This present work is concerned with one of the syntactic issues that has been researched by many linguists, grammarians, and specialists in Islamic studies, the estimated answer to a condition. However, this topic is researched this time by examining Imam Al-Qurtbi’s opinions in interpreting related ayas from the holly Quraan in his book (Collector of Quranic Rules) or its transliteration (Al-Jami’ Li Ahkam Al-Quran). Such a step involves commenting on, tracking what Al-Qurtbi said in this regard, discussing it from the points of view of other grammarians, and judging  it accordingly, taking into account the apparent surface structures of the examples collected. To achieve this objective, the inductive analytical approach has been adopted in the analysis by tracing Al-Qurtbi’s various views in interpreting the Quranic verses. One of the most important conclusions of this study is that Al-Qurtubi was a carful interpreter of such linguistic issues, as his analysis was characterized by being highly intellectual and mature. Concerning the estimation of the answer to a condition, the study has concluded that Al-Qurtubi was concerned with the applied aspect of the concepts of interpretive and superficial structures, specifically when he estimated the answer to a condition in each presented verse.

Ayurveda is an ancient science which deals with theoretical and practical knowledge with help of cadaver, structural and functional activity. The detailed knowledge of Marma (vital points of the body) is important from the surgical point of view surgical procedures like Agnikarma (thermal cauterization), Ksharakarma (therapeutic application of caustic material), Raktamokshana (bloodletting), etc. are used as a part of the surgery. The aim of this study is to reconstruct the concept of Guda Marma in the light of current knowledge and studied the applied aspect of Guda Marma. Cadaveric study was done in 5 human cadavers to visualize all the structures (muscles, artery, vein, nerve, etc.) of Guda (Anus) Pradesh (Anorectal region) in terms of Ayurvedic sciences and Modern Medical Sciences. The exact location, reginal anatomy as well as applied aspect of Guda Marma in terms of surgery were analyzed and correlated with modern sciences. Guda (Anus) is the seat of Prana (the breath of life) and it has regarded as one of the ten Prana (the breath of life) yatan. Guda Marma is one among the Mamsa Marma (vital points of the body) and categorized under Sadhya Prana (the breath of life) hara Marma (vital points of the body). The importance of this region can be assessed by the fact that two of the diseases of Guda (Anus) (Arsha and Bhagandara) have been considered as Mahagada. Guda Marma is the vital organ or site of the human body having a rich blood supply which correct knowledge and applied aspects concerning anorectal injuries and disorders is essential.

Panchakarma therapy is a unique clinical treatment done for bio-purification of the body. Both Shodhana (bio- purification) and Shamana treatment (Pacification Treatment) modalities of Ayurveda place equal emphasis on Deepana and Paachana (appetizer-digestives). Deepana and Paachana karma plays important role in bringing the Sama dosha (dosha associated with ama) to Nirama (doshas without ama) state, as they mobilize the doshas from Shakha to koshtha and thus helps in easy expulsion of Doshas from the body. Deepana and Paachana Karma, as Purvakarma of Shodhana (bio-purification) procedures, are also essential. Purvakarma (preoperative procedure) refers to the body's preparation for Panchakarma procedures, and the body needs to achieve the full benefits of the treatments. Shodhana without Ama- Paachana results in further complications. As a result, the treatment is based on Srotoshodhana, Paachana, Agnideepana, and Vatanulomana. Objective: The objective is to extensively ex- plore the concept of Deepana & Paachana and elicit its applied aspect in Panchakarma therapy. Data Source: All the available information related to Deepana & Paachana is mentioned in classical texts primarily in Charaka Samhita and its related Commentaries, articles, Journals. Review Methods: The information related to Deepana & Paachana and its judicious use in Panchakarma are reviewed by comparing and analysing the different aspects of both classical tests and allied commentaries as well as contemporary authors. Conclusion: The concept of Deepana & Paachana here has been studied analytically in the radiance of proper and judicious Panchakarma practices to elicit its utility in better treatment. Keywords: Deepana, Paachana, Panchakarma, Purvakarma.

The article considers the main problems affecting the development of international tourism and predicts the further development of the situation. The growing tourist flow has contributed to the intensification of entrepreneurship in all sectors of the economy, capitalization of assets, job creation, economic and social growth. In 2019, the global tourism industry provided about 330 million jobs, equivalent to 10.3% of total employment. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused an unprecedented crisis in the tourism industry. The flow of tourists in the world has decreased by about 65%. In January-September 2020 alone, the number of international revenues decreased by 70%.This has resulted in the loss of $ 730 billion and more than 120 million jobs. It is noted that in modern conditions there are possible directions of development of inbound and domestic tourism, which are an important factor influencing the economy, but the weakening of external restrictions and lack of competitive service in the Ukrainian tourism industry will contribute to further development of international tourism. Those countries in which tourism occupies a significant share in GDP, are interested in attracting tourists as soon as possible and are ready to promptly implement all necessary anti-epidemic measures in the tourist infrastructure. For the Ukrainian government today, such a strategy is not a priority. Based on this, it is proved that the essence of the scientific and applied aspect of managing the development of international tourism is based on the theory of large business cycles and the theory of prediction. It was emphasized that the world crises ended sooner or later and a new round of development began. The task of mastering the forces of socio-economic life and subordinating them to the conscious, planned leadership of the state, as well as constructive and continuous social dialogue between the government and social partners, is the next practical transformation of today. The program of conscious organizational and regulatory steps should be knowledge, anticipation and action plan. When developing an anti-crisis plan to overcome the impact of COVID-19 on the tourism sector in Ukraine, it is necessary to take into account the recommendations of the Global Crisis Committee on Tourism, namely: crisis management and job preservation; support for self-employed workers; providing incentives and implementing appropriate state policy in the field of international tourism. In predicting the future development of the situation, more attention should be paid to the role of the tourism sector in the country's economy and the achievement of sustainable development goals; develop plans for preparedness for the challenges of the future and use this opportunity to move to sustainable development of tourism facilities.

The current research opens a discussion about the status of the scientific periodicals in Bulgarian museums in view of the opportunities for its future enrichment in terms of content and fields of application. The focus is on presenting the initiatives of Bulgarian Regional Museums, with an accent on the Regional Historical Museum of Kyustendil. On the basis of a thorough review of its publications and their thematic range, the potential of museum periodicals has been explored in relation to the dual character of the museum – as an institution which collects, studies, keeps and preserves heritage, and at the same time presents it to various audiences. The main research goal has been set towards the identification of various practices for transforming the effect of the periodicals from purely scientific into scientific-and-applied, encouraging the promotion of the museum activities and improving the interaction with museum audiences. In terms of methodology, the team has worked with traditional approaches such as analysis and synthesis, comparison, abstraction, induction and deduction, summarization, and building presumptions. Conclusions have been drawn concerning the character of the periodicals published by Bulgarian museums, in view of involving more actively museum audiences in the future.
