In this article, non-verbal feedback is viewed as a non-verbal adolescents' communication response to a communication stimulus in the form of a message sent through digital media as a didactic tool in teaching. The theoretical considerations cover the dimensions of non-verbal behavior and the semiotics of non-verbal communication in digital interpersonal media. The second half of the article presents an empirical re-search of an experimental character, conducted in the Fifth Belgrade Gymnasium with fourth grade students. The aim of the research is to identify a communication feed-back on information whose content implies critical potential, that is, which can encourage critical thinking of adolescents in the teaching process, lead to the identification of cause and effect relationships, and to draw conclusions from the given data. The methodologi-cal framework of empirical research is quantitative. Group interviews of informative nature and open-ended surveys were used. The results of the research were obtained by a comparative method, observing, comparing and analyzing the feed-back on a mes-sage that implies the potential for critical thinking, in relation to a message that does not imply analysis and synthesis abilities, but is based on information recognition and knowledge reproduction. It was concluded that if adolescents were given the opportunity to show a critical attitude, they would respond non-verbally in digital communication in teaching. When the message does not imply the potential for incitement to critical thinking, but for the recognition of known information and simple reproduction of data, the communicative reaction in teaching is always verbal.

The paper explores critical thinking in columns as a genre of analytical journalism, taking on the peculiarities of digital media such as hypertextuality, multimedia and interactivity. Through an analysis of over eighty columns from various portals, the topics of columns in online journalism will be considered, deriving which journalists write analytically today and whether they write critically. The research sample has enabled analysis of 85 columns published in the period from July 1 to July 31, 2020 on the N1, Nova.rs and Pečat portals. Out of the total of 85 published columns in the given period, 13 columns were published on the N1 television portal, 19 on the Pečat portal and 53 on the Nova.rs portal. The main goal of the research was to determine whether and to what extent critical thinking was present on these online portals.

Background: The aim is to explore how an organisational work environment support model, the Stamina model, influences employees’ work situations and the development of sustainable work systems. Methods: It was a qualitative study with semi-structured, focus-group interviews, including 45 employees from six work groups. Eighteen focus group interviews were conducted over a period of two years. Data were analysed with constant comparative method. Results: The core category, shifting focus from an individual to an organisational perspective of work, illustrated how communication and increased understanding of one’s work tasks changed over time and contributed to deeper focus on the actual operation. These insights were implemented at different time points among the work groups during the two-year process. Conclusions: Our results indicate that working with the model engages employees in the work environment management, puts emphasis on reflections and discussions about the meaning and purpose of the operations and enables a shared platform for communication. These are important features that need to continue over time in order to create a sustainable work system. The Stamina model, thus seems to have the potential to promote productive and healthy work places.

Abstract This study explored students’ perspectives on the abilities acquired through a subject called Health Management and Social Care (HMSC), which was launched under Hong Kong’s new senior secondary curriculum. The first public examination for the subject was conducted in 2012. A qualitative design was adopted in the present study, with focus group interviews carried out with 123 students recruited from seven schools. Two major themes were identified via content analysis: (i) critical thinking and creativity in HMSC; and (ii) applications of critical thinking and creativity in HMSC with two subthemes (a) health/social care promotions on campus and (b) social services in communities. Both the implications and limitations of the study for health-related subjects were discussed.

The study of pedagogical conditions for the formation of the stage image of vocal teachers is a topical issue in the context of improving the quality of professional music education in Ukraine, as well as in the world. The purpose of the article is to study the pedagogical conditions that contribute to the effective formation of the stage image of the future vocal teacher in the process of his professional education. The methodological basis of the study is the theoretical methods of scientific knowledge (analysis and synthesis, classification method, comparative method). Also, in the context of this study, a theoretical analysis of scientific sources was conducted. The article highlights and substantiates the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the stage image of a vocal teacher in the process of professional education: the creation of models of their own future based on the activation of “I-real” and “I-ideal”; providing motivation for performing and creative stage selfrealization of future specialists; application of personality-oriented models and learning technologies aimed at developing the student's individuality and providing conditions for the development of their abilities and creative self-realization in professional activities; diversification of practical forms of organization of the educational process It is emphasized that the basis of the stage image is a combination of personal and professional characteristics and psychological archetypes, which are the basis of image formation, which should correspond to the character of the vocalist the best human qualities and powerful informational-creative potential of the person. It is emphasized that according to the personality-oriented concept of education, priority is given to the development of personality, rather than the learning process, which is an important aspect in the process of forming the stage image of personality. The practical value of the work is that the results of the study can be used to increase the efficiency of the educational process, as well as to improve the professional qualities of vocal teachers

The purpose of the article is to examine the civil law nature of electronic money. The subject of the research is the features of the civil law nature of electronic money. Methodology. Research methods are chosen based on the object, subject and purpose of the study. The study used general scientific and special methods of legal science. Thus, the analysis and synthesis method as well as the logical method were used to formulate a holistic view on electronic money, their features and legal nature. The logical-semantic method was used to establish the meaning of the concepts “electronic money”, “non-cash money”, “payment instrument”, “electronic payment instrument”. The comparative method was used when analyzing scientific categories, definitions and approaches. The legal modeling method was applied to formulate the author’s definition of the term “electronic money”. Results. The article generalizes scientific views on the civil law nature of electronic money. A distinction has been made between electronic money and currency unit, non-cash money and the right to claim. As the result it has been established that electronic money is the monetary obligation. Practical implication. The study should assist in developing the unified approach to the issue of the civil law nature of electronic money. Value/originality. As the result of the study the author’s definition of the concept “electronic money” with regard to its civil law nature has been proposed.

The purpose of this research was assess the activity of teachers, students, enhancement of critical thinking skils student,  results cognitive study, and to know student respon for learning that applied “Everyone  is a Teacher Here”strategy for cooperative models. Research used Classroom Action Research (CAR)methods. The subjects and the location of research was fourth grade students of  Hidayatul Mubtadiin Primary School, amounting to 26 students.The instrument used in this research consisted of sheet of observation teachers activities, sheets of observation of students avtivities, critical thinking skills test, cognitive results studies test, sheets of observation of afective results studies test, sheets of observation of psicomotoric results studies test, and sheets of respons students. The result showed that the activity of teacher, students, critical thinking skills, and the student’s results  study was increase significantly during two cycles with their respective percentage of completeness. Learning of applying “Everyone  is a Teacher Here” strategy for Cooperative models got positive respons from students so worthy to be applied by the teacher.

Purpose – тo generalize methodical approaches to the interpretation of the category of capitalization in the forestry complex and to identify sources of funds that can provide an additional financial basis for the capitalization of forest resources. Research methodology. In the context of this work, the method of system analysis and synthesis was used, as well as a comparative method, which allowed to determine the optimal approach to the identified issues. Scientific novelty. The article summarizes the existing interpretations of the concept of capitalization, according to which the main methodological approaches to it are highlighted, in particular, as: the process of attracting and increasing the value of any assets (resources); the process of transformation of factors of production (assets, resources) into capital; performance of the entity. The article forms directions and relevant additional sources of funds for the use of forest resources, which can provide an additional financial basis for the capitalization of forest resources (assets). Conclusions. It is established that today it is impossible to assess forest assets as a source of environmental and social functions, as there is no methodology for calculating their value. It is noted that the only approach to the assessment of forest resources is only the actual cost of part of forestry products, including by- products and in-use use, hunting, harvesting of secondary forest materials and, accordingly, capitalization of only part of rent in real sales prices. period of restoration and formation of forest stands. Trello online discussion has become one of the important strategies for the University Utara Malaysia Management Foundation Programme student to teach other students to think critically in conveying their ideas and become more proactive and creative in critical thinking subject. In a heutagogical approach, learners become highly autonomous and self-determined while learning online. They use Trello online discussion tool as self-determination learning. Trello enable the learners to use their capacity and capability with the goal of producing learners. Trello online learning was conducted to examine its effectiveness in enhancing macro critical thinking among active-reflective learning style. The students discuss and write their ideas in Trello. Ideas that are posted in Trello will be displayed in front of the class so that the entire learners in the class could see the given ideas. Paul's model was used to analyze learners' critical thinking in Trello online discussion.

This chapter describes a study that interviewed 18 participants (8 professors, 6 librarians, and 4 department chairs) about their perceptions of ‘fake news' in the context of their educational roles in information literacy (IL) within a large Canadian university. Qualitative analysis of the interviews reveals a substantial overlap in these educators' perceptions of skills associated with IL and ‘fake news' detection. Librarians' IL role seems to be undervalued. Better communication among integral IL educator groups is recommended. Most study participants emphasized the need for incorporating segments dedicated to detecting ‘fake news' in IL curricula. Pro-active IL campaigns to prevent, detect, and deter the spread of various ‘fakes' in digital media and specialized mis-/disinformation awareness courses are among best practices that support critical thinking and information evaluation within the societal context. Two other interventions, complementary to IL as per Rubin's Disinformation and Misinformation Triangle, are suggested – detection automation technology and media regulation.

Based on the assumption digital literacy needs a practical approach and actions, this chapter presents an initiative that intends to develop digital skills in a very creative way. Considering the challenge educators (for instance, teachers or librarians) face to promote digital literacy skills especially to young people in a very engaging way, some training was developed to create a possible answer to that problem. This chapter discusses the impact of that initiative that highlights the potential of humour and parody that we can find on digital media to teach digital literacy. According to some attendants, this approach was creative, engaging and built in their minds alternative paths to explore digital literacy and critical thinking.
