<p><strong>Abstrak </strong></p><p>Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis sistem informasi jadwal terpadu di Program Studi Pendidikan Teknologi Informasi dan Komputer (PTIK) IKIP PGRI Pontianak. Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 15 orang yang terdiri dari 10 mahasiswa, 4 dosen, dan 1 staf Program Studi PTIK. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dengan teknik pengumpul data menggunakan panduan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Analisis Sistem Jadwal Terpadu Program Studi PTIK yang dilakukan meliputi jadwal perkuliahan, jadwal dosen pembimbing skripsi, serta jadwal seminar dan skripsi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) sistem berjalan yang digunakan tidak memiliki karakteristik usability, functionality, dan visual communication; dan (2) usulan sistem yang baru berbentuk alur program dengan memperhatikan karakteristik usability, functionality, dan visual communication.</p><p><em><strong>Abstract</strong> </em></p><p><em>The purpose of the research was to analyze the integrated schedule information system in the Computer and Information Technology Education Study Program (PTIK) IKIP PGRI Pontianak. The research method used descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were 15 people consisting of 10 students, 4 lecturers, and 1 staff of the PTIK Study Program. Data collection tools used interviews with data collection techniques used interview guides. The data analysis technique used a qualitative descriptive analysis. Analysis of the integrated schedule system of the PTIK Study Program which is carried out includes lecture schedules, thesis supervisor schedules, and seminars or thesis schedules. The results of the research were: (1) the running system used did not have the characteristics of usability, functionality, and visual communication; and (2) the proposed new system is in the form of a program flow by taking into account the characteristics of usability, functionality, and visual communication.</em></p>

This study aims to design and create a Digital Prayer Schedule system at Masjid UPI "YPTK" Padang using Arduino as a controller. Prayer schedule data can be taken from the Indonesian Ministry of Religion website and stored on a MicroSD card. Likewise with the lecturer activity schedule data, also stored in the MicroSD. This data is processed by the Arduino module based on the program stored therein. The output is in the form of a prayer times display on Seven Segments and a lecturer activity schedule display on Running Text. The first time the device is activated, it must be set up using the input button. The setting process includes setting the date, time and iqomah pause time settings. After the data is saved, it is automatically displaying the date, time and the prayer times on Seven Segments. The system also automatically displays the names of lecturers who are tasked with reading the Qur'an, sayings Asmaul Husna and praying on the Running Text based on data stored on the MicroSD card. Testing is done by activating the equipment for a week non-stop. The system is tested both in terms of component durability in operation and timeliness in activating the Buzzer when prayer time has entered. After testing the designed equipment, the date, time and prayer times can be displayed properly on Seven Segments and the schedule of lecturer activities also can be displayed well on the Running Text. Thus the system can be used and produced on a larger scale.

Lecture scheduling systems that made manually need longer time and should be made time after time (trial and error) because there are many constrains should be considered like: number of classes, number of lecturers, number of courses and number of students. Delay in publishing class schedule could cause disruption in the lecture process. As an effort to continuous improvement, designing lecture schedule system based on application or website which easy to use by user was very needed. This research aims to design lecture scheduling information systems based on website and android in Industrial Engineering Department, Islamic State University Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. This research also measures system success rate by using User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The fnding reveals based on UAT analysis to the information system of lecture scheduling designed, as an average, the success rate was 85.1% from 100% success expected.

The accelerated growth of the percentage of elder people and persons with brain injury-related conditions and who are intellectually challenged are some of the main concerns of the developed countries. These persons often require special cares and even almost permanent overseers that help them to carry out diary tasks. With this issue in mind, we propose an automated schedule system which is deployed on a social robot. The robot keeps track of the tasks that the patient has to fulfill in a diary basis. When a task is triggered, the robot guides the patient through its completion. The system is also able to detect if the steps are being properly carried out or not, issuing alerts in that case. To do so, an ensemble of deep learning techniques is used. The schedule is customizable by the carers and authorized relatives. Our system could enhance the quality of life of the patients and improve their self-autonomy. The experimentation, which was supervised by the ADACEA foundation, validates the achievement of these goals.

e"> ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian: melakukan pemberdayaan fungsi kepala ruangan dalam implementasi jadwaldinas berbasis kompetensi di rumah sakit umum vertikal kelas A yang menjadi rumah sakit pusatrujukan nasional. Metode: pendekatan pilot studi yang dilaksanakan dari analisis situasi, pembuatanplan of action, implementasi, evaluasi dan analisis gap menggunakan literatur review. Pilot studidilakukan selama ± 7 minggu kepada 43 perawat dan 16 kepala ruangan sebagai responden.Analisis situasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan diagram fi sh bone. Hasil: Masalah utama ialahbelum optimalnya pelaksanaan jadwal dinas berbasis kompetensi. Implementasi yang dilakukanialah brainstorming kepada kepala ruangan tentang pentingnya kompetensi dalam pelaksanaanjadwal dinas dan melakukan uji coba jadwal dinas berbasis kompetensi. Hasil uji coba didapatkanbahwa 100% kepala ruangan merasa jadwal dinas berbasis kompetensi lebih efektif. Hasil kuesionermenunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan kepala ruangan tentang pentingnya kompetensidalam penjadwalan perawat menjadi 8,6 dan rata-rata penilaian diri (self asessment) dari kepalaruangan tentang evaluasi pembuatan jadwal dinas berbasis kompetensi sebesar 7,88 dari 10 poin.Pelaksanaan penjadwalan berbasis kompetensi mendapat hambatan berupa kurangnya jumlahtenaga perawat, karakteristik perawat, dan pemerataaan kompetensi. Simpulan: pemberdayaanfungsi kepala ruangan dalam implementasi jadwal dinas berbasis kompetensi lebih efektif danmemudahkan pekerjaan kepala ruangan dalam pengaturan jadwal dinas. Peran kepala ruangansangat penting dalam pembuatan jadwal dinas berbasis kompetensi. Peran kepala bidangkeperawatan sangat membantu sistem jadwal dinas dengan membuat kebijakan yang tepat dansejalan dengan misi pelayanan keperawatan untuk memberikan pelayanan berkualitas dan aman.Kata Kunci: jadwal dinas, kompetensi, perawat.OPTIMIZATION THE FUNCTION OF THE HEAD NURSE IN DETERMINING COMPETENCEBASED NURSE SERVICE SCHEDULE: A PILOT STUDYABSTRACTObjective: To empower the function of head nurse in implementing competence-based nurse serviceschedule in grade A hospital which serves as a national referral hospital. Methods: This studyemployed a pilot study approach that was performed in situation analysis, making of Plan of Action,implementation, evaluation and gap analysis using literature review. The pilot study was conductedfor approximately 7 weeks to 43 nurses and 16 head nurses as respondents. The situation analysiswas performed using fi shbone diagram. Results: The main problem was unoptimal implementationof competence-based nurse service schedule. The implementation done was brainstorming tothe head nurses about importance of competence in the implementation of service schedule andconducting trial of the competence-based nurse service schedule. The trial results indicated that100% of the head nurses thought that the competence-based nurse service schedule was moreeffective. The questionnaire results indicated increased head nurses’ knowledge of the importanceof competence in nurse scheduling by 8.6, and average self-assessment of the head nurseson the evaluation of competency-based nurse service scheduling by 7.88 out of 10 points. Theimplementation of competence-based scheduling was obstructed by lack of the number of nurses,characteristics of nurses and even distribution of competence. Conclusion: The empowerment ofthe function of head nurses in the implementation of competence-based nurse service schedule wasmore effectively and could facilitate the work of head nurses in managing the service schedule. The role of head nurses was very important in competence-based nursing service scheduling. The roleof head nurses was useful in nurse service schedule system by making appropriate policy and wasin line with the mission of nursing care in providing quality and safe service.Keywords: nurse scheduling, competence, nurse

Objectives: A pilot study to test whether a visual schedule system using picture communication symbols can help children with autism have successful routine dental cleaning visits. Study Design: 14 boys with autism between three- to eight-years-old presented to the dental clinic for four weekly consecutive dental appointments. Patients were randomly assigned to either the control group who received the tell-show-do method (i.e., standard of care), or the test group who received the tell-show-do method plus the visual schedule system. Results: Patients in the test group completed an average of 1.38 more steps, at 35.52 seconds per step faster, and with 18.7% lower levels of behavioral distress than those in the control group. Conclusion: The use of a visual schedule system, along with repeated weekly visits, showed some promise in helping children with autism successfully complete more steps, progress at a quicker rate, and exhibit lower levels of behavioral distress within a dental appointment, compared to a traditional tell-show-do approach.

With soaring demands of Internet content services, content delivery network (CDN), one of the most effective content acceleration techniques, is applied into Internet services. Content routing functions in CDN are generally realized by load balancing system. Effectiveness of load balancing strategy determines response speed to users and user experience (UE) directly. This paper extracted the most important influencing factor of CDN loading from common network services and proposed the Variable Factor Weighted Least Connection. The proposed algorithm made real-time computing and dynamic regulation in considering of effect of network applications on server load index, performance changes of the server and workload changes. It has been applied in LVS kernel system successfully. The experiment confirmed that the CDN load schedule system with Variable-Factor-Weighted-Least-Connection could balance loads among cluster servers dynamically according to processing capacity changes of servers, thus enabling to provide users desired services and contents during high large-scale concurrence accesses of users.

In this paper,we talk about the design and realization of the command and schedule system for radio and TV transmit stations.We first describe the whole system structure.Then,the paper gives a detailed description about the system function.Finally,we describe the simply implementation of this system and a design scheme is recommended.
