Understanding Indonesian People through Literature: Indigenous Psycho-Sociology Perspectives

Indigenous studies are currently attracting humanities researchers, one of which is the field of literature. Literary researchers explore the locality contained in literary texts through the perspective of indigenous studies. In this regard, this study explored Indonesian literature through the perspective of indigenous studies. The theory used in this study was literary criticism associated with indigenous psychology and indigenous sociology. The data source used was the Rafilus novel written by Budi Darma. The research method used was qualitative because the researchers emphasized the interpretation of the text. Data analysis techniques included the stages of indexation, reduction, exposure, and interpretation. The results showed that the character Rafilus displays the psychological side of indigenous people of Java through segmentation: friendliness dan politeness in life, self-awareness in life, a simple life desire, and loves to learn.

Teacher's Perception

This research is a qualitative study aimed to describe the teacher's perception of pop-up book media when applied to the material building space in the V grade elementary school. The research method of using qualitative descriptive with the research data source is the teacher of grade V in elementary school Tanjungsari, namely VA and VB. The data collection techniques used are online interviews through the WhatsApp app. Data analysis techniques using the technical of Miles and Huberman are data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions. The result of this study raises positive perceptions of class V teachers. The Media pop-up book is interesting to apply to material solid figure in class V, seeing students who are always interested in new things, because this media has not been used, so that the media pop-up book is very good to be applied in class V, in order to support the creativity of students, so that students will be happy and think critically in the process of learning math material solid figure.

The Subject

Writing this article backed by multi interpretation problems raised by a text, especially literary texts. Multi interpretation is inseparable from the consciousness and unconscious of the subject of the author, as well as the process of reconstruction by the reader. Based on this article this article aims to describe the results of deconstructing binary opposition readings on the story of Kritikus Adinan by Budi Darma. The data source used is the story of Kritikus Adinan. The research method used is descriptive analysis with the theoretical perspective of deconstruction of Jaques Derrida. Based on the findings and data analysis, the results show the following. First, the deconstruction readings of the Kritikus Adinan can not be separated from the word-scoring process as Jaques Derrida puts it in deconstruction theory. Secondly, the reconstruction of Kritkus Adinan’s story leads to unfamiliarity but leads the reader to discover the marginalized texts. Third, based on the results of deconstruction reading in the story of Kritikus Adinan, there is a binary opposition that has been denied and broken by the author by presenting a reversal of fact. Suggestions that can be recommended are many other literary works that are worthy and important to be reviewed by other researchers to uncover the phenomenon of reversing the facts by the author.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengidentifikasi citra perempuan pada kumpulan puisi Milk and Honey karya Rupi Kaur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan kritik sastra feminisme. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik simak catat. Sedangkan tahapan penelitian data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data. Citra perempuan diklasifikasikan menjadi tiga aspek, yaitu fisik, psikis, dan sosial. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa citra perempuan tidak hanya memberikan gambaran mengenai tingkah laku, mental, dan sosial perempuan, tetapi juga memperlihatkan gambaran mengenai berbagai permasalahan yang dihadapi perempuan di dalam masyarakat patriarki. The purpose of this study was to describe and identify the image of women in the collection of poetry Milk and Honey by Rupi Kaur. The research method used is a qualitative method using feminist literary criticism. The data collection technique was carried out using the note-taking technique. While the data research stages are carried out using data analysis techniques. The image of women is classified into three aspects, namely physical, psychological, and social. The results of the research and discussion show that the image of women not only provides an overview of women's behavior, mental and social, but also shows an overview of the various problems faced by women in a patriarchal society.

The research method used is a quantitative method. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to 389 restaurant visitors. Data analysis techniques using Conjoint Analysis. This study uses qualitative methods, which have natural characteristics as a direct, descriptive data source, the process is more important than the results, analysis in qualitative research tends to be done in inductive analysis and meaning is essential. Data collection in this study are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the data analysis are in the form of exposure relating to the situation being studied and presented in the form of narrative descriptions. The results of the research in the field show that BUMDesa in Gudangkahuripan Village, Kec. Lembang Kab. West Bandung shows quite encouraging developments, especially in the PAM, Trade, Tourism, Parking, Animal Husbandry and Copy Photo sectors (although management is not fully managed by BUMDesa). But in the agricultural sector it can be said that it has not been touched at all. With the establishment of BUMDesa, the level of economic growth in the community feels better, but unfortunately the economic growth has not been evenly felt by most farmers, especially in terms of minimal capital and insights into traditional gardening techniques.

ABSTRAKPenelitian yang berjudul Merunut Leadership Characters Raja-Raja Jawa Berdasarkan Manuskrip Klasik dan Implementasinya pada Kepemimpinan Masa Kini ini bertujuan untuk: mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan para raja Jawa yang terkandung dalam manuskrip Jawa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan dengan sumber data berupa manuskrip klasik Jawa yang berjudul Serat Wedhatama dan Serat Wulangreh. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan, Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan, didapatkan simpulan bahwa leadership characters yang paling ditekankan dalam dua karya sastra karangan raja-raja Jawa ini berturut-turut adalah: rendah hati, waspada, sabar, taat beragama, prihatin, suka bekerja keras, mampu mengintrospeksi diri, berpendirian teguh, menjunjung tinggi nilai kesusilaan, tekun, santun, dan lain-lain.Kata kunci: karakter kepemimpinan, raja, Jawa, manuskrip ABSTRACTThe research entitled Leadership Characters of Java Kings Based on Classical Manuscripts and Its Implementation on Today's Leadership aims to: describe the values of the leadership of the Javanese kings contained in the Javanese manuscripts. This research uses literature research method with data source in the form of Javanese classical manuscript entitled Serat Wedhatama and Serat Wulangreh. Based on the results of the discussion, the analysis is done by using qualitative analysis techniques. Based on the results of the discussion, it is found that the most emphasized leadership characters in these two works of literary essay of Javanese kings are: humble, alert, patient, devout, concerned, hardworking, able to introspect, uphold the value of decency, diligence, courteous, and others.Keywords: leadership characters, kings in java, manuscript

This study aimed to describe the form of word classes that was deeply conformed in the Tukang Besi Island languange, Kaledupa dialect at Wakatobi Regency. This research method was qualitative descriptive method. The data source was taken from the native speakers of Tukang Besi Island language, Kaledupa dialect and it was in oral data. Methods and techniques of data collection were observation methods with participantive observation techniques, recording , and noting techniques. Data analysis techniques were data selection, data classification, meaning, and data analysis. The results proved that the form ofhomonimic word class in Tukang Besi Island languange, Kaledupan dialect were adjectives with nouns, nouns with nouns, verbs with adjectives, verbs with nouns, nouns with numerals, verbs with verbs, verbs with adverbs, particles with nouns. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan wujud kelas kata yang berhomonim dalam Bahasa Kepulauan Tukang Besi Dialek Kaledupa di Kabupaten Wakatobi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber datanya diambil dari para penutur asli bahasa Kepulauan Tukang Besi Dialek Kaledupa dan jenis datanya berupa data lisan. Metode dan teknik pengumpulan data, yaitu metode observasi dengan teknik observasi partisipatif, teknik rekam, dan teknik catat. Teknik analisis data, yaitu penyeleksian data, pengklasifikasian data, pemaknaan, dan penganalisisan data. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa wujud kelas kata yang berhomonim dalam bahasa Kelupauan Tukang Besi Dialek Kaledupa, yaitu adjektiva dengan nomina, nomina dengan nomina, verba dengan adjektiva, verba dengan nomina, nomina dengan numeralia, verba dengan verba, verba dengan adverbia, dan partikel dengan nomina.

Abstrak Analisis melalui tinjauan wacana merupakan salah satu kegiatan praktik dalam pembelajaran mata kuliah pragmatik. Ruang lingkup permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah tinjauan analisis dalam wacana “Debat Capres–Cawapres 2019”. Penelitian ini dirancang untuk mendeskripsikan hasil analisis yang terdapat dalam wacana. Penelitian ini menggunakan data penelitian tentang bentuk penggunan bahasa yang digunakan dalam komunikasi. Sumber data yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wacana “Debat Capres–Cawapres 2019”. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode qualitative-descriptive research. Subjek penelitian ini yakni Mahasiswa PBSI FKIP UNISSULA. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui analisis wacana “Debat Capres–Cawapres 2019”. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data dengan model siklus interaktif berupa penyajian data kemudian melakukan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian akan diimplikasikan dalam mata kuliah Pragmatik PBSI FKIP UNISSULA Abstract Analysis through discourse review is one of the practical activities in learning pragmatic subjects. The scope of the problem in this study is a review of the analysis in the discourse "2019 Presidential Candidates-Presidential Candidates". This study was designed to describe the results of the analysis contained in the discourse. This study uses research data on the form of language used in communication. The data source that will be used in this study is the discourse "2019 Presidential Candidates-Presidential Debate". This research method uses qualitative-descriptive research method. The subjects of this study were PBSI FKIP UNISSULA students. Data collection techniques were carried out through the discourse analysis "2019 Presidential Candidate-Presidential Debate". In this study using data analysis techniques with interactive cycle models in the form of data presentation then draw conclusions. The results of the study will be implicated in the Pragmatic PBSI FKIP UNISSULA course

This research is based on the development of feminism values in the community. In a patriarchal environment, women have a low position compared to men. Women are subordinated in various fields of life, such as in the fields of education, social affairs and economics. This study aims to describe the values of feminism contained in the novel “Merry Riana: Mimpi Sejuta Dollar” by Alberthiene Endah. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study with a feminist literary criticism approach. The research method used is content analysis with data collection techniques read and record. The data source in this study is the novel “Merry Riana: Mimpi Sejuta Dollar” by Alberthiene Endah. Based on the results of the research, in the novel “Merry Riana: Mimpi Sejuta Dollar” by Alberthiene Endah there are values of feminism which include: (a) the value of feminism in education, (b) the value of feminism in the social field, and (c) the value of feminism in the economic. This study discusses the types and forms of command sentences in the kangdap Banjar base kambang Banjar 'Satipis Apam Barabai' and the meaning of the command sentence in the Banjar kisdap kambang Banjar bases' Satipis Apam Barabai. 'Satipis Apam Barabai' and the meaning of the command sentence in the floating kisdap kangdap Banjar base 'Satipis Apam Barabai.' The research method uses descriptive qualitative methods with content analysis techniques. The data in this study are in the form of utterances containing command sentences contained in Kambang rampai kisdap basa Banjar “Satipis Apam Barabai” by Hj. Ida Komalasari. The data source in this study is Kambang rampai kisdap basa Banjar “Satipis Apam Barabai” by Hj. Ida Komalasari was published by the first printed Artikata publisher in December 2018 with a 112-page book thickness. The results showed the types of command sentences contained in the floating kisdap Banjar Satipis Apam Barabai bases there are four types, namely strict command sentences, ordinary command sentences, fine command sentences, and prohibited command sentences. The command sentence that is in the Banjar base kisdap ‘Satipis Apam Barabai’ means to rule, order, ask, and forbid.

This study aims to determine how the utilization of the Testimonium De Auditu testimony and the Unus Testis Nullus Testis can be legally justified in the disclosure of the crime of sexual abuse of children. This legal research method is normative or doctrinal legal research. The main data source is secondary data, which includes primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. Data analysis uses data analysis techniques that are legal interpretations so that conclusions that are objective and systematic are obtained as answers to the problems studied. The results showed that the testimony of Testimonium De Auditu and unus testis nullus can be used to reveal criminal acts with additional evidence, in order to increase the judge's conviction to issue a decision.
