Tea is the most popular hot beverageworldwide. In 2020, the value of the global tea market was almost USD 200 billion, and is estimated to reach up to USD 318 billion by the year 2025. Tea has been included as part ofa regular diet for centuries because of its various health benefits. However, tea is acidic, and over-consumption causes heat problems, disturbance of the sleep cycle, tooth erosion, and low calcium absorption in the body. Strong tea concentration is very harmful and toxic. The safe consumption of tea should be guaranteed. The treatment applied in this research work is on sensory mechanisms and Arduino UNO. The objective of this paper is to find out community interest in a particular tea species and inform them about tea overdose. The acidity is mapped with tea taste in terms of strong, medium, and low flavors. Based on the data analysis, the results differentiatethe acidity level of black tea (pH: 3.89–4.08) as very high, green tea (pH: 4.68–4.70) is in the 2nd position, and the energy drink Herbalife Nutrition (pH: 5.59–5.64) is the least acidic comparatively, with a proportion ratio 1:10 of tea to water. Experimental analysis reveals that in the additives, lemon is most acidic, followed byginger, lemongrass, and Tulasi.

The first problem faced in cultivating oil palm is the procurement of seeds. Ultisol soil when used for breeding media has several problems such as having a wet saturation of less than 35% at a depth of 125 cm below the upper limit of the argillic horizon.  Ultisol has an acidity level of less than 5.5, low to moderate organic matter and low nutrition. The addition of organic material such as the LCC Mucuna bracteata compost is highly recommended because it will improve the physical, biological, and chemical properties of the soil, so that it increases the availability of nutrients in the soil to be optimal. This study aims to determine the effect of LCC mucuna bracteata compost on ultisol soil medium and determine the dosage/dose of LCC Mucuna Bracteata compost which provides the best growth of oil palm seedlings (Elaeis guineensis Jacq). This research was carried out experimentally with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD), consisting of 5 treatments and 4 replications. The results of this study indicate that distributing doses of 400 g/8 kg of soil improved the physical and chemical properties of the soil and the vegetative growth of oil palm seeds.

Basically, the voltage can be obtained from various sources, including fruit. Fruit is often used as food, drink and a source of vitamins for the body's defense system. It turns out that it has the ability to generate electricity, especially for fruit that has a high acidity level. The acidity in some types of fruit is able to generate electricity because it is electrolyte. Fruits which contain mineral acids in the form of hydrochloric acid and citric acid, are strong electrolytes that break down completely into ions in a water solution. Besides having acid, fruits also contain a lot of water, so that when two different metals are immersed, the fruit solution will create a potential difference between the metal and water so that there is an electrode potential that can generate electric current as well. The purpose of making a rough draft of this practicum is to prove the existence of electrical energy in pineapples and potatoes. In this experiment, it has been proven that pineapples and potatoes can produce an electric current, indicated by the presence of a voltage when measured by a voltmeter.

The soil acidity level is a key soil characteristic that determines soil nutrient availability, soil microbial activities and crop growth. However, studies on distribution and extent of soil acidity in Ethiopia are not available. This study was carried out to predict the extent and severity of soil acidity. The study used 88,265 soil pH samples collected from soil laboratories and 21,439 samples compiled from studies. Rainfall, altitude, slope gradient, soil, and land cover were considered to generate spatial autocorrelation and integrated into geospatial analysis to predict the soil pH. The performance of the kriging model was found to be satisfactory with a standard error of 0.77, RMSE of 0.51, and R2 of 0.74. The model estimates showed that 47% and 30.2% of the country’s total area and rainfed areas were acidic (pH<6.5), respectively. Out of the total area of the country, 3.7% is found to be extremely to strongly acidic (pH<5.5), 20.7% is moderately acidic (5.6

The objective of this research was to determine the effect of rice roasting time on bioactive compounds in bekasam from tilapia. This research used a Randomized block Design with four treatments. The treatments were the production of bekasam used rice (as a control) and rice with roasting time (0, 5, 10, 15 minutes). The parameters observed were acidity level (pH), lovastatin, peptide, and n-amino contents. The results of this study indicate that, roasting rice had a significant effect on the lovastatin content (54.35-57.73 ppm), where the highest lovastatin content was bekasam was produced by rice treatment (control). Rice roasting gived no significant affect to the pH value (6.12-6.35), peptide (9.24%-14.28%), and n-amino (0.014%-0.028%). Based on results of the research, fermentation bekasam process of tilapia fish with rice and rice roasting in the vacuum packaging has not been perfect.

This study is to design an integrated eco-agricultural system for waste treatment in the acidic soil areas in the Mekong Delta. The system is based on recycling all of the materials (from the inputs, outputs, and wastes) under conditions of acidic soil towards zero emissions and maintaining sustainability for farmers' livelihood. The system is demonstrated at Vo Van Tham's farm in Thanh An Commune, Thanh Hoa District, Long An Province. The cost investment is 80,000,000 VND, and the cost is 60,000,000 VND for operating per year. The results show that the proposed system has benefits for the environment, for example wastewater is collected and treated at is178 m3/day, reduce the emission of 756 tons CO2t/year. 50% the amount of pig manure (about 3 tons/day) is separated from pig shed discharges entering the biogas system. It also helps to increase household income (the expected income is about 160,000,000 VND/year, and the payback period is less than 1 year). In addition, solutions are used for alleviating soil acidity level, increase soil pH, and reducing aluminum toxicity in the area. This can help utilize difficult conditions of the acidic soil. Therefore, the proposed system can be applied widely for surrounding areas with similar livelihood activities, and natural conditions.

Fermented milks, which are highly-consumed foods in the world and more nutritious compared to milk, have high contents of proteins, minerals and vitamins. In general, the overall properties of yogurt, such as acidity level, the production of aroma compounds as well as the sensory profile (appearance, color and texture), are important traits which have a decisive role in consumer acceptance of products. Goat milk yogurts were manufactured with the supplementation of 5% cherries, 5% blackthorn fruits, and 5% mixture of two. Yogurts were characterized based on compositional, microbiological and safety properties of the added fruit pulp and sensory analyses during storage (15 d at 5°C). Compared with control samples yogurt made by using fruits and berries had higher protein content and sensory properties, but also higher acidity values. Goat milk yogurts without additions, in particular, had better physical characteristics. Using supplements caused the changing structure of yogurt, leading to higher syneresis values. Yogurt with mixed of two fillers was the best accepted among the yogurts. For the parameters used, a mix of cherries and blackthorn has promising features as suitable ingredients for goat milk yogurt manufacture. The overall acceptability decreases when adding the non-roasted amaranth flour in a product. The main weakness of this study was the paucity of size of our panel (10 people). With a small sample size, caution must be applied, as the findings might not be transferable to show objective data.
