Workplace Bullying is a form of cognitive extremism at work. It revealed in misbehavior, activities, and verbal remarks, often deceptive, used to destabilize the person. This behavior results in mental surrender. Bullying leads to the victim’s withdrawal from an institute. It often happens in the form of deleterious remarks, unjustified blame, and submitted abuses. It destabilizes the freedom of expression, isolate the victims, querying them personally and professionally, and deny their access to resources to perform their task. It threatens the victims’ health and make them insecure. The current study is designed to investigate the impact of workplace bullying on the attitude and performance of university teachers. One hundred teachers (38 males and 62 females) were selected randomly from a total of 700 faculty members. Data were collected with the help of self-developed instrument, Teachers Workplace Bullying Attitude and Performance Survey (TWBAPS) with Cronbach Alpha reliability .965. Mean, standard deviation, ANOVA and t-test were applied to analyze the results. There was a significant difference between male and female teachers’ attitude and performance. Female teachers were victimized by their colleagues and heads. They showed a more aggressive attitude and low performance. Male teachers showed more violent behaviors than females. It is recommended to stabilize the academic environment at university level by discouraging the negative attitude among faculty members. Key words: Academic bullying, aggressive attitude, teachers’ performance

Abstract. Dubbed the Proteus effect, research has shown that avatars influence user behavior in virtual reality and video game environments ( Yee & Bailenson, 2007 , 2009 ); however, does this same effect occur in the less dynamic but more prevalent traditional computer-mediated communication (CMC)? As CMC evolves to allow user avatars, the question of its influence increases in importance. This study examines the Proteus effect in traditional CMC, which tends to be dominated by text-based communication. Embodiment is presented as a moderator for the Proteus effect. Two methods for inducing embodiment (via choice and via familiarizing tasks) were tested along with a proposed model for the Proteus effect in social media environments. A 2 (avatar) × 2 (embodiment by choice) × 2 (embodiment by familiarizing tasks) between-subject design with 406 participants showed a significant main effect of familiarizing tasks on embodiment, an interaction effect of avatar embodiment and avatar condition on aggressive behavior, and an unpredicted main effect of embodiment on aggressive attitude.

This article presents the initiation rite for the admission of newcomers to Slovenian upper secondary education, which is called “pheasanting” and has similar characteristics to hazing. It examines the relationship between certain personality traits of hazers with their perception of the school climate and the severity of the hazing activities they engage in (subtle, harassing, and violent hazing). In a sample of 460 students in the fourth grade of upper secondary education, 25.4% of them had carried out hazing in the previous 3 years, of which 47% performed only subtle, 24% harassment, and 29% violent hazing. Violent and harassment hazers justified their actions much more often than subtle hazers by dominating and distorting of the consequences and by diffusing responsibility. They also had less empathy and perceived the school climate as enabling more aggressive attitude. However, violent hazers had the most negative attitude toward hazing, while harassment hazers found hazing most acceptable. Finally, some practical implications of the results at individual and school level are discussed.

The population of the study consisted of 119 mothers who made appointments via telephone and internet, and the sample consisted of 60 volunteer mothers who agreed to participate in the study. Data were collected by using socio-demographic form, Parental Attitude Scale and Emotional Difficulty Scale. RESULTS: According to this, the mean EES and DSSI were 8.91 ± 2.38 and 37.28 ± 8.15, respectively. “Extreme Loose Attitude ından, 3.49 (SD = 0.98),“ Overreacting Attitude ”3.11 (SD = 1.27), and“ Aggressive Attitude were found to be 2.31 (SD = 1.26). A positive correlation was found between “Extreme Loose Attitude” and PAS (p <0.001). There was a significant positive relationship between “Overreactive Attitude” and “Aggressive Attitude ((p <0.01); There was a positive positive correlation (p <0.001) between “overreactive attitude” and mean scores of PES (p <0.001). DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION: There was a relationship between mothers' parental attitudes and emotional regulation and this affects children / adolescents. Therefore, mothers should be taught to regulate their emotional state towards children / adolescents, to control this process, and to contribute to the positive development of their democratic attitudes and behaviors. Ensuring that Pediatric Adolescent Psychiatric Nurses play a supportive, caring, consultant and educational role in clinics will have an important place in the services of Pediatric and Adolescent Mental Health and Diseases.

Health problems in society are numerous, not least stress and stress-related illness. Physical activities, including martial arts, are increasingly viewed as a means of managing such risks to health. While there are forms of karate that have a philosophical and meditative character that is related to spiritual wellness, karate as a competitive sport is less likely to be thought of in this light. The purpose of this paper is to present through a participant observation study the representations that karateka of the dojo, make of sportive karate as a resource to achieve wellness. Drawing on an eight months' immersion in the dojo, we identify five themes that express these karateka's views of sport karate and wellness, the importance of fitness, beauty in punches and kicks, how to embrace fear, the aggressive attitude as a posture in life, and the superiority given by control. The findings lead us to reflect on the need for further research to see if they are repeated in other martial arts, and if many more groups find wellness as a primary motivation for their participation.

Ankle sprains are one of the most common musculoskeletal injuries, being the most frequent musculoskeletal trauma among athletes. Most of these injuries are successfully treated conservatively; however, up to 70% of patients can develop long-lasting symptoms. Therefore, understanding prognostic factors for an ankle sprain could help clinicians identify patients with poor prognosis and choose the right treatment. A suggested approach will be presented in order to positively identify the factors that should warrant a more aggressive attitude in the initial conservative treatment. There are some prognostic factors linked to a better recovery and outcome; nevertheless, prognostic factors for full recovery after initial ankle sprain are not consistent. China's claim to the North Natuna Sea is a manifestation of the South China Sea conflict. For this action, Indonesia responded with diplomatic rebuff either through political means or the presence of national defense and security stakeholders in the North Natuna Sea. The Chinese government responded that the claim of the Nine-dash Line that intersects with the North Natuna Sea EEZ is legal. This aggressive action of China is a threat to Indonesia's sovereign rights over the North Natuna Sea. This paper analyzes foreign policy as the political position of Indonesian interaction in responding to Chinese aggressiveness. The author uses descriptive analytical qualitative research methods using the Hedging Strategy and Dependency theory. The Chinese claim is a potential challenge to the interests and sovereignty of Indonesia, which is contested with the principle of a free and active foreign policy based on soft diplomacy and independent approach. The approach and steps of Indonesian politics become relevant if faced with conditions of asymmetrical power and Indonesia's National interest in China. So that Indonesia needs to build a more flexible foreign policy by maneuvering to emphasize China's aggressive attitude either directly or indirectly through hedging strategies.

An analysis of the results of an empirical study of the relationship between mental states and personal qualities of persons under investigation under conditions of detention in a detention facility revealed correlations between stress tolerance and neuropsychic stress (the higher the stress resistance, the higher the level of neuropsychic stress of the persons under investigation), emotional lability and neuropsychological stress (the more pronounced the instability of the emotional state of the suspect and the less developed his ability to control himself, t m below the level of neuropsychic tension), personality type and neuropsychic tension (the level of psychological tension in those under investigation extraverts is higher than that of introverts), the type of personality and the dominant state (those under investigation extraverts are not prone to manifestation of unmotivated anxiety, and introverts are prone to the experience of unmotivated anxiety), emotional lability and dominant state (the more pronounced the instability of the emotional state of the suspects, the higher the level of relaxed spine), the type of interaction with people around them and the dominant state (people under investigation with a pronounced desire for trustingly frank interaction with people around them more clearly demonstrate the relaxedness of behavior), masculinity-femininity and the dominant state (people under investigation, whose mental activity proceeds mainly male-type, heavier transfer the situation of restriction of freedom. The stronger the degree of masculinity in such persons, the more critical their self-esteem is, the spontaneous aggression and the dominant state (the higher the level of psychopathisation of the introspective type in suspects, the higher the degree of satisfaction with their lives in general), depression and dominant state (in those under investigation). dissatisfied with their lives, the severity of depressive states is higher), reactive aggressiveness and depression (those under investigation with an aggressive attitude towards social circling and a pronounced desire to dominate is not prone to depressive states). The study of the mental states of a person deprived of liberty is important for the organization of the correction process and the development of recommendations for the prevention of the destructive behavior of persons under investigation due to their mental state.
