This case was of a 35-years old Egyptian lady, who works as a primary school teacher, who presented to the OPD with complaints of persistent high fever for two days. Along with this fever, she also had severe pain in multiple joints of both hands, wrists, knees, and ankles. In addition, the woman also complained of having developed a rash on both her legs, which was so painful that she was unable to stand without pain. The pain was agonizing and it prevented her from performing her usual jobs as normal. But that was the extent of her symptoms. She did not complain of a cough, shortness of breath, chest pain, back pain, abdominal pain, or any other pain for that matter. In a summary, none of the factors and symptoms that could have pointed towards the patient suffering from a case of COVID19 were present. Moreover, there was no recent history of travel. She also had not contracted any gastrointestinal or genitourinary infections in the preceding few days. The clinical examination of the patient revealed no abnormalities at all. The only thing worth noting was remarkable swelling and tenderness over the metacarpophalangeal and proximal interphalangeal joints. The following series of events are discussed in detail in the subsequent section, and it was concluded that the woman might be suffering from the parvovirus B19 infection. She had several favorable causative factors that pointed toward this diagnosis, with the most important one being her in close contact with primary school children, who are most the likely age group, between five and twenty years, to carry this infection and also contract it. Adults can contract the infection from children, but the range of symptoms varies from person to person. In this case of the woman, further evaluations and investigations were needed to confirm the diagnosis, which was likely due to the obvious risk factors present in this case.

It is well known that the nomination of a Radical candidate in the by-election held in April 1873 in the department of the Seine split the Republican ranks and that his victory contributed to the fall of Thiers, the President of the Third French Republic. This contest, in which the comparatively obscure Désiré Barodet, a former primary school teacher and latterly mayor of Lyon, defeated the Comte Charles de Rémusat, friend of Thiers and minister for Foreign Affairs, was one of the most exciting in the history of the Third Republic; indeed Paris witnessed no such tumultuous election again until the candidature of General Boulanger in 1889. It was important for its consequences and for the passions it aroused. But it is also of interest for reasons which are less well known, and which are considered or reconsidered here. Quite apart from the fact that it was only one, albeit by far the most dramatic, of eight by-elections which took place on 27 April, it cannot be separated from the subsequent election of Arthur Ranc at Lyon on 11 May. These two elections brought into the limelight two interesting and influential figures in the early history of the Third Republic; they also vividly illustrated the methods and influence of the leader of the Radical Republicans, Léon Gambetta.

The analysis of training a future primary school teacher for the formation of environmental culture of primary school children revealed certain drawbacks: in the professional training of students of higher educational establishments, namely to theory and methods of ecological education studying is paid little attention; among the forms of organization of the educational process are dominated traditional ones (lectures and practical classes) of a reproductive nature; the potential of ecology as an integrated science has not been used; the resource of psychological and pedagogical subjects for environmental training of primary school teachers is not fully involved. All this creates a significant gap between the achievements of science and practice of environmental education in the direction of preparing future primary school teachers for the formation of environmental culture of primary school children. The article is devoted to the search for effective pedagogical conditions for training future primary school teachers for the formation of ecological culture of pupils. The literature on this problem is analyzed, which allows us to conclude that the opinions of scientists are marked by a contradiction about what conditions should be created to ensure the greatest efficiency of the educational process. In general, they determine the pedagogical conditions depending on the direction of their research, in particular: environmental training of future teachers; environmental training of future primary school teachers; formation of the teacher's readiness to intensify the educational process in primary school; development of ecological culture (pupils, future teachers); formation of pupils' caring attitude to nature, a sense of responsibility of pupils. We attach the following meaning to the essence of the concept «pedagogical conditions of preparation of the future primary school teacher for formation of ecological culture of pupils»: it is purposeful and objective possibilities of educational process and the factors and circumstances providing the corresponding process in unity of traditional and innovative approaches. The following pedagogical condition is defined: the organization of the educational process by means of interrelation of theoretical and practical training on the basis of introduction of new educational technologies.
