Nowadays, due to the complex family economic problems, it is the reason for a wife to become a TKW abroad to improve the family's economy. This study aimed to determine the psychological analysis of Islamic families on the communication patterns of TKW families and to find out the psychological analysis of Islamic families on conflict resolution in TKW families from Gajah Village Ponorogo. The method used a qualitative method with data collection techniques with interviews and documentation. The results showed that the communication pattern of the TKW families in Gajah Village was by the Qur'an about communication ethics, namely: trustworthy, not lying, and fair. Conflict resolution in realizing a harmonious family in the TKW family in Gajah Village uses four conflict resolutions contained in QS an-Nisa' verse 35, namely: al-Ma'ruf (tenderness and harmony between husband and wife), al-Ma'ruf (tenderness and harmony between husband and wife), al-Sabru (patience), Tahammul al-Ada (freedom in conveying and receiving partner's opinion) and al-Wa'zu (advice).

As a multicultural country, Indonesia has the potential to experience horizontal conflict. The conflict is usually triggered by SARA issues. Bhinneka Tunggal Ika as the motto of the state becomes forgotten. Society is divided and fragmented, fellow nation children blasphemous and hostile. If this continues, it is not impossible that the state will experience the disintegration. But, there are many ways that can be done to avoid it. One of them is digging back the local wisdom of the nation. Recitation Quran, as one part of the Indonesian local wisdom can be a part in glueing the love of the homeland, the love of diversity and the love of harmony. Knitting diversity through recitation Quran is one way to prevent the disintegration of the nation. Therefore, recitation Quran should be communicated well and correctly should be communicated well and correctly so that acceptable to the community and the national values to be conveyed through recitation Quran can be implemented. Such a thing necessarily requires the proper way of communicating so that the communication process and communication goals can be achieved. The process of communication and how to communicate will shape its own communication pattern. The communication pattern that is able to convey the purpose of recitation Quran is interesting to be studied as seen in this research. The method of this research is using qualitative method through observation, interview and documentation. AbstractThis research underlines the communication patterns of Indonesian diaspora women in their mixed culture families and how they use these patterns in Australia. There are some differences in interpreting meanings because of the differences in language and culture. Thus, researchers are interested in examining communication patterns experienced by these diaspora women who live in Australia. The research was conducted through a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews with 13 Indonesian women who had been living in Australia for more than 5 years and observation and documentation studies. The study showed that the communication patterns of Indonesian diaspora women living within their mixed culture families consist mainly of verbal communication classified into five categories: (1) pure English, (2) mixed language, (3) unstructured grammar English, (4) compliments and appreciation, and (5) obscene words or swearing.

This case study seeks to reveal the acculturation experience some residents Chinese descent in Semarang. The data collection is done by conducting in-depth interviews with three informants selected, complemented by interviews with a priest in order to gain insights into conflict resolution within the framework of multiculturalism. Key to conflict resolution is the synergic cooperation between the government, security, local religious and tribal leaders. Acculturation as a method of receiving and cultural assimilation became one of alternative conflict prevention. The informant chose multiculturalism as a strategy of acculturation. Communication patterns are tolerant and philosophical values of Pancasila should be developed and cultivated to realize multiculturalism.

Women have received a lot of discrimination both in the economic, political, social, SARA, women can only be considered to be able to guide the household. Women still do not get an equality as a woman, energy and workload of a woman has not received appreciation and respect, but instead gets discrimination against women continuously. This study aims to explain the communication patterns of femenism that the community considers that men must be leaders while women can only be housewives in charge of serving their husband and wife. In research on feminism communication patterns, researchers use content analysis methods that are focused on a content, this method is used to represent a concept, character or sentences that are hidden and contain broad meanings, using data collection methods: coding on content that is considered important in the video intended in this study. The content taken to be used as a study is the narrative video of Najwa Shihab and Agnes Monica. Considering that the video tells a role, a pattern of communication phenenism in the social environment. While in the analysis of data researchers will analyze, explore data, display and validate data. the results in this study are the Pattern of Communication of Feminism and Patriarchy in the world of work, the Culture of Patriarchy in Indonesia, the Role of Femenism, the Suppression of Phenemism, the Communication Pattern of Fellow Phememism.

This research aims to know the influence of communication patterns and levels of liveliness a leader against the loyalty member in urbex People community beksi region. This research was categorized in the research survey, with research instrumentin the form of a questionnaire. The research is the study of the population by the number of respondents 108 member of urbex people community Bekasi region. metode of research used in this study is a qualitative method, using the approach of Phenomenology. Results of the study found that: (1) a leader of communication patterns of a positive effect against the loyalty member. (2) the level of positive against the influential leader of the liveliness of the loyalty member. (3) the communication pattern and tiers in the influential leader of the simultaneous activity against the loyalty member. It could be said the number of members was strongly influenced by the patterns of communication and levels of liveliness leader itself. KeyWords : Communication Pattern, level of liveliness, and loyality

This paper discusses the cases of divorce and its settlement in the Religious Court of Palu. This study applied qualitative method with the data collection techniques that include observation, interview and written document. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, presentation, verification and conclusion drawing. The result shows that the divorce proceedings handled by the Religious Court of Palu includes  the applicants filed for divorce applications to the Religious Courts. Then, the Religious Courts make a number of lawsuit or application for divorce and file a summons. Furthermore, the panel of judges appointed a mediator to mediate between the litigating husband and wife. Conducting the first hearing with the agenda of reading the suit. The second hearing, listening to the response of the respondent or the defendant then delaying the decision. Listen to the testimonies of witnesses from each party. The panel of judges gives a decision on the case submitted and invites the respondent or the defendant to submit an appeal. The causes of divorce are adultery factors,  drunkenness, drug consumption,  gambling,  leaving partner,  imprisoned, polygamy,  domestic violence. The majority couses of divorces are domestic violents and leaning parteners.

Literary work is the result of creative writing containing aesthetic values and the values of life conveyed through the meanings of the story. Narrating a story of literary works involves the roles’ of the characters as the main figures that is consistent with the story and a psychological analysis of literary. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative method. The data sources used were documents such as the review of the Novel amba. Data collection was done by using documentation and interviews. The results of this research are as follows: (1) dispositive key figures were illustrated by using the method of standpoint. (2) id aspect of the characters in the novel of Amba comes from life and death instincts as the form of survival or fulfilling the needs. (3) aspects of ego that exists in figures Novel amba are served as a means of meeting the needs and as a determinant in deciding any actions to take in response to the problems that occur within the characters. (4) aspects of the superego is depicted through the picture of them obeying the rules that exist in the society.

ABSTRACTMarriage conduted at a young age is generally minimal in both physical and mental readiness, in addition it is feared that it will produce poor offspring. This is not only produced from undercooked seeds but also due to the couple’s lack of knowledge about how to minimize emotions and build a harmonious family. Early marriage in terms of psychology has risks such as being cut off from education, loss of job opportunites, young people to divorce, children lacking attention and deviations in behavior.Marriage conducted as a young a teenager is theoretically very prone toproblems because adolescents are still very unstable in their actions, because emotions in adolescents are not yet fully formed. Teenage emotionality is between the emotionality of children and adults. So that the formulation of the problem inthis study is a qualitative method with a desvriptive approach that aims to systematically and accurately describe facts and characteristic about the population or regarding a particular field with observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the implications of early marriage or underage marriage are merried coupels who cannot marry or do not know their rights and obligations as husband and wife, this arises because of their physicalnor mental immature who tend to both have selfishnessheight, besides that it also creates a bad influence on her children. For women who have early marriages will experience disorders in the womb that can endanger the health of the child and even children born will tend to be small and thin. It will also have an adverse effect on each family.

The study aims to analyze the process of internal conflict resolution between the Government of Indonesia and the separatist movement in Papua (Free Papua Movement (Indonesian: Organisasi Papua Merdeka or OPM)) using a horse-trading mechanism. This study was qualitative method by discussing the Free Papua Movement background and the conflict, then discussing the conflict process of timeline analysis tool to understand the development of its movement based on chronological order, and discussing the conflict resolutions that have been carried out with conflict mapping analysis tool to understand the actors that involved and their objectives. The conflict is the result of complexity among historical backgrounds, ideology, and a sense of injustice in Papua, on the other hand, the international community has increasingly supported Papua. Horse-trading has been used to resolve the conflict of Free Papua Movement and the Government of Indonesia, yet it has not yet reached a new resolution. The horse-trading mechanism effectively resolves the conflict when trust has been achieved between them to communicate both of them where they can deliver their objectives openly.

When people from different cultural backgrounds talk to each other, this is known as intercultural communication. These differences can cause problems such as culture shock. The use of communication patterns in the context of cultural diversity among ethnic Papuan students at Kanjuruhan University Malang is quite diverse, including multidirectional communication patterns. The purpose of this study is to find out how ethnic Papuan students who experience culture shock communicate in social situations. The objects used in this study are ethnic Papuan students in semester 2, 4, 6 and 8 at Kanjuruhan University Malang, with each taking two students in each semester. Interviews, observations, literature studies, and documentation were used as data collection techniques. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the culture shock of Papuan students affects how communication patterns are used. One-way communication patterns are applied by 2nd semester students with culture shock experienced such as language barriers or accents as well as self-conditions that include feelings of fear, inferiority or lack of confidence. Furthermore, two-way communication patterns are applied by 4th semester students and 6th semester students, students who use this communication pattern have begun to be able to overcome the culture shock they experienced. And finally, the multidirectional communication pattern was applied by 8th semester and 6th semester students, students who applied this pattern were able to overcome the culture shock they had previously experienced.
