Internship is a fundamental period in any curriculum of university education because it constitutes the point of connection between theory and practice and an opportunity for a first approach to professional socialization. In this context, to do the internship in a suitable workplace and accompanied by a competent tutor, are key factors for a positive experience and a significant learning in the students. This article presents an analysis of the requirements that are established for the tutors of the workplaces in the Master of Secondary Education’s Internship. These requirements will be juxtaposed with previous studies around the figure of the tutor in the workplaces, which determine their relevance in the student's learning opportunity, as well as the personal and professional competences desirable associated with their function. Methodologically, it presents a bibliographic review about the internship and the tutor as an agent for the training. Later, it presents a comparative analysis at the intranational level, in order to offer a vision from the regulations that regulate this aspect in the different Autonomous Communities in the Spanish state. Therefore, an analysis of educational subsystems within a country based on a common regulatory framework is proposed. The results show that, based on state regulations, and based on the decentralization of competencies in the different communities, there are diverse requirements depending on the territory and that the level of demand is variable. These differences are especially evident in aspects such as seniority in the workplace or in previous experience in the development of the role of tutor student trainees.

The article analyzes some, in the opinion of the author, key factors that determine the nature and consequences of the coronavirus pandemic, which has a more or less significant effect on the turbulent state of the modern world, giving it special specificity, additional significance and irreversible character. Having analyzed a number of pandemic assessments and ideas popular in the scientific literature for the state and prospects of the modern world, it is concluded that with all the possible reservations in this matter, the coronavirus pandemic can be considered as one of the most important factors enhancing the significance of those tectonic shifts in the basic infrastructures of the modern world, which serve as the basis for a change in the liberal/ unipolar world order by a new type of world system. It is shown that the pandemic exposed those pain points that, by definition, are characteristic of transition periods or the so-called axial times. It is accompanied by an exacerbation of contradictions and conflicts between nations, hostility and demonization of the enemy and, accordingly, various forms of racism, xenophobia. Having critically analyzed the ideas about the revival of the positive role of the national state, the supposed end of globalization, the “post-coronavirus world”, the so-called “new normality”, etc., their author’s interpretation is given. Of course, a significant place is given to a comparative analysis of the issues concerning the forms and ways of solving the problems caused by the coronavirus pandemic by different countries.

In recognition of the importance of ensuring adequate supply of highly educated workers, many countries have expanded and reformed their educational programmes. Despite this, many manufacturing companies are struggling to recruit. Employers have to recruit and organize for trainings to bridge skill gaps. This raises questions on the preparedness of human resource with regard to supporting economic development in countries. It is also a wakeup call for universities to reexamine the kind of education propagated through systems in their countries. The chapter presents ideas on concept of enterprise education, role of university education in nurturing industrial economy, theoretical base for enterprise education, designing curriculum for enterprise education, strategies for incorporating enterprise education in university curriculum, available opportunities for universities to embrace enterprise education, and the likely challenges. The final part of the chapter presents progress by universities in embedding enterprise education and implications for educational theory and practice.

Sustainable Human Resource Management (HRM), has the potential to facilitate organisations development of principles, policies and practices for the challenges of the 21st century. However, to do this we argue a fundamental element in this process has yet to be fully addressed and incorporated into the theory and practice of sustainable HRM; this is employee voice. Additionally, the actual and potential role of trade unions in facilitating employee voice is yet to be conceptualised within sustainable HRM literature. We argue that the development of effective employee voice mechanisms is vital in the implementation and maintenance of sustainable HRM. In this conceptual paper, we outline the nature of the voice architecture, the impact of the employment relationship on voice mechanisms, how it can be effectively measured, and propose a framework for further exploring these concepts. These key factors we identify as critical in implementing and assessing the effectiveness of the relationship between employee voice and sustainable HRM, to potentially serve as a basis of future research into sustainable HRM.

The main purpose of this article is to study the role of the Russian Museum in the formation of the historical consciousness of Russian society. In this context, the author examines the history of the creation of the Russian Museum of Emperor Alexander III and its pre-revolutionary collections that became the basis of this famous museum collection (in particular, the composition of the museum’s expositions for 1898 and 1915). Within the framework of the methodology proposed by the author, the works of art presented in the museum’s halls were selected and distributed according to the historical eras that they reflect, and a comparative analysis of changes in the composition of the expositions was also carried out. This approach made it possible to identify the most frequently encountered historical heroes, to consider the representation of their images in the museum’s expositions, and also to provide a systemic reconstruction of historical representations broadcast in its halls.
