Purpose: This study aims to map the level of family welfare in the Wajak District. Methods: This study uses a survey method with a mixed-method approach. The data used in this study is secondary data regarding HDI (Human Development Index), ISSI (Infrastructure Service Satisfaction Index), and EQI (Environmental Quality Index). The population in this study was all villages in Wajak District, which amounted to 13 villages. Then with the sampling technique using simple random sampling, the village selected as the sample for analysis is Bringin Village. The data analysis used in this study includes biplot, cluster, and IPA analysis. Findings: The result of this study is that the level of welfare of the community in Bringin Village is said to be quite prosperous, this can be seen from the results of mapping the variables of religiosity, entrepreneurship, and service quality showing that cluster 1 is quite prosperous with 39 members, while in cluster 2, which is less prosperous, there are 11 members. Originality: The outputs obtained for the Wajak Rural community include a mapping related to the level of family welfare and its distribution in various areas in the Wajak District area.

The development modes of transportation in Indonesia led to competition in the various modes such as by land; sea and air were increasing. Railway is one mode of transportation, especially as the most dominated by the passenger in Bandung. Due to higher competition pattern, efforts were made to improve passenger satisfaction. Various complaints can occur, and will increase if not addressed promptly so that the company should seek to restore service (service recovery) that passengers are satisfied. This study was conducted to determine how the implementation of the program service recovery Argo Gede Train, perceived satisfaction of passengers and how much influence the program service recovery on customer satisfaction.The object of this research was Argo Gede Train passenger route Bandung-Jakarta. The independent variable in this study was a service recovery program (X), and the dependent variable was customer satisfaction (Y). The type of research was descriptive verification, through explanatory survey method with simple random sampling technique, and 100 respondents were analyzed by linear regression analysis. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, with data collection through interviews, direct observations, and questionnaires' research, and literature studies. The results showed in the service recovery program, has improved the accuracy of the biggest scores. The results showed that the service recovery program has the effect of 47.80% on customer satisfaction to note that the service recovery program has a significant impact on customer satisfaction.  Keywords: Service Recovery, Customer Satisfaction

EFFECT OF INCOME ON BEEF CONSUMPTION IN KOTABUNAN VILLAGE EAST BOLAANG MONGONDOW REGENCY. Consumption of beef by society tends to increase in line with their income. The problem is whether people's income changes affect  beef consumption. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of income on beef consumption. Research has been conducted in the village of Kotabunan, District of Kotabunan East Bolaang Mongondow Regency.The data collection was conducted using a survey method. The data used are primary and secondary data. Determination of the sample villages have been done by purposive sampling, the village which has the largest population, and in the coastal area. Sample was selected by simple random sampling. The number of respondents as many as 44 households..Simple regression analysis was used to meet the goal of this study. Based on the results showed total incomes of respondents Rp. 143,070,000 with an average of Rp. 3,251,590.9/household /month. Total beef consumption 63.5 Kg / month, with an average expenditure of respondents to consume beef Rp. 134,886.36 or 4.9% of family income. Consumption of animal protein from livestock as much as 6 grams / capita / day, equivalent to 10.3 kg of meat / capita / year, 6.5 kg of eggs / capita / year, and 7.2 kg milk / capita / year is still not achieved. Based on the results of this study concluded that incomes significantly affect the consumption of beef in the village Kotabunan, District Kotabunan, East Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This study aims to analyze the income inequality in the four villages, namely: (1) Percut, (2) Saentis, (3) Tembung and (4) Bandar Khalifah in District Percut Sei Tuan Deli Serdang. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. While methods to collect data using the method of observation while digunanakan data collection techniques are simple random sampling technique. The method of analysis is the analysis of the Gini index, Lorenz curve and the World Bank criteria. The results showed that the analysis of income inequality according to the Gini index in the village Percut 0.39; Saentis 0.29; Tembung 0.24; Bandar Caliph overall 0.32 and 0.42. While the results according to criteria of the World Bank in the village Percut 17.98%; Saentis 24.94%; Tembung 28.98%; Bandar Caliph 23.84% and 21.21% overall. Income inequality in the four villages based on the Gini index Analysis Percut village and Bandar Khalifah included in katerogi being while Saentis village and Tembung included in the overall category is low and the four villages included in the medium category. In addition, based on the analysis of the overall World Bank criteria are included in the low category.

The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.

ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF HOUSEHOLD INCOME ON MEAT CONSUMPTION (BEEF, PORK AND CHIKEN) AT THE VILLAGE OF SEA I, PINELENG DISTRICT.This study aims to determine the magnitude of meat consumption (beef, porl and chiken) of household based on income levels in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district and to determine the effect of household income on meat consumption (beef, porl and chiken) in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district. Formulation of research problem is how much they purchased meat (beef, porl and chiken) consumption household in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district. This study was conducted in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district. Study was conducted using a survey method, and data were obtained through primary data and secondary data. Determination of the location (rural sample) in the study was conducted by purposive sampling method. Number of samples used in this study were 30 people. Data of this study were analyzed by descriptive and mathematical analysis methods. Income indicated the amount of income earned in a month household, whether they were from the household head or sourced from other household members who work and earn income. From the money earned, the highest number of respondents had incomes between 1.000.000 to 3.000.000/month with the percentage of 70 %, while the number of respondents with the smallest income was less than 1.000.000/month with the percentage of 16.67 %. The difference of income held by the respondents in the Village of Sea I, would have an impact on the amount of meat purchases each month. This was in accordance with the opinion Sukirno (2002) stating that most of the disposable income is used to buy food and clothing. Most of the meat consumed by people in the Village of Sea I was pork and chicken meat compared to beef, it was because the price of beef was relatively expensive compared to the price of pork and chicken meat. Based on research results, pork was the most meat consumed by family respondents about 21 families with the percentage of 70 % of respondents, followed by chicken meat about 18 families with the percentage of 60 % of respondents, and beef by 8 families with the percentage of 26 respondents, 67 % of domestic poultry and meat about 6 families with the percentage of 20 % of respondents. Based on the results of research, it can be concluded that household income significantly affect the consumption of meat in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district and the average consumption of meat in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district was about 8,9  kg/capita/year, below the national target of 10,3  kg/capita/year.   Key Words : Household income, meat consumption, Sea I Village.

The objective of this study was to identify learning styles of students. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with survey method. The variable in this study is a single variable , namely the identification of student learning styles. The study population is students of Guidance and Counseling FKIP Pattimura University totaling 388 people. Samples were used as samples in the amount of 10% of the population of 39 people. The sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling. Learning styles questionnaire prepared based on the opinion of De Poter & Hernacki is used as a data collection tool. Learning styles identified as visual learning style, auditorial learning style, and kinesthetic learning style. Data analysis techniques in this study is the descriptive statistical analysis methods. Based on the survey results revealed that students of guidance and counseling FKIP Pattimura University has a tendency to one learning style. Of the 39 students found that 6 students had a tendency visual learning style, 20 students have a tendency to auditory learning style, 1 student has a tendency kinestheticlearning style, and 12 students have a tendency to mix between learning styles and learning styles visual auditorylearning styles.

Abstract. This research aims to determine the factors that influence the growing interest in learning of students in Athira Makassar Islamic Elementary school in class 4.1. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive survey method. The population of the research was 74 fourth grade students of Athira Makassar Islamic Elementary school, consist of 4 classes, the sampling using simple random sampling technique, so that class 4.1 was chosen as a sample of 20 students. Data were analyzed using statistical data analysis technique which consisted of editing, data tabulated stages, then presented and then presented in table form and described descriptively. The result showed a percentage of learning method 14,41%, the geographical location of the school 12,56%, phisycal indikator 11,78%, learning models 11,74%, talent 9,18%, learning models 8,54%, indikator of needs 6,28%, social competence 5,97%, building indikator 5,77%, personality competence 5,43%, and pedagogic competence 5,30%. It was concluded that the learning method was the most influential factor in the growth of student`s interest in learning at Athira Makassar Islamic Elementary school grade 4.Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi tumbuhnya minat belajar siswa di SD Islam Athirah Makassar kelas 4.1. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei deskriptif.Populasi penelitian adalah keseluruhan siswa kelas 4 SD  Islam Athirah Baruga Makassar berjumlah 74 orang siswa yang terdiri dari empat kelas, penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling, sehingga terpilih kelas 4.1 sebagai sampel yang berjumlah 20 orang siswa. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data statistik yang terdiri dari tahap penyuntingan, input data, dan tahap tabulasi,selanjutnya dipersentasekan kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan dijabarkan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase metode pembelajaran 14,41%, letak geografis sekolah (12,56%), indikator fisik (11,78%), model pembelajaran (11,74%), bakat (9,18%), model pembelajaran (8,54%), indikator kebutuhan (6,28%), kompetensi sosial (5,97%), indikator bangunan (5,77%), kompetensi kepribadian (5,43%), dan kompetensi pedagogik (5,30%).Disimpulkan bahwa, metode pembelajaran adalah faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap tumbuhnya minat belajar siswa di SD Islam Athirah Makassar kelas 4.

The purpose of this study is to know and understand the community in the Village Sayati Margahayu District Bandung regency with the development and extension of department store (Convenience Store) "X". The research method is descriptive method using qualitative and quantitative approach as the basis of analysis and interpretation. Sample determination technique used is cluster with simple random sampling method and purposive sampling, which means that the sample used in accordance with the purpose of research. Data which is primary and secondary data. The results showed that people responded positively and variedly about the decision to the extension of the "X" Stores, and only a small portion would be used, but it was only up to the government.

This research was conducted to determine the relationship between the quality of the Principal's leadership and organizational culture with the performance of SMAN 28 Tangerang District employees. The study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational survey method, using correlation theory which is about product moment. Research data collection techniques from respondents carried out through questionnaires or questionnaires. The sample population was 103 employees in each section of SMAN 28 Tangerang, with simple random sampling technique. The magnitude of the effect of leadership quality and organizational culture together on employee performance by 87.2% This shows the higher the quality of leadership and organizational culture, the better the performance of employees, and vice versa the lower the quality of leadership and organizational culture will have an impact for employee performance.

The research aimed to analyze financial feasibility and development prospect of nutmeg farming in Lampung Province.  This research was conducted in Gisting Subdistrict of Tanggamus Regency in which data was collected in September 2017 until October 2017 by survey method.  This research used primary and secondary data.  Primary data was used to answer financial feasibility analyze purpose and obtained by interview technique using questionnaires.  Secondary data in the past seven to night years was used to answer the purpose of prospect development of nutmeg farming.  The samples size of this research was 30 nutmeg farmers using simple random sampling.  The data was analyzed by financial feasibility and time series linier with ARIMA model.  The results of the study showed that the nutmeg farming was feasible, and development prospect of nutmeg farming based on production and nutmeg seeds export had a good potential for the future.
