Kelurahan Putat Jaya, Surabaya merupakan kawasan Eks-Lokalisasi Dolly. Kawasan tersebut dikenal dengan masa lalunya yang banyak dilakukan praktek prostitusi, hingga dicatat sebagai kawasan lokalisasi terbesar se-Asia Tenggara. Guna memperbaiki pandangan tersebut, maka pemerintah mulai menjalankan beberapa program untuk memperbaiki kualitas hidup masyarakat di kawasan Dolly dengan menyediakan lapangan pekerjaan bagi mereka. Rumah Kreatif Batik Putat Jaya merupakan salah satu wadah dari pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat Kelurahan Putat Jaya. Wadah ini juga berguna untuk melestarikan budaya Batik sebagai bukti pengabdian masyarakat kepada Indonesia. Paper ini membahas mengenai proyek pengabdian untuk pengembangan lokasi Rumah Batik Putat Jaya. Kegiatan ini dilakukan oleh 5 orang Mahasiswa, dan dibimbing oleh satu Dosen dari Program Studi Interior Universitas Kristen Petra. Proyek ini dijalankan melalui lima tahap Design Thinking menurut Stanford, yaitu emphatize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Proyek pengabdian ini menghasilkan desain yang dapat meningkatkan daya tarik masyarakat Surabaya dan sekitarnya untuk lebih mengenal budaya batik.Putat Jaya Village, Surabaya is a Dolly Ex-Localization area. The area is known for its past which is widely practiced prostitution, to be recorded as the largest localization area in Southeast Asia. To improve this view, the government began to run several programs to improve the quality of life of the people in the Dolly region by providing them with jobs. Batik Putat Jaya Creative House is one of the institutions of the government to improve the quality of life of the Putat Jaya Kelurahan community. This container is also useful for preserving Batik culture as evidence of community service to Indonesia. This paper discusses the community service project for the development of the Putat Jaya Batik House location. This activity was carried out by 5 students, and was guided by a Lecturer from the Interior Study Program of Petra Christian University. The project is run through five stages of Design Thinking, namely emphatize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. This service project produces a design that can increase the appeal of the people of Surabaya and surrounding areas to get to know the culture of batik.

Abstrak. Pesatnya pertumbuhan penduduk dan tingginya perkembangan pembangunan, menyebabkan banyaknya kawasan yang beralih fungsi menjadi kawasan yang bukan peruntukan yang sesuai yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah termasuk ruang terbuka hijau (RTH) yang berfungsi untuk menunjang kualitas hidup masyarakat di dalam suatu kota baik dari segi lingkungan maupun kesehatan. Pesatnya perkembangan suatu kota tentu banyak menarik minat masyarakat untuk pindah menuju kota tersebut, semakin meningkatnya jumlah penduduk tentu juga meningkatkan kebutuhan akan oksigen. Untuk itu Kota Bireuen dituntut mampu menyediakan RTH untuk mengimbangi kebutuhan oksigen masyarakat kota itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung ketersediaan RTH yang direncanakan di dalam RDTR Kota Bireuen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada lah metode deskriptif dengan teknik survai. Sedangkan analisis kecukupan RTH menggunakan rumus berdasarkan luas daerah dibagi dengan RTH yang tersedia. Hasil perhitungan analisis RTH di dapat bahwasannya RTH Kota Bireuen sebesar 46,96%.Kata Kunci: Bireuen, RTH, RDTR Abstrack. The rapid growth of population and the high development of the developmental, causing the number of areas that switch functions to areas that are not appropriate designation established by the government including green open space (GOS) that serves to support the quality of life of people in a city both in terms of environment and health . The rapid development of a city would attract many people to move to the city, the increasing number of people of course also increases the need for oxygen. For that Bireuen City is required to provide GOS to compensate for the oxygen needs of the people of the city itself. This study aims to calculate the planned GOS availability in the DSP of Bireuen City. The method used in this research is descriptive method with survey technique. While the analysis of GOS adequacy using the formula based on the area divided by the available GOS. The calculation result of GOS analysis can be that the GOS of Bireuen City is 46.96%.Keyword: Bireuen, GOS, DSP

The government's attention to vocational graduates has recently become a hot issue and various programs have been carried out by the government to improve the quality of vocational graduates, therefore they can compete. However, the BPS data in 2018 shows that the number of unemployed graduates from vocational school (SMK) is the highest, namely 11.24%, while Senior High School (SMA) is 7.95% and Junior High School (SMP) is 4.80%. Based on the problem, Study Program of Management, Faculty of Business, President University implemented a community service program that supports government policy, namely by providing Entrepreneurship Education to students of Amanah Bangsa Informatics Vocational School, Cikarang. With this entrepreneurship education, SMK graduates are expected to start a business as an alternative after graduating later. Entrepreneurship education is given in the form of seminars for Class XII students conducted by lecturers and students. In addition to providing lecture material on Entrepreneurship, students who have carried out business projects also share their experiences while opening a business, doing business until business liquidation as part of Entrepreneurship Course. The point is that students want to convey that starting a business is easy and has many challenges that are very suitable for millennials, and can apply all our abilities. The event was closed by giving a memento to the Vocational School and certificates to the participants.

The revitalization of the Old Town of Semarang is to support the Old Town as a heritage tourist destination and to overcome environmental problems such as tidal flood, slums, old buildings that are not maintained, and street vendors. Revitalization efforts have positive and negative impacts on the people in it. The positive impact caused by the existence of tourism activities in the Old Town area is the developing economy of Semarang City. While the negative impacts caused are physical, economic, and social gentrification; and affect the quality of life of local people. So it is necessary to study the relationship between gentrification and the quality of life of the community. The analysis to achieve that goal is the identification of revitalization, gentrification, and quality of life of the communities. Data collection methods were questionnaires, field observations, interviews, and document review, and also analysis techniques in the form of spatial planning. Based on the results of the study, there is relationship between gentrification and revitalization. That is, the facilities in the Old Town area cannot reach all levels of the people who live there. Besides, the presence of gentrification worsens the quality of life of local people. The government is still only focused on the physical development of the Old Town but has not considered the community's economic and social revitalization.

Background. On March 24, 2020, a nationwide Lockdown for 21 days was ordered by the Government of India which was then extended till May 31, 2020. Researchers have predicted lockdown is a necessary step to prevent COVID-19 spread. However, others have also stated that it could cause serious damage to the economic, mental, social, and physical well-being of the people. Objective. The aim of the study is to evaluate the impact of lockdown on the quality of life and well-being of the Indians. Methods. It is a cross sectional prospective web-based questionnaire study. A link (https://forms.gle/pX25VuahP5NxT88QA) was created. Total 426 responses were received via that link and the data was included in the statistical analysis. Results. Our study revealed that during the lockdown 61.5% of the respondents were performing physical activities lesser than before. More than half responded they had a reduced financial satisfaction. Most answers on emotional well-being and social-family wellbeing were also positive, but some responses showed disturbing too, like 22% felt anxious and nervous over half of the days. It was found in the study that physical, financial, emotional, mental, social and family wellbeing were disturbed during the lockdown and quality of life was also hampered. Conclusion. Though, may be Nationwide Lockdown was the most required action at that point of time to prevent virus spread, but our study revealed that uncertainty regarding its cure and management guidelines like lockdown and social distancing has badly affected quality of life and wellbeing of the population.

Community service is one of the pillars of the Tri Dharma of Indonesian Higher Education. Through community service, educators and students can practice science and technology in society. Maranatha Christian University is one of the universities that strives to have an impact on improving the quality of society through community service. Educators specializing in Entrepreneurship and Marketing Management as a part of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Business, Maranatha Christian University, do community service at the Pasundan Rehoboth Temiyang Indramayu Christian Church. This community service activity discussed online marketing strategies for Temiyang's typical products, namely Manisan Si Mayang (candied mangoes by Temiyang) and Temiyang’s sandals. In order to get the right target market and products that are widely known, it requires online promotion and marketing. Through online marketing strategy, it is expected to be able to find the right type of online promotion and increase knowledge of online marketing for Temiyang products, so that it can become a strategy in optimizing the marketing of Temiyang's superior products and product that can be reached by the wider costomer because the are available online in market place. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan salah satu pilar dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi Indonesia. Melalui pengabdian masyarakat tenaga pendidik dan mahasiswa dapat mengamalkan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi pada masyarakat. Universitas Kristen Maranatha adalah salah satu perguruan tinggi yang berupaya untuk dapat memberikan dampak bagi peningkatan kualitas masyarakat melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Para tenaga pendidik peminatan Kewirausahaan dan Peminatan Manajemen Pemasaran sebagai salah bagian dari Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Bisnis Universitas Kristen Maranatha melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Gereja Kristen Pasundan Rehoboth Temiyang Indramayu. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini membahas tentang strategi pemasaran online produk khas Temiyang yaitu Manisan Si Mayang (Manisan Mangga Khas Temiyang) dan sendal Temiyang. Dalam rangka mendapatkan pasar sasaran yang tepat dan produk yang dikenal secara luas maka membutuhkan promosi dan pemasaran online.  Dengan metode pelatihan strategi pemasaran online ini diharapkan dapat menemukan jenis promosi online yang tepat dan meningkatkan pengetahuan pemasaran online produk khas Temiyang, sehingga dapat menjadi suatu strategi dalam optimalisasi pemasaran produk unggulan khas Temiyang dan produk khas Temiyang bisa dijangkau oleh masyarakat luas karena tersedia secara online di market place.

Community service is one of the three principles of higher education that has an impact on improving the quality of the people it serves. Maranatha Christian University is one of the universities that seeks to be able to provide the widest possible way to improve the quality of society in community service activities. We lecturers of Entrepreneurshipand Marketing Major as part of Maranatha Christian University make this happen through community service activities at GKP Tamiyang Indramayu. The community service activities discuss the marketing conceptdan its implication towards marketing of Tamiyang's unique products. The method of implementing PKM activities is carried out by training, in the form of exposure to marketing concepts and several things that can be applied in marketing of Tamiyang’s unique product. With this marketing concept training, it is hoped that they can find market potential and increase the knowledge of potential consumers on Tamiyang's unique products, so that it can become a strategy in marketing optimization of Tamiyang's unique products. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah salah satu tridharma perguruan tinggi yang memberikan dampak kepada peningkatan kualitas masyarakat yang dilayani. Universitas Kristen Maranatha adalah salah satu perguruan tinggi berupaya untuk dapat memberikan seluas-luasnya bagi peningkatan kualitas masyarakat dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakatnya. Kami para dosen KBK Kewirausahaan dan KBK Pemasaran sebagai salah satu bagian dari Universitas Kristen Maranatha mewujudkan hal tersebut melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di GKP Tamiyang Indramayu. Adapun kegiatan pengabdian masyarakatnya membahas tentang konsep pemasaran dan implikasinya terhadap pemasaran produk khas Tamiyang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM dilakukan dengan pelatihan, berupa pemaparan mengenai konsep pemasaran dan beberapa hal yang dapat diaplikasikan dalam pemasaran produk khas Tamiyang. Dengan pelatihan konsep pemasaran ini diharapkan dapat menemukan potensi pasar dan meningkatkan pengetahuan konsumen potensial terhadap produk khas Tamiyang, sehingga dapat menjadi suatu strategi dalam optimalisasi pemasaran produk khas Tamiyang.

ABSTRAKTujuan umum pelaksanaan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dalam manajemen berwirausaha para pengusaha dan karyawan daur ulang limbah agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas wirausaha yang dijalankan. Permasalahan yang ditemui pada masayrakat yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan para pengusaha danpekerja tentang manajemen wirausaha, sehingga kondisi ekonomi yang terjadi pada masyarakat tidak berkembang signifikan. Masyarakat juga perlu adanya peningkatan keterampilan yang berkelanjutan agar dapat lebih berdaya saing melihat pangsa pasar dan pengembangan produk yang dimilikinya. Program pengabdian ini bermitra dengan LKP Yuwita dan pemerintah serta pengusaha setempat dalam rangka mendorong masyarakatnya menjadi daerah yang memiliki ciri khasnya tersendiri. Tim pelaksana dalam kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini berasal dari Perguruan Tinggi dari staf pengajar Pendidikan Luar Sekolah UNSIL 3 orang sebagai bagian dari bidang kepakaran Pendidikan Kemasyarakatan Nonformal dan Informal sebagai narasumber. ABSTRACTThe general purpose of implementing community service is to improve the ability in entrepreneurial management of entrepreneurs and employees to recycle waste to improve the quality of the entrepreneurship that they run. Problems encountered in the community are a lack of knowledge of entrepreneurs and workers about entrepreneurial management so that the economic conditions that occur in society do not develop significantly. The community also needs a continuous improvement of skills to be more competitive given market share and product development. This service program is partnering with LKP Yuwita and the government and local entrepreneurs to encourage their communities to become regions that have their characteristics. The implementing team in the community service activities came from the Siliwangi University School of Education study program as many as three people who are part of the field of expertise in Non-formal and Informal Community Education as resource persons

Abstract Banten Province's natural resources have characteristics ranging from land to sea. Dataran Banten has a superior commodity in the field of plantations while the sea of Banten has an advantage in the field of fisheries. Banten province has an area of sea area reaches 11,500 km2, this can be used for marine tourism and of course the people of Banten even indonesians should know the potential. One of the tourism potentials in Banten is anyer beach, Karang Taraje beach, Karang Bolong beach and others. In order to help disseminate the potential of sea tourism in Banten Province, the Marine Information Systems Study Program of the University of Education of Indonesia in Serang created a socialization program through community service videos, with the hope to support in improving the Indonesian Tourism Industry. These community service videos are created using video editor applications and models or mascots displayed in designs using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator applications. Therefore, this community service video has advantages in the quality of animation and infographics, this has an impact on the information provided to be clearer and interesting, in this video the audience will be accompanied by two mascots who will discuss about the potential of nature and tourism, namely Chimo and Sela. Doing physical activity can make the body fit and increase the body's immunity to be able to fight the virus during the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on this, sports activities are needed to invite people to maintain their physical health through healthy exercise activities which are held aimed at increasing people's interest in exercising during the Covid-19 pandemic during new normal so that their body endurance is better. This community service (PKM) is a form of real work from the Hamzanwadi University Physical Education and Health Study Program for the people of South Pringgasela Village to participate in healthy gymnastics as an effort to prevent Covid-19. Healthy gymnastics activities can increase public awareness of the importance of maintaining health in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic.

IntroductionQuality-adjusted life year (QALY) has been recommended by the government as preferred outcome measure for Health Technology Assessment (HTA) in India. As country-specific health-related quality of life tariff values are essential for accurate measurement of QALYs, the government of India has commissioned the present study. The aim of this paper is to describe the methods for the Development of an EQ-5D Value set for India using an Extended design (DEVINE) Study. Additionally, this study aspires to establish if the design of 10-time trade-off (TTO) blocks is enough to generate valid value sets.Methods and analysisA cross-sectional survey using the EuroQol Group’s Valuation Technology (EQ-VT) will be undertaken in a sample of 2700 respondents selected from six different states of India using a multistage stratified random sampling technique. The participants will be interviewed using computer-assisted personal interviewing technique. The TTO valuation will be done using 10 composite TTO (c-TTO) tasks and 7 discrete choice experiment (DCE) tasks. Hybrid modelling approach using both c-TTO and DCE data to estimate the potential value set will be applied. Values of all 3125 health states will be predicted using both the conventional EQ-VT design of 10 blocks of 10 TTO tasks, and an extended design of 18 blocks of 10 TTO tasks. The potential added value of the eight additional blocks in overall validity will be tested. The study will deliver value set for India and assess the adequacy of existing 10-blocks design to be able to correctly predict the values of all 3125 health states.Ethics and disseminationThe ethical approval has been obtained from Institutional Ethics Committee of PGIMER, Chandigarh, India. The anonymised EQ-5D-5L value set will be available for general use and in the HTAs commissioned by India’s central HTA Agency.
