This study aims to demonstrate how hedonistic Second Home Tourism (SHT) trips and eudaimonic community participation will retrieve tourist flow and revive tourist destination from the COVID-19 crisis. Q methodology was followed to measure the subjectivity of scholars, researchers and practitioners of tourism industry for the appreciation of SHT in the crisis. Q Method Software was used to conduct factor analysis. The result of the study concludes that short haul mobility/trip within periphery and/or travel bubble accelerates the % change of international tourist arrivals. The study also implores that how future SHT trips will ensure community resilience through social intuition (cultural integrity and knowledge exchange) and financial retention through economic empathy (demand-supply balance and revenue generation).

The purpose of the article. The research is connected with the definition of culturological bases of synthetic image formation in the system of modern communication and opening of stage space as a communicative phenomenon in the context of the transformation of spectacular cultural practices of the XX century. The research methodology consists of theoretical and interpretive models of comparative and systematic approaches to the definition of stage space as cultural integrity. The scientific novelty of the work is to reveal the peculiarities of cultural creation of stage space in the twentieth century, when artists turned to previous systems of artistic reflection, figurative distinctions of the stage in culture. Emphasis is placed on the relevance of the study of the communicative properties of the stage in cultural construction. The stage can be remote, virtual, chamber, monumental. However, the scene from the category of subject-spatial dimension passes into another dimension - time. On the stage you can not break the unity of time and space, the stage is the unity of action and event, and also presents a certain space-time - chronotope, human image, an image of the day. Conclusions. The revival of the pre-cultural, pre-civilization in the broad progressive sense of the word world of the stage becomes the basis for a polymorphic definition of the communicative dimension of the stage as such. Stage space in the modern dimension requires a comprehensive interdisciplinary study, which focuses on discursive analysis, phenomenological and aesthetic studies of the categories "stage", "act", "action", "event", "creativity", etc. The article only raises the issue of interdisciplinary research tools. Further elaboration of the problem field requires separate investigations. Keywords: culture, universe, scene, action, event, chronotope, scenics.

This work is part of the activities that were agreed within the scope of the University Network of the Latin American Route (UniRila), and was developed specifically as a proposal for Dossier II. This research is also linked to the development of the Master Plan of Porto Murtinho-MS, specifically the axis of Cultural Historical Heritage, the result of an inter-institutional partnership. In this context, the aim is to analyze current normative acts for the preservation of historical and cultural heritage in the three administrative spheres, using the qualitative approach methodology with bibliographic and documentary research. One of the great challenges of the Bioceanic Route Integration will be the efficient updating of policies for the preservation of the historical and cultural heritage, in order to maintain the cultural integrity of the local population. Thus, it is understood the need to stimulate local development, through cultural and social capital, aiming at a participatory democracy. Heritage education is part of this context as an instrument for disseminating information and knowledge, and when supported by public and private agents and social actors, they are certainly decisive in the struggle arising from issues related to cultural vulnerability.

<p><b>The New Zealand Villa is a significant cultural icon of New Zealand. Its architecture encapsulates a rich story of New Zealand's colonial heritage, but preserving this legacy requires respect and understanding in the face of societal change. Presently, villa's are being 'modernised' by owners pressured to maintain the aesthetic 'respectability' of the traditional villa, while simultaneously demanding that their private realms reflect contemporary concerns. Differing expectations and conflict in architectural values results in an irretrievable loss of the villa's cultural integrity.</b></p> <p>As the villa becomes permanently entrenched in New Zealand's cultural heritage, an 'authentic' depiction of the architecture becomes subjected to facadism. District plans and heritage rules indirectly promote the 'authenticity' of facadism; however the term authentic is presented to the populace under false pretences resulting in spurious imitation forced upon villa's. Facadism results in a Potemkin City; replicated façades, insufficient in and lacking appreciation for, New Zealand's architectural history. This paper questions facadism in comparison to historical and contemporary methods of architectural change. It aims to rethink the notion of facadism and communicate alternative ways of approaching change that is honest and suitable to the aging dwelling and to the occupational demands of contemporary life.</p> <p>A methodology for assessing the New Zealand villa will analyse the social aspects of the traditional design through a contemporary lens. An analytical study will be conducted that will review the social and architectural attributes associated with the traditional villa and how it catered for demands and rituals of the Victorian society. It will evaluate the villa's position in contemporary society and focus attention to the roof as a horizontal facade. Principles will explore how the villa's traditional roof and planning attributes can be applied to contemporary lifestyle and cater for a changing occupancy.</p> <p>A design phase tests the principles through various sites and scales. The desired outcome will present a developed prototype of a 'non frontal' villa designed for the contemporary family unit. It sets out to achieve this through a series of tests exploring how the designed principles can develop a conceptual depiction of a villa. The design outcome of this thesis presents two conclusions. First a contemporary typology of the spatial language of the New Zealand villa and, second, that the villa's facade in contemporary environments has become a three dimensional object with a horizontal nature that needs to be catered for in contemporary architecture.</p>

The article is focused mainly on aesthetic-philosophical constants of the work of art of Julius Zeyer. The author of the article tries to point out that Zeyer´s conception of art is tightly connected with artistic conceptions of the rising literary symbolistic generation: His aesthetic-philosophical system contains strong protest against rationalism, realism and naturalism in contemporary literature and underlines the way to subconscious roots of human existence; it turns away from rational understanding of the world and the mystical intuition of inner and organic life in modern literature. In the article the motifs of temple building and motifs of creating the organic picture of the world in Zeyer´s work of art are analysed. The article also contains main references to Zeyer´s work of art published by reputable names of the Czech and European literary criticism.

The article highlights the importance of the ethno-social focus of the research in the analysis of the socio-cultural space of the city. The use of the concept of "creolization" allows us to understand the socioculture of the city as formed on the basis of the ethnic composition of the city in а certain period of time, including а differentiated plurality of ethnocultures, not homogeneous in its structure, but implying an eclectic mixing of cultures into а socio-cultural integrity. Using the example of NovosiЬirsk, the article analyzes the influence of the ethno-confessional composition on the socio-cultural portrait of the city. Using the example of visually identifiaЬle "ethnically marked" objects of urban space (museums, temples) and events (holidays, festivals), the author comes to the conclusion that а complete meaningful understanding of the sociocultural space of modern NovosiЬirsk is impossiЬle without taking into account its ethno-social component.

Subject. The article addresses socio-cultural qualitative integrity of individualistic concept as a metaphysical basis of political economy analysis in the context of actualization of non-economic and non-cognitive factors of economic development. Objectives. The aim is to develop a formation sequence of the qualitative integrity of ontological paradigm of individualism as propaedeutics of the innovative form of modern political and economic development of countries and areas worldwide. Methods. The study draws on interdisciplinary, logical and epistemological, and qualitative analysis of individualism as a general basis for the formation and development of the public sector of the modern economy; and the content analysis of modern relevant domestic and foreign sources. Results. The result of the research is the imperative of understanding individualism as a socio-cultural phenomenon, which is a unity of value forms that determine the internal logic of a systematic approach to the modern political and economic analysis of economic development. The paper emphasizes the critical importance of permanent primacy of constitutional principles and freedoms of the individual, as well as the secondary nature of the post-constitutional institutions of coordination, even if they are inclusive and imply the stability of functioning and the unconditional protection of property rights. Conclusions. The scientific and practical significance of paper is in the possibility to use directly the elements of qualitative integrity of the ontological paradigm of Hayek's individualism for the development of an innovative model of political economy analysis of any economic system, taking into account its socio-cultural and civilizational features.

This paper argues the cultural authenticity is a questionable conception. Zadie Smith’s debut novel, White Teeth features characters like Samad Miah Iqbal and Hortense Bowden who aredetermined toretain cultural purity. Through this projection,presumably, Smith intends to satirize their efforts and substantiates her claim that cultural purity cannot maintained, especially, when the immigrants come to the host country. Despite the guarding of one’s culture, the breaching of the cultural integrity has visibly taken place in the novel
