This chapter analyzes and measures customer satisfaction in using e-supply chain products using the honeycomb user experience approach. The e-supply chain product tested is a website that provides distribution services for government-owned (public logistic) and private (private logistic) in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to analyze the value of e-supply chain products and evaluate whether this value has been received by service users through the concept of user experience honeycombs. There are seven aspects assessed, namely useful, usable, desirable, findable, credible, accessible, and valuable. This study shows that the value for the public sector as a whole gets better scores than the private sector. The aspects that need to be improved in the public sector are credible and usable. In contrast, in the private sector, the aspects that need improvement are accessible, desirable, findable, useful, and valuable.

COVID-19 calls for a new understanding of urban landscape and associated living. As an emerging topic, lockdown urbanism involves an unpredictable future where lockdown or quarantine may be a come and go new normal for everyday practice, but the topic itself seems to have escaped historical inquiry. This paper attempts to answer why the strict lockdown is suitable for China by revealing a long and complex history of urbanization and its social and administrative organization. The urban fabric is characterized by a system of urban patterns: enclosed communities, the spatial layout and service distribution of the neighborhood, and the formation of the center. It was also animated by daily ritualistic practices, such as the control of time, quotidian lockdown practice (yejin), and individual ties within the enclosed neighborhood. This paper contributes to a better understanding of the deep history of urban form and the order and logic behind lockdown urbanism.

Kata Kunci: Bencana; BPBD; Distribusi Bantuan; MDMC; Paska Gempa Learning from Disaster Community Service: Distribution Pattern of Post-Lombok Earthquake Aid between MDMC and BPBDABSTRACTIndonesia is one the countries that has various potential disasters such as the Earth Quake. One of the Earth Quakes that reached magnitude of 6.8 Richter Scale (SR) was occurred at Lombok Island Province of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). A critical component that plays in the disaster management is humanitarian logistic supply. The community services program (PKM) with disaster theme was initiated by Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram. Total of 30 students were sent for assisting the humanitarian logistic supply post-earth quake at two main distribution focal point, namely Muhammadiyah Disaster Management Centre that located at Gedung Dakwah Pengurus Wilayah Muhammadiyah (PWM) NTB, and The Provincial Disaster Management Office (BPBD) that located at BPBD NTB office. The PKM concluded that the distribution of humanitarian logistic by MDMC and BPBD has different characteristic associated with management and strategy, these differences occurred due to operational guideline that referred by those two institution. Some of the characteristic differences include funding resource, coordination system, and human resources that generated the different distribution flow.         Keywords: Disaster; BPBD; Distribution Aid; MDMC; Post Earth Quake

Fog computing is meant to deal with the problems which cloud computing cannot solve alone. As the fog is closer to a user, it can improve some very important QoS characteristics, such as a latency and availability. One of the challenges in the fog architecture is heterogeneous constrained devices and the dynamic nature of the end devices, which requires a dynamic service orchestration to provide an efficient service placement inside the fog nodes. An optimization method is needed to ensure the required level of QoS while requiring minimal resources from fog and end devices, thus ensuring the longest lifecycle of the whole IoT system. A two-stage multi-objective optimization method to find the best placement of services among available fog nodes is presented in this paper. A Pareto set of non-dominated possible service distributions is found using the integer multi-objective particle swarm optimization method. Then, the analytical hierarchy process is used to choose the best service distribution according to the application-specific judgment matrix. An illustrative scenario with experimental results is presented to demonstrate characteristics of the proposed method.

At present, rural areas are becoming the second largest source of greenhouse gas emissions, and it is imperative to explore a low-carbon construction and development model suitable for rural areas. In view of insufficient vitality of rural public venues, through a combination of field visits and investigations, ArcGIS spatial analysis and related mathematical statistics, the service range index and service distribution index of rural public venues are created, and Shijiaying Village, representative of the Guanzhong Plain area, is selected as an example to analyze the spatial distribution of its public venues. It is found that rural public venues present the overall characteristics of unbalanced spatial distribution, which are mainly manifested in the following aspects: first, administrative village-level public venues have small effective service range; second, there are distinctive differences in service distribution between different villages; third, rural public venues lack service in overall. Factors such as the distribution pattern of rural settlements, the location layout and type of the venues exert an important impact on the spatial distribution of rural public venues. The study is expected to provide a useful reference for the planning and construction of rural public venues and the quality improvement of human settlements in China in the new era.

The monetization of the modern Triple-A game has undergone severe changes, as free-to-play revenue models and game as a service distribution strategy have become standard for game developers. To date, the established tradition of the industry’s political–economic analysis focused on the value extraction and user exploitation of video game as a cultural commodity, centered on the video game as generating value through the selling of boxed or digital units. In this article, we present a new analytical framework grounded in understanding the modern video game as an asset that continuously generates revenue for its owners. This theoretical lens encapsulates the changes in contemporary game development, distribution, and value generation. To demonstrate, we apply it to the analysis of the monetization strategies of three recent free-to-play Triple-A titles: Fortnite (2017), Apex Legends (2019), and Call of Duty: Warzone (2020).

AbstractLocal 5G networks are emerging as a new form for 5G deployment, targeting service delivery for vertical-specific purposes and other local users. These networks are also known as micro-operator networks for which prior work has established different deployment scenarios, namely Closed, Open and Mixed Networks. To achieve network flexibility, customization and privacy required by various vertical sectors, such as industry, health and energy, it is essential to have a well-defined network slicing architecture and adequate implementation procedure. In this paper, a sophisticated end-to-end network slicing architecture is proposed for different deployment scenarios of the local 5G micro-operator concept. The proposed architecture incorporates a broad four-layer concept, leveraging a multi-tenancy layer for different tenants and their end users, a descriptive service layer, a multi-domain slicing management and orchestration layer, and a resource layer. We further propose a network slice instance (NSI) communication service distribution technique for local 5G micro-operators. This is achieved by expanding/leveraging the communication service management function in the multi-tenant layer into a multi-tenant manager and an orchestrator of communication services. In addition, we describe how the communication service orchestrator will address all the possible multitenant-slice situations during the distribution of a network slice instance to multiple tenants. The novel methods described in the paper present a solution for not only network slice communication service distribution across different micro-operator’s tenants but also for future use cases, especially, when the allocated slice is responsible for multiple tenants or when a tenant requests multiple NSIs.
