Abstract The article discusses the issues of assessing the effectiveness of the use of new diffusion-alloyed ferromagnetic abrasive materials in the technology of magnetic abrasive finishing. The productivity of processing and the roughness of the processed surface were evaluated as they are considered to be the main performance criteria of ferric-abrasive powders (FAP). There were researched three types of powders: common Fe-TiC powder, obtained by the sintering (as a reference), and two new diffusion alloyed (borated and nitrocarburized) FAP, made of low-carbon finely dispersed ferrum-based wastes. Both new proposed diffusion-alloyed powders have better cutting characteristics then reference powder, explained by the structure features and their properties. Evaluation of productivity and roughness of surface shows, that there is their direct dependence of morphology, hardness and fragility of powder particles. The best cutting characteristics has borated powders, as they have microhardness 18,000-20,000 MPa and the tendency to brittle fracture, that leads to the new less-sized particles with sharp cutting edges creation.

Abstract The paper presents results of research into dependence of electroerosion resistance on the energy of discharge impulses during electroerosive machining. A new criterion is proposed for evaluation of electroerosion resistance of materials. A direct dependence has been determined experimentally between the electroerosion resistance and the energy of discharge impulses. This relation is weak and close to linear. A mathematical model has been developed for this dependence. Scope of application is defined for the research results.

The article examines the theoretical aspects of the concept “human resources” and its relationship with the model of economic growth. The authors outlined the factors influencing the formation and quality of human resources in Russia and substantiated the direct dependence of the total human resources of the country on the volume of the human resources of Russia’s regions. The article examines how education and wages affect the movement of graduates, seen as a promising part of the country’s human resources, in the labor market. The authors analyzed the indicators of the formation and use of human resources in Russia for the period from 2010 to 2020. The research confirmed the significance of the implemented national project aimed at increasing labor productivity and supporting the employment in Russia, as it is crucial for increasing human resources. The authors proposed measures aimed at improving the quality of human resources in Russia and, as a result, increasing quality of life.

The research was carried out on a purebred livestock of the main sows of the Poltava meat breed. In the blood, the amount of leukocyte formula was determined and, on the basis of the primary data, integral leukocyte indices were calculated, characterizing the nonspecific resistance of the organism. Approximate reference values of blood indices were established in the population of healthy sows of the Poltava meat breed, in which technological stress led to the development of the stage of resistance. The main load under the action of technological stress in pigs is experienced by the agranulocytic link in the blood, especially monocytes. No reliable interrelationships between blood indices and productivity indicators were established, however, a direct dependence of some indices on other links of the body's resistance was revealed.

Определено влияние биохимического состава яблок летних – Алые Паруса, Пирос и зимних – Гренни Смит, Озарк Голд сортов на формирование процесса заражаемости плодов патогенной микрофлорой при хранении при температуре (4 ± 1)°С в течение 30 дней. Исследуемые образцы плодов поступили из АО «Сад-Гигант» (Краснодарский край) в 2019 году. Установлено, что между характером химических превращений и лежкостью, а также степенью устойчивости плодов к микробиальным патогенам имеется определенная зависимость. Величина коэффициента корреляции (КК) зависит от сорта. Высокая степень обратной зависимости между количеством мезофильных аэробных и факультативно-анаэробных микроорганизмов, плесневых грибов и содержанием сухих растворимых веществ и полифенольных соединений установлена для яблок сорта Алые Паруса, КК –1,000 и –0,952 соответственно. Для сорта Гренни Смит установлены высокая степень прямой зависимости количества плесневых грибов от содержания клетчатки (1,000) и пектина (0,756) и высокая степень обратной зависимости от содержания полифенольных веществ (–0,995). Для сорта Пирос установлены: высокая степень обратной зависимости между количеством МАФАнМ и содержанием клетчатки (–0,094) и сухих растворимых веществ (–0,203); прямой зависимости количества плесневых грибов от содержания витамина С, сахаров и пектина: 0,971; 0,927 и 0,747 соответственно. В яблоках сорта Озарк Голд высокая степень обратной зависимости установлена между количеством МАФАнМ и содержанием клетчатки, сухих растворимых веществ, пектина: –0,994; –0,595; –0,665 соответственно. У данного сорта также установлена высокая степень обратной зависимости количества плесневых грибов на поверхности от содержания клетчатки (–0,994) и полифенольных соединений (–0,754). Полученные данные могут быть использованы для разработки технологий хранения яблок, основанных на прогнозировании лежкоспособности в зависимости от биохимических показателей. The influence of the biochemical composition of summer apples – Scarlet Sails, Piros and winter apples – Granny Smith, Ozark Gold varieties on the formation of the process of infestation of fruits with pathogenic microflora when stored at a temperature of (4 ± 1)°C within 30 days. The studied fruit samples were received from JSC “Sad-Gigant” (Krasnodar region) in 2019. It is established that there is a certain relationship between the nature of chemical transformations and the keeping quality, as well as the degree of resistance of fruits to microbial pathogens. The value of the correlation coefficient (CC) depends on the variety. A high degree of inverse relationship between the number of mesophilic aerobic and facultative anaerobic microorganisms, mold fungi and the content of dry soluble substances and polyphenolic compounds was established for apples of the Scarlet Sails variety, CC –1,000 and –0,952, respectively. For the Granny Smith variety, a high degree of direct dependence of the number of mold fungi on the content of fiber (1,000) and pectin (0,756) and a high degree of inverse dependence on the content of polyphenolic substances (–0,995) were established. For the Piros variety, there is a high degree of inverse dependence between the amount of MAFAnM and the content of fiber (–0,094) and dry soluble substances (–0,203); direct dependence of the amount of mold fungi on the content of vitamin C, sugars and pectin: 0,971; 0,927 and 0,747, respectively. In apples of the Ozark Gold variety, a high degree of inverse relationship is established between the amount of MAFAnM and the content of fiber, dry soluble substances, pectin: –0,994; –0,595; –0,665, respectively. This variety also has a high degree of inverse dependence of the number of mold fungi on the surface on the content of fiber (–0,994) and polyphenolic compounds (–0,754). The obtained data can be used for the development of apple storage technologies based on the prediction of keeping capacity depending on the biochemical parameters.

On the basis of published scientific works and office-work documents, the issues of coverage of the khan power in Kazakh society by Russian scientists and officials of the 18th — early 19th centuries are considered. The relevance of the work is due to the poor study of assessments of this institution by contemporaries in the process of its gradual transformation by the imperial authorities. The need to collect information about the political institutions of Kazakh society was due to the need to integrate the Kazakh zhuzs into the general imperial space. As a result of the study, it was revealed that the assessment by Russian by the Russian authorities and the scientific community of the khan's power included three main components. The first is the election of the khans, which was viewed by observers as an integral element of the institution of the khan's power and legitimized the khan's power in society. The second is the direct dependence of the amount of power of the khan on his personal authority among his subjects, without which the ruler did not enjoy support in society. The third is the perception of the khan's power as a weak and limited to the clan nobility. In the 18th and early 19th centuries the assessments of the institution under consideration by Russian researchers did not always correspond to reality; the collected information was utilitarian and discrete.

It is known that over than 90% of oil produced in Azerbaijan is extracted from the South Caspian Basin. The South Caspian basin is one of the largest deeply buried basins. Sedimentation process here is characterized by high rate as 25 km for 150-170 mln. years (0.6-0.7 km/mln.years). Last year’s due to acceleration in search and exploration works and assessment of the outlook for oil and gas deposits research of the genesis of Productive Series attracts a lot of attention. İn this paper “Quantitative and qualitative models of log facies” on the basis of well logging data the analysis of lithology, facies and genesis of sedimentary rocks in Pirallahi structure have been done and results were derived. Within the framework of the study by use of Neuralog software based on LL, SP, GL, NGL and other log types the data have been transformed into the LAS format, then the, porosity, bulk clay coefficient and thickness of facies alteration models have been designed by use of Petrel software. Study of sedimentation environment constantly draws the interest of geoscientists due to the direct dependence of structure and identification of oil and gas traps on sedimentation environment. This paper deals with study of genesis of Productive Series deposits based on quantitative and qualitative analysis of logging curves. The study target is Kirmaky suite across Pirallahi field of Absheron oil-gas bearing region. Study of sedimentation environment constantly draws the interest of geoscientists due to the direct dependence of structure and identification of oil and gas traps on sedimentation environment. This paper deals with study of genesis of Productive Series deposits based on quantitative and qualitative analysis of logging curves. The study involves identifying approaches to estimating the real value of digital assets received by an enterprise, controlled by it, and accounted for at a particular cost. The main purpose of the study is to identify the parameters of estimating the value of the received asset from the type of operations (mining, barter). The study uses the method of description, which allowed to establish certain features of the accounting reflection of cryptocurrency in accounting depending on the type of transaction, recognition, and valuation of such an asset. The study analysed the main operations involving cryptocurrency. It is established that upon transactions with virtual currencies, cryptocurrency, digital assets, special attention should be paid to measuring the consumer value of certain goods (assets). Different approaches to the application of measuring the consumer value of assets are analysed. The possibilities of applying the main types of value are considered, it is established that none of them exhaustively covers the essence of measuring the consumer value of digital assets, virtual currency, and cryptocurrency. The introduction of a new type of value as attributive is proposed and substantiated. The main options for cryptocurrency valuation depending on transactions with such assets are disclosed and options for using a certain type of valuation are recommended. The study provides the calculation of the attributive value depending on certain types of operations. It is established that the proposed attributive value reflects a direct dependence on income and sales of the asset, the cost of such an asset, and its recognition for tax purposes. The study provides a real example of calculating and applying the attribute value of a Bitcoin Cash coin for reporting during the revaluation of an asset
