A special place in modern education is occupied by the additional education of children. Additional educational activities are carried out based on target models for the development of regional systems in the regions of Russia. Different approaches to implementation in the field of digitalization are being developed in each subject of the Russian Federation. In this regard, it becomes relevant to assess the readiness of institutions of additional education for children in the regions to the challenges of modern digital society. The purpose of the publication is to identify the current state and prospects of digital transformation of additional education for children in Russia (on the example of the Komi Republic), considering the key features of the development of the modern digital industry. The leading methodological approaches to the study of the problem under study are system-pragmatist, personality-oriented, and differentiated. The methods of socio-historical and theoretical-methodological analysis, evaluation and generalization of the best practices of institutions for additional education of children, analysis of normative and program documents, and comparative analysis of static data were used in the course of the research. The main trends in the digital transformation of additional education for children have been identified. Promising directions for the development of additional education for children have been identified, considering the key approaches to the implementation of the National Technological Initiative and the National Project "Education". End-to-end technologies of the digital industry have been identified as a result of the research and the correspondence of the directions of educational programs in modern models for additional education of children to these technologies has been determined. The experience of educational activities in modern centers of additional education of the Komi Republic has been summarized: "Kvantorium", "IT-cube", "House of scientific collaboration". The practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of using the obtained data to improve the processes of digital transformation of additional technical education. The research materials can be in demand by managers, methodologists, teachers of the system of additional education for children when developing the concept of development and planning educational activities.

The article focuses on the theoretical and methodological aspects of the style's study in Russian psychology. The history, current state and prospects of developing the problem of a human activity style in the Perm psychological school are considered. The study of style in the Perm Psychological School has a half-century history. At the initial stages in the study of style, the features of the process-dynamic side of the activity of a person who successfully performs it were revealed. Later, in connection with the development of V.S. Merlin's theory of integral individuality, style operational characteristics began to be studied in a system of multilevel properties of human individuality - socio-psychological, personal, psychodynamic, neurodynamic. The article analyzes the structure of the style of human activity, as well as its functions - adaptive, system-forming, developing, etc. In the Perm Psychological School, the style of human activity has received a detailed polysystemic characterization in theoretical and empirical studies conducted under the guidance of B.A. Vyatkin. Representations of the style of human activity were significantly enriched thanks to the L.Ya. Dorfman theory of the meta-individual world. The article outlines promising theoretical and methodological approaches that open up new possibilities for the development of psychological knowledge about the styles of human activity, as well as the practical significance of this knowledge.

The digital transformation of manufacturing (a phenomenon also known as “Industry 4.0” or “Smart Manufacturing”) is finding a growing interest both at practitioner and academic levels, but is still in its infancy and needs deeper investigation. Even though current and potential advantages of digital manufacturing are remarkable, in terms of improved efficiency, sustainability, customization, and flexibility, only a limited number of companies has already developed ad hoc strategies necessary to achieve a superior performance. Through a systematic review, this study aims at assessing the current state of the art of the academic literature regarding the paradigm shift occurring in the manufacturing settings, in order to provide definitions as well as point out recurring patterns and gaps to be addressed by future research. For the literature search, the most representative keywords, strict criteria, and classification schemes based on authoritative reference studies were used. The final sample of 156 primary publications was analyzed through a systematic coding process to identify theoretical and methodological approaches, together with other significant elements. This analysis allowed a mapping of the literature based on clusters of critical themes to synthesize the developments of different research streams and provide the most representative picture of its current state. Research areas, insights, and gaps resulting from this analysis contributed to create a schematic research agenda, which clearly indicates the space for future evolutions of the state of knowledge in this field.

This article studies the existing approaches to the analysis of the highest and best use, defines the specifics of the industry, and considers the main aspects of the analysis. A comprehensive methodology for the analysis of the highest and best use in the course of implementation of investment and construction projects for the purposes of tourism clusters infrastructure development is presented. The aim of the study is to improve the mechanism for the development of tourism clusters infrastructure based on the analysis of the highest and best use of investment and construction projects. The relevance of the article is substantiated by problems and underdevelopment of the tourist infrastructure during the creation and development of territorial clusters. In addition, constituent entities of the Russian Federation do not create favorable investment conditions in the course of construction of various objects of tourist use. The existing approaches to the analysis of the highest and best use of investment and construction projects need to be improved taking into account modern conditions, factors and industry specifics. The article offers an analysis of the current state of domestic tourism in Russia and abroad, identifies factors hindering the functioning and development of investment and construction projects for the purposes of tourism clusters infrastructure development, identifies factors that have a positive impact on the domestic tourism market. Measures are proposed to determine the highest and best use in the course of implementation of an investment and construction project for the tourism cluster of the North Caucasian recreational region and to calculate its effectiveness. An element of scientific novelty and the result of the study is the improvement of approaches to the analysis of the highest and best use of tourism clusters for infrastructure development. The practical significance lies in the application of an improved mechanism for the development of investment and construction projects for tourism clusters objects in Russia.

The current status of protection of the natural water and atmospheric resources is assessed as negative, without clear improving tendencies but with a stable pro-cyclical character. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the management of production and consumption waste. Even in the stagnation periods, the volume of generated and accumulated waste continues growing. In the year 2018, the first indicator doubled compared to the year 2005. Thus, the urgency of the research is augmented by the unfavourable ecological situation in Russia. The objective of the paper is to develop methodological approaches to the analysis and forecasting of the situation. The objective determined the following targets: to study the current state of the environment regarding the handling of waste, to develop premises to forecast generation and accumulation of waste, to assess the ecological load for the nearest future. Despite the active efforts to reform the waste management system undertaken since 2014, the Russian legislation is imperfect and contradictory in this aspect, not capable of stimulating the processing of waste. The principal contradictions of the ongoing reforms are considered in this paper
