites and methodological approaches to its further improvement; pedagogical testing, methods of recording sensorimotor reactions, methods of recording the cardiovascular system state, observation and pedagogical experiment to determine young gymnasts’ model characteristics, modes of training loads; methods of mathematical analysis (logistic and asymptotic functions) to determine the regularities of allocating the means of primary focus during motor abilities development, teaching gymnastic exercises and training for competitions; mathematical methods of planning multifactorial experiments to study the regularities of motor abilities development, teaching process and training for competitions. The obtained experimental material was processed using statistical analysis software (SPSS 20). Results. The developed conceptual approaches to determining the normative characteristics of training loads in the process of young gymnasts’ training include: analysis of the effects of different modes of training on a change in the functional state; determination of the optimal increase in the functional state indicators; calculation of a mode of training that can ensure the optimal increase in the indicators of young gymnasts’ functional state. Conclusions. The developed research program makes it possible to define the regularities of motor abilities development, teaching gymnastic exercises and training for competitions; to obtain the models of young gymnasts’ training process. As a result of implementing the research program, the study substantiated factorial designs for studying the influence of modes of alternation of exercises and rest on the effectiveness of motor abilities development, motor skills formation, and the effectiveness of training young gymnasts for competitions.

Purpose: determine the level of individual functionality referees qualifications. Objective of the study was to determine the physiological parameters characterizing the functionality of football referees qualifications. Material : mainly experiment involved 29 highly qualified referees aged 21-45 years. In the main experiment participated 29 referees and 40 assistant referees (n = 69) Ukrainian Premier League. Results: found that the means and methods that use Ukrainian football referee high qualification in the special physical training for a competition, are not effective enough. Consequence of poorly planned training process is to increase the number of wrong decisions of the referees during the match associated with poor motor activity. Conclusions: data obtained in the course of educational research confirmed our theory about the necessity of individualization process special physical training qualifications of referees, which would entail increasing the functional and motor abilities of the referees, and as a consequence of better and successful completion of the work.

An analysis is presented in this study that provides insight into a practical training process and its impact on teachers and their viewpoints toward the integrated STEM approach used in that training process, together with educational coding and robotics, over the first years of compulsory primary education, where STEM implementations are relatively new. A case study was developed by two teachers following the practical training course, including pre- and post-interviews and nonparticipative observation of their classroom practices during the teacher-training sessions. The results revealed the positive perspectives that the teachers held toward the STEM-integrated approach and educational coding and robotics, despite the difficulties that arose in classroom practice. It was concluded that the STEM approach and its methods were beneficial both to pupils and to teachers alike for improving the teaching–learning process.

This study engaged 26 preservice teachers (PTs) in research focused on students in a secondary methods course who had early field experience (EFE). The purposes of the study were (a) to determine what PTs learned about students in an early field experience (EFE) that engaged them in a structured teacher research project and (b) to examine how the teacher research process was used by PTs. Results indicated that questions about students became more refined and focused through the research process and that there were fluctuations between student-centered and teacher-centered questions during the EFE. The prevailing themes indicated that PTs came to know more about student motivation and interests, characteristics, and peer interactions. More importantly, much of their data challenged previous beliefs and assumptions about students, as PTs began making connections between their newfound knowledge of students and its implications for curriculum, instruction, and management decisions.
