The humanization of immunodeficient animals allows us to study the growth of xenografts of human malignant tumors and their response to therapeutic effects, taking into account processes in the immune system and tumor zone, which have a significant impact on oncogenesis and the effectiveness of antitumor therapy. Such experimental models are currently considered as the most advanced tool in the development of personalized antitumor treatment. The lines of immunodeficient animals most commonly used for the transplantation of mature and stem human immune cells have been characterized. The main sources of human immune cells when implementing the hu-pbl and hu-cd34+ models, as well as the blt model (as an option to the cd34+ model) are described. The basic procedures necessary for reproducing each model, their modification in adult and newborn animals are outlined as well as the parameters of immunosuppressive radiation exposure, preceding the transplantation of human hematopoietic stem cells. The main results of the humanization of immunodeficient animals and examples of the use of these models for the purposes of fundamental and clinical oncology are described. The main problems of this direction are discussed. The review is based on an analysis of the literature presented in the scopus, web of science, medline, risc and others databases over the past 7 years (over 80 % of literature sources, with more than over 50 % of studies published over the last 3 years).

AbstractThe design stored beam energy in the CERN high-luminosity large hadron collider (HL-LHC) upgrade is about 700 MJ, with about 36 MJ in the beam tails, according to estimates based on scaling considerations from measurements at the LHC. Such a large amount of stored energy in the beam tails poses serious challenges on its control and safe disposal. In particular, orbit jitters can cause significant losses on primary collimators, which can lead to accidental beam dumps, magnet quenches, or even permanent damage to collimators and other accelerator elements. Thus, active control of the diffusion speed of halo particles is necessary and the use of hollow electron lenses (HELs) represents the most promising approach to handle overpopulated tails at the HL-LHC. HEL is a very powerful and advanced tool that can be used for controlled depletion of beam tails, thus enhancing the performance of beam halo collimation. For these reasons, HELs have been recently included in the HL-LHC baseline. In this paper, we present detailed beam dynamics calculations performed with the goal of defining HEL specifications and operational scenarios for HL-LHC. The prospects for effective halo control in HL-LHC are presented.

Abstract -  In the current era, technological progress is very influential for the defense system and the progress of a country to maintain the peace of the country, including Indonesia. In maintaining the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, a technological design is needed to maintain state sovereignty. To achieve success, the CIA's N2MR3 version of the robot design has a waypoint system that can be moved semi-autonomous to reduce personnel and material losses that have been experienced so far. The design of this combat robot uses an internet of thing (IOT) system that can be moved through a web server and controlled by an operator. This combat robot can also assist in reconnaissance, not also maintain the security and integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, but can also carry out attacks by preventing personnel losses. The CIA version of the N2MR3 robot is an advanced tool made to have more helpful functions in terms of the military. In order to help maintain the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, this robot can be used to maintain the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia in Indonesia.

Abstract Emerging infectious diseases (EIDs) are among the major problems impacted on global economics and healthful living. EIDs have long been perceive as a predominant conclusion of host-pathogen adaptation. Hence, in this analysis, influence by the appearance of major factors that impact emerging infectious diseases and explicate some extensive EIDs like HIV/AIDs, H1N1 and Coronavirus. A wealth of new trends, especially in applied science is fetching progressively for the fast molecular recognizable proof of microorganisms and the more precise checking of infectious disease movement. Atomic docking is one of the prominent computational tools, involving in construction put together medication disclosure with respect to EIDs to evaluate the limiting affinities between little particles and macromolecule that can further, used as a target of HIV/AIDs, H1N1, and coronavirus. Molecular approach of influenza neuraminidase, HIV-1 protease and Spike protein of corona virus result shows Zanamivir, Nelfinavir, Saquinavir, Erythromycin and Spiramycin are favourable interaction against the selected target proteins. These novel drug compounds approved in vivo studies with reaffirm results, it is clear that the computational methods (mainly molecular docking) are found to be an effective technique for drug discovery.

Cleft lip and palate is the most common congenital malformation in oro-facial region. In adult cases where defect is large and paucity of tissue is there, prosthetic management of the defect with palatal obutrator and velopharyngeal appliance is the treatment of choice. It requires scrupulous clinical skills and detailed knowledge of anatomy to prevent airway obstruction and discomfort during function. Acoustic pharyngometry (AP) is an advanced tool to evaluate the airway in 3D during function without radiation exposure. In this case report palatal obturator with speech aid prosthesis was fabricated to rehabilitate an adult cleft palate patient. AP test was done to ensure adequate airway space with prosthesis.

Opposing genetic and cultural-social explanations for the origin of language are currently the focus of much discussion. One of the functions linked to the longitudinal fascicle is language, which links Wernicke’s area and Broca’s area in the brain, and its size should indicate the brain increase in the evolution. Sapajus is a New World primate genus with high cognition and advanced tool use similar to that of chimpanzees. A study of the gross anatomy of the longitudinal fascicle of Sapajus using Kingler’s method found it to differ from other studied primates, such as macaques and chimpanzees, mainly because its fibers join the cingulate fascicle. As in other non-human primates, the longitudinal fascicle of Sapajus does not reach the temporal lobe, which could indicate a way of separating these fascicles to increase white matter in relation to individual function. The study of anatomical structures seems very promising for understanding the basis of the origin of language. Indeed, socio-historical-cultural philosophy affirms the socio-cultural origin of speech, although considering the anatomical structures behind it working as a functional system.
