YouTube adalah sebuah situs web video sharing (berbagi video) yang populer dimana para pengguna dapat memuat, menonton, dan berbagi klip video secara gratis. Saat ini Youtube menjadi situs online Video provider paling dominan di Amerika serikat, bahkan dunia, dengan menguasai 43% pasar. Adapun 5 Liga Terbaik Eropa Saat Ini yang memanfaatkan Youtube sebagai platform marketing, yaitu : Premier League, LaLiga Santander, seria A, Ligue 1, dan Bundesliga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menghitung kredibilitas dari performa akun Youtube 5 Liga Terbaik Eropa Saat Ini. Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini yaitu metode eksploratif kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa LaLiga Santanderbaik mendapatkan peringkat pertama dan memiliki kredibilitas performa akun yang baik.

Video has more information than the isolated images. Processing, analyzing and understanding of contents present in videos are becoming very important. Consumer videos are generally captured by amateurs using handheld cameras of events and it contains considerable camera motion, occlusion, cluttered background, and large intraclass variations within the same type of events, making their visual cues highly variable and less discriminant. So visual event recognition is an extremely challenging task in computer vision. A visual event recognition framework for consumer videos is framed by leveraging a large amount of loosely labeled web videos. The videos are divided into training and testing sets manually. A simple method called the Aligned Space-Time Pyramid Matching method was proposed to effectively measure the distances between two video clips from different domains. Each video is divided into space-time volumes over multiple levels. A new transfer learning method is referred to as Adaptive Multiple Kernel Learning fuse the information from multiple pyramid levels, features, and copes with the considerable variation in feature distributions between videos from two domains web video domain and consumer video domain.With the help of MATLAB Simulink videos are divided and compared with web domain videos. The inputs are taken from the Kodak data set and the results are given in the form of MATLAB simulation.

The COVID-19 pandemic prompted private basic education in the Philippines to hold a professional developmental program for faculty members using web video conferencing (WVC). Given the uncertainties of WVC educational quality and the challenge of shifting to a fully online environment, this study aimed to evaluate the use of web video conferencing and the development of a faculty development program on sustaining teacher leadership and academic vitality through research. The training was held for nine weeks, and 33 faculty members of the institution participated. Quantitative data include survey questionnaires on perceptions on action research, perceptions on technology integration, training proficiency, and pedagogical practices. Qualitative data include analysis of video recordings, reflection journals, observation notes, and actual research outputs. It utilized descriptive developmental action research using a convergent mixed-method approach, and thematic analysis. Findings show that the use of WVC as a mode of delivery proved successful in creating an effective educational experience for all the participants as evidenced by their enhanced teacher leadership skills and academic vitality. These skills were demonstrated through their willingness to promote professional inquiry as shown by their actual research outputs and demonstration of high proficiency in the adoption of technology integration.

In the world, countless people are missing every day, including children, adolescents, psychological challenge, elderly people with Alzheimer’s, etc. they remain without a trace. These charges are missing and are being reviewed at the police station. Ngu using webcam technology compare the individual and the database available again to find these people. This program is designed to locate missing people. If missing The person is found in the Web video stream and sends the location of the lost person to the police station. After a missing person is found in a Web Video stream, send location Email to the police station. So our system can play a very key role in matters of security and authenticity. Here the manager does all the management roles in this program. The controller can add active police officers, remove active police officers and watch police using. The system gets the results and produces the output accordingly.

Pada masa pandemi COVID-19 ini sekolah dan universitas terpaksa harus menggunakan perkuliahan berbasis video atau web video conference, yang kemudian mengalami berbagai permasalahan. E-Learning kemudian digunakan sebagai alternatif dan dilaksanakan secara bergantian dengan perkuliahan berbasis video. Artikel ini bertujuan mengetahui peran E-Learning sebagai media alternatif selain perkuliahan berbasis video. Artikel ini ditulis dengan menggunakan metode descriptive content analysis study yaitu sebuah cara analisis yang tujuannya adalah untuk mendeskripsikan konten pokok dalam suatu topik berdasarkan dari beberapa sumber informasi yang dikumpulkan. Informasi yang dimaksud dalam artikel ini bersumber dari berbagai artikel ilmiah yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring baik dalam bentuk web video conference maupun pada E-Learning selama pandemi COVID-19.

Developing a Web Video Player connected to a security surveillance camera for collecting the video streams is the main objective of this study. The Developed Web Application tracks the target object through the sequences of video frames and generates the object trajectories. The video frames are analyzed, and the object trajectories are fed into a classifier or clustering method for training and movement detection purposes. In this thesis, several machine learning techniques are applied and implemented in Batch and in Real-Time mode including SVM, J48 Decision Tree, PART, Decision Table, Decision Stump, Multilayer Perceptron, and K-Means clustering by using two customized datasets. The object tracking, and movement detection are based on a simplified HSV color space model. The developed Web Application and proposed architecture are implemented on a local area network with in-house Server as well as a single computer and can detect the trajectories of the moving objects effectively.

A review was conducted using PubMed/MEDLINE (published articles) as well as World Wide Web (video material) to determine the frequency of anterior and posterior presentation of the elephant at birth. Of 46 identified cases, 12 were in anterior and 34 in posterior presentation. The Fisher exact test (p=0.682) did not show a statistically significant difference in the distribution of presentations between the Loxodonta africana (2 anterior and 10 posterior presentation) and Elephas maximus (10 anterior and 24 posterior presentation). The ratio between anterior and posterior presentation 6:29 (18.51% versus 81.49%) at birth without knowing dystocia, is significantly different from the distribution anterior and posterior presentation 6:3 (66.7% versus 33.3%) in cases with dystocia (Fisher exact test p = 0.012). Obtained data shows that posterior presentation at birth in elephants is more often present than anterior, while anterior presentation is more often associated with dystocia.
