Currently, working conditions have been evolving continuously, which makes it necessary to incorporate teleworking as a means of support to fulfill the tasks entrusted. However, this type of employment brings with it vulnerabilities within companies that are not prepared for such a situation. For this reason, a teleworking model is proposed to improve the management of information security in organizations in the commercial sector. This research is of a basic type with a non-experimental design and correlational level, with a quantitative approach, the survey technique, and a questionnaire was used as an instrument that was applied to 70 workers in the commerce sector. The results show that 54.29% consider the organizational change in companies as deficient, 62.86% indicate the use of technologies as deficient, and 84.29% consider that the level of confidentiality of the information is regular. These results reflect that information security management must be implemented to provide greater reliability, integrity, productivity, control, and protection to teleworking processes.

While there is a fast-growing number of studies on FinTech, the relationships between technology companies and banks have received only limited attention in the research literature. Most of the studies on FinTech-bank interactions conducted so far address the questions: why banks collaborate with FinTechs (reasons) and how they do it (forms of cooperation), whereas this paper aims at clarifying when the most likely form of their interaction is cooperation and when competition. To cover this cognitive gap, the conceptual framework to help explain which factors affect the type of interactions between technology companies and banks is presented in this paper. Based on extensive literature review and using the market-based approach, the external factors of the market position of banks and technology companies were examined. It was found that this position and therefore the basic type of interaction depends on the adoption level of FinTechs and BigTechs in individual countries/regions. The adoption of FinTechs and BigTechs turned out to be higher in EMDEs and lower in AEs, which makes it more likely that in the first group of countries tech companies would tend to serve as banks’ competitors, whereas in the second group they would rather collaborate with banks or choose the coopetition strategy. When analyzing internal factors, the resource-based approach and a slightly modified IO theory were applied. In this part, the strategic tool which enables the assessment of the extent to which assets, skills, and features of FinTechs, BigTechs and banks are complementary (which gives the rationale for cooperation) or substitutable (which gives the rationale for competition) was proposed. This study is a critical analysis based on desk research, that contributes to the existing literature by (1) providing a narrow definition of FinTech representing the subjective/institutional approach, (2) considering separately FinTechs and BigTechs, and (3) proposing the strategic tool which helps to assess comparative advantages of banks, FinTechs and BigTechs, and thus makes it easier to choose the most appropriate type of their interaction.

The practice of gross motor coordination allows the infant to perform experiential actions to reach maturity, evidencing the passage from practical action to the action of thinking. In this way, feelings and sensations are promoted; discovering one's own body, space and time. The objective of the research was to describe the level of gross motor coordination presented by five-year-old children from I.E.I. N° 0345, Lima and I.E.I. N° 166 "Warma Kuyay", Callao, 2020. The research approach was quantitative, basic type and comparative descriptive design. The technique used was observation and the instrument was the checklist validated through the expert judgment technique and the reliability was 0.911, according to Cronbach's alpha. The results obtained describe the differences presented by five-year-old students in relation to gross motor coordination; the main indicators being the prioritization of the body through movement and the orientation to the development of motor activities, especially in the first years of life. This, because it favors the physical, emotional, socio-affective and cognitive levels, which evidences the differences between the samples investigated.

The juvenile nature of the criminal offence perpetrator, due to its psychophysical characteristics, makes the phase of execution of criminal sanctions additionally delicate and very important and implies a system of execution based on special principles and special organization. The aim of this paper is to analyze the activities of the competent guardianship authorities, both in the phase of issuing educational orders and educational measures, and in the phase of their execution. The paper emphasizes that the realization of the "internal dynamics" of the system of educational measures, from the choice of a concrete measure to its suppression, with all intermediate modalities of cumulation, replacement and adjustment to changed execution conditions or achieved success, is made possible to the competent court through the cooperation with guardianship authorities. It is precisely in the field of application of educational measures, as the basic type of criminal sanctions for juvenile offenders, that the exceptional connection of the juvenile criminal justice system with the social protection system is most clearly seen.

AbstractThe long-term results of surgical treatment of intermittent exotropia (X(T)) according to the type of surgery are controversial. We conducted a retrospective cohort study to compare the long-term results between unilateral recession-resection (RR) and bilateral lateral rectus recession (BLR) with an average follow-up of 9.5 years in children with basic-type X(T). Patients with basic-type X(T), who underwent RR (RR group) or BLR (BLR group) and were followed-up for more than 5 years postoperatively, were analyzed. Of the 560 patients, 363 patients received BLR and 197 patients underwent RR. There was no significant difference in the success rates between the two groups until postoperative 3 years. At an average of 9.5 ± 2.6 years after surgery, the success rate of the RR group was significantly higher than that of the BLR group starting from the fourth post-operative year until the last follow-up examination (64.5% vs 43.3%, P < 0.001). By multivariate analysis, preoperative hyperopia of more than + 2.00 diopters, younger age of onset, younger age at surgery, larger exodeviation at near than at distance of > 5 prism diopters, and the type of surgery (BLR) were risk factors of recurrence. In conclusion, RR was more successful than BLR with a lower recurrence rate in the long-term follow-up of patients with basic-type X(T).

Although the legal regulation of this contract as a special named modality of the basic type of contract of sale was missing in our positive legislation, its significance for today’s modern legal transactions is undoubted. Sales contracts with the right of redemption are still concluded today and are an integral part of the living organisms of our contractual contract law. This was also noticed by the Commission for the Drafting of the Civil Code of the Republic of Serbia, which envisaged the legal regulation of this important legal work in the Pre-Draft of the new Civil Code. In this way, the intention of the Commission to finally fill the legal gap that still exists in the Serbian contract law regarding the legal regulation of this legal transaction as a special named contract was expressed. Sales contracts with the right of redemption are valid legal transactions that still produce legal effects, under the condition that they are concluded in accordance with the general principles of our contract law, within the limits prescribed by positive laws and regulations and are not contrary to public order and good customs. In this paper, the author looks at the origin and historical development of this modality of the contract of sale, the concept, features and subject of the contract, including the rights and obligations of the parties, presented significant understandings of legal science on the legal nature and duration of contracts of sale and pointed out the need for its legal regulation as a named contract.
