With the benefit of globalization and access to data, unceremonious populations came to use social platforms largely used by several ages. Nonetheless, natural problems have been triggering universal effects, just as concerns of social feebleness. Natural mindfulness mixings new application propensities, performing another socially skilled stance. This analysis plans to separate the influence of relational organizations on natural mindfulness and the social responsibility of several ages. We employ the structure of the quantitative and distinctive study, by approaching the Primary Condition Establishing. The results feature that people who are presented with data (recordings, photographs, messages) acknowledged with social commitment and natural supportability are impacted in the progress of social and ecological mindfulness. However, all ages familiarized the most marginal approaches for responses in the quest for data on natural and social issues. This is appropriate to society, presentation organizations, government offices, and organizations to advance deeds and data on social and ecological obligation and connect all Ages in maintainable development.

The primary condition of a blessed family is to live in moral holiness and mutual respect for one another. When concern for family members is neglected, what happens is a tragedy that divides the family. Likewise with Noah's family, unable to maintain the integrity of the family due to the dishonor of Ham's behavior. Blessings and curses follow this attitude. This study explores the meaning of Genesis 9:18-29 using the Narrative Method, which is then relevant to the present. This study proves that respect for each family member will bring blessings to the next generation, and vice versa, that disrespect brings division to the family and its descendants.

Takotsubo syndrome (TTS) consists of transient dysfunction of the left and/or right ventricle in the absence of ruptured plaque; thrombus or vessel dissection. TTS may be divided into two categories. Primary TTS occurs when the cause of hospitalization is the symptoms resulting from damage to the myocardium usually preceded by emotional stress. Secondary TTS occurs in patients hospitalized for other medical; surgical; anesthetic; obstetric or psychiatric conditions who have activation of their sympathetic nervous system and catecholamines release- they develop TTS as a complication of their primary condition or its treatment. There are several hypotheses concerning the cause of the disease. They include a decrease in estrogen levels; microcirculation dysfunction; endothelial dysfunction and the hypothesis based on the importance of the brain-heart axis. More and more research concerns the importance of genetic factors in the development of the disease. To date; no effective treatment or prevention of recurrent TTS has been found. Only when the pathophysiology of the disease is fully known; then personalized treatment will be possible.

In patients with bronchiectasis, a high-resolution CT scan (HRCT) and its score play a significant role in identifying pathological alterations and pulmonary functional impairment. A total of 50 cases were studied. All the cases presenting with the features suggestive of bronchiectasis were screened clinically . 8 out of 50 patients underwent surgical resection of affected lobes. The rest was handled with caution. The primary condition, lung malignancy, claimed the life of one patient. CT can be used to quickly confirm suspected bronchiectasis due to its increased specificity. Confirmation by CT is useful in the management of patients with chronic cough and sputum production who are suspected of having bronchiectasis but for whom surgery is not an option due to age or poor lung function. In some cases, where surgery appears to be a viable option, unmistakable evidence of bilateral bronchiectasis on CT would rule out such treatment without the requirement for bronchography.

The objective of the paper is to identify and classify the conditions for unethical environmental behaviour. It has been shown that the primary condition for unethical environmental behaviour is the level of environmental ethics dominant in a community and the observed inconsistency between the declared level of this ethics and the practice of business, institutional (including legal), social, market, etc. behaviour towards the environment. The observed axiological inconsistency generates numerous external and internal phenomena (factors, conditions) that create fertile ground for unethical activities leading to environmental degradation. The external conditions comprise, among others, complicated tax systems, subsidy and subvention systems and prices of emission allowances. The short term perspective of enterprises, the decreasing average working time of managers, a crisis of ethical leadership and a low level of responsibility for the environment have been identified as the most important internal conditions. Unethical environmental behaviour is further intensified in the absence of control and external reaction to its occurrence.

The aim of this study is to advance our understanding of the secondary health conditions (SHCs) experienced by individuals with acquired long-term disabilities. This review is based on published literature and addresses the nature and perspectives associated with the phenomenon of disability, as well as the terminology used to describe it. The current understanding of SHCs limits and explains the range of information on somatic and mental illness with respect to the following criteria: SHCs are secondary to the primary disorder, they are preventable and modifiable, they manifest in different ways and for different durations of time, and that they exacerbate the severity of the primary condition. This review attempts to describe particular aspects associated with functioning in the context of acquired physical disabilities, practical implications of research on this subject, and perspectives for the future.

In the process of layer inspection and hole mending, it was found that the corrosion of tubing in a well was serious, and perforation and fracture occurred. Part of the tubing was found to be cracked from the failed pipe samples, and relatively serious pitting corrosion pits were found on the surface of the outer wall. The fracture morphology and corrosion products were analyzed by means of macroscopic analysis and metallographic microscope, SEM and EDS. The result show that the mechanical damage of the outer wall of the tubing was the primary condition for accelerating corrosion, and the severe corrosion thinning of the inner and outer walls of the tubing was the main reason for the failure of the tubing string. The corrosion perforation of tubing was mainly caused by internal corrosion.

Polygamy is not introduced by Islam and neither does it promote sexuality. There are evidences that favour polygamy in different religions and nations before Islam, many Prophets have acceded to this. Judisum, Chraistianity and Islam: the three major religions permit polygamy, although the polygamy before Islam was based on injustice. Islam permits polygamy in a natural way and therefore frames rules and regulations for polygamy. More than four wives are not allowed simultaneously for a Muslim man. Justice and equality between wives is the primary condition for polygamy in Islam. It seems to resolve many social issues like women are more numerous than men hence it curbs moral licentiousness/adultery incidents in any society. This article deals with polygamy and its significance in any given society

The aim of the following article is to consider the possibility of accepting the admission of guilt by the defendant as the primary condition for conclusion of the court proceedings in all consensual modes of trial as delineated by the Code of Criminal Procedure. The article contests the validity of the criterion of the seriousness of the act, which has been established by the legislator for the purposes of distinguishing a separate consensual model of court proceedings. At the same time, the article aims to consider whether it would be more reasonable to broaden the possibility of plea bargaining to include all cases, regardless of the seriousness of the act, if the defendant pleads guilty. Moreover, the author considers the prerequisites for sentencing without court proceedings, provided for under Article 335 § 1 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, including the assessment of the defendant’s own account in the context of all evidence collected in the investigation.
