Organ transplantation is impossible without donation which is performed both intra vitam and posthumously. Each case of multi-organ collection provides help to 4 to 6 patients. We believe that presentation of modern algorithms for diagnosing brain death is quite feasible, and such information can be useful not only for anesthesiologists, but also for doctors of other specialties. This paper presents materials related to organ donation. Diagnostic criteria for human brain death, as well as the procedure for ascertaining human brain death and the actions of doctors of healthcare institutions in relation to persons who are in these institutions and who have clinical indications for the diagnosis of brain death, are determined by "The procedure for cancellation of active measures to maintain the patient's life…". Active measures (ventilation, infusion therapy and vasopressor support, etc.) to support the patient's life are cancelled after the patient's brain death is ascertained, except for cases where the deceased person is considered a potential donor. Verification of the human brain death is carried out by the case management team of the healthcare institution involving, if necessary, members of consultative and diagnostic mobile team, specialists of other healthcare institutions. The head of the healthcare institution is responsible for timely and proper engagement and work of the case management team. The responsible person determines the membership of the case management team by making an appropriate entry in the case record and is responsible for its work. An anesthesiologist and a neurologist (neurosurgeon) who have at least 5 years of practical experience in the specialty are engaged in the case management team to ascertain brain death in persons over 18 years of age. Physicians involved in the removal of human anatomical materials and transplantation thereof, as well as transplant coordinator, may not be included in the case management team.

Traffic accidents are among the leading causes of injury-related fatalities among the world. Considering driver-oriented studies, there are limited number of research in the literature about the general causes of traffic accidents involving professional drivers. In the current study, professional drivers' attitudes towards traffic accidents and the causes of accidents were examined. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 20 bus drivers. The findings were categorized under seven themes: Evaluations of Accidents, Gender Differences, Positive Attitudes towards Colleagues, Violations, Age, Organizational Factors, External Factors. The results of the study indicate that the bus drivers, who are a subgrop of professional drivers, evaluate themselves more positively regarding their driving skills and see the responsible person as the opposite party in traffic accidents. In addition, if the other party involved in the accident was a female driver, even they attribute the responsibility to female drivers, they generally tried to be more tolerant. The results were discussed based on individual, organizational, national and socio-political levels. In order to see that there are many factors that play a role in traffic accidents, it has been a strong study that contributes to the field. In line with these findings, developing trainings for professional drivers about traffic accidents and factors that may cause traffic accidents might make people more conscious. Keywords Traffic accidents, professional drivers, bus drivers, violation, attitude

Man cannot live alone. You can only live dependent on relationships. Relationships play a major role in determining a person's development. Every relationship is subject to structure. With protocol. It can be divided into two types. One is family relationships. The other is social relations. In family relationships parents can have relationships like children, siblings, boyfriend girlfriend, husband wife. Social relationships include friends, teachers, students, acquaintances, and strangers. In this, selfless relationships are enduring. This can be seen in the community and family. The Kattunde family runs smoothly through the bond of love. Otherwise, the family would not be where it is today. Childbearing is considered important in family relationships. People considered a life without children to be a useless day. Children born into the world are recognized by their parents. Parents also act as if they have a duty to grow as a responsible person in the community. That is why it is so sweet. Compensation is unparalleled than other relationships. Inseparable. Bound in love. Participating in pleasures and pains. Many generations have passed. The parent-child relationship functions with such a variety of features. Various literatures record this. However, this article only explains the status of parent-child development in the parent-child relationship in the Sivagasindamani epic.

Education is built in the environment in which the individual is inserted and through learning, values and beliefs are responsible for personal development. Among different educational contexts, environmental awareness can be considered as one of the bases for promotion in different family groups, and with that, it can improve the implementation of environmental practices in society. The study aimed to analyze the profile of different families of those participating in the environmental project, ASA sustainable school, located in the city of Caruaru-PE. For the development of the research, visits were carried out in the houses of the families and through the application of a quantitative questionnaire, the responsible person answered them. According to the analysis of the necessary information, 85% of adults attended school only until the end of elementary school, and 15% of the cases, those responsible attended to literacy. Regarding environmental awareness, 78.57% of the families are interested in environmental issues and already carry out practices aimed at sustainability, but above the intensification and incentives for a better performance of practices that are already commonplace.

AbstractIn Responsible Brains (MIT Press, 2018), Hirstein, Sifferd and Fagan apply the language of cognitive neuroscience to dominant understandings of criminal responsibility in criminal law theory. The Authors make a compelling case that, under such dominant understandings, criminal responsibility eventually ‘translates’ into a minimal working set of executive functions (MWS) that are primarily mediated by the frontal lobes of the brain. In so arguing, the Authors seem to unquestioningly accept the law’s view of the “responsible person” as a mixture of cognitive capacities and mechanisms—thereby leaving aside other fundamental aspects of individuals’ human agency. This commentary article offers a critique of the Authors’ rationalist and individualist approach. The critique can be summarized through the following claim: We humans, as responsible beings, are more than our executive functions. This claim articulates through four main points of discussion: (1) role of emotions in moral judgments and behavior; (2) executive functions and normative criteria for legal insanity; (3) impact of adverse situational factors on executive functions; (4) Authors’ account of punishment and, especially, rehabilitation.

Article 65 of Law No. 2 of 2014 concerning Notarial Department states "Notary, Substitute Notary and Notary Acting Officer are responsible for any deed made even though the Notary Protocol has been submitted or transferred to the notary protocol depository." In practice, it often occurs when the Protocol Deed is transferred to the Notary protocol holder of the party harmed by the existence of the deed to a lawsuit involving a retired notary public. This is as happened in the case in the Banda Aceh District Court. This relates to the summoning of witnesses who must obtain approval from the Notary Honorary Assembly in accordance with Article 66 paragraph 1 of the UUJN. This research aims to explain the position of the Deed made by a retired Notary who is sued to the Court and the liability of the Notary Protocol Holder if the Deed of Protocol held in question in the Court and to know the need for approval from the Notary Honorary Assembly if the retired notary is called as a witness in a court case. The research method used is normative research method. The data used is primary data. The results showed that: A retired notary (werda) the position of the deed that he made as a deed of protocol submitted to the Notary protocol holder. If the deed of protocol is questioned to the court, then the retired notary is responsible for the deed he made. The notary of the Protocol holder cannot be held liable for the Deed of Protocol he holds if it is in question in the Court. If there is a problem with the deed then the responsible person remains the notary concerned and not the notary protocol holder. The summons of a retired Notary does not require permission from the Notary Honorary Assembly (MKN).

The author draws attention to the specificity of subjectivity and its importance for human security. It shows that we have an influence on the scope and quality of subjectivity. The concept of a relatively isolated system helps to understand the subject. They were introduced by Roman Ingarden looking for ontical grounds of responsibility. According to Ingarden, the responsible person contacts the environment, but the source of the activity is within him. This means that we are not doomed to react, that we can act. We have an impact on the quality of the entity and, consequently, the scope and quality of subjectivity.

The problem of rescue equipment compilation was analyzed, which showed such features as the existing limited financial resources, a significant increase in the capacity of the element base, decision making processes based solely on the experience and intuition of those responsible person was carried out. It is shown that the previously proposed solutions were based on the cost of equipment, its reliability, functionality and capacity, while the aspect of its applicability or relevance was ignored. Taken into account the significant number of potential elements of equipment that may be included in the kit, limitations that will reduce the number of possible variants based on the method of sequential analysis of variants are proposed. It is proposed to determine the priority of equipment elements of a certain class using the method of analytic hierarchy process on the prioritization of criteria and procedures for determining the competence of experts. Since the task of compilation is multi-criteria, it is proposed to include the criterion of relevance in the criteria for determining the optimal kit. Models of equipment relevance indicators are constructed, as well as the relevance rate of the equipment element is determined and a model to determine the relevance rate of the set of emergency rescue equipment for a certain emergency situation is developed. It is proposed to calculate the total relevance rate of the equipment set for all emergencies as the average value of the relevance rate of the kit for each emergency, provided they are equivalent, or as a weighted value otherwise. Numerical modeling based on the developed algorithm allowed to draw conclusions about the relevance and, as a consequence, the priority of equipment elements, as well as to assess the degree of provision of rescue unit with rescue equipment in various emergencies

Regular inspections are carried out to ensure system conformity by the Food and Drugs Regulatory Authority (FDA) of the United States one of the most stringent regulatory authorities in the world. The inspectors send Form 483 to the management after the inspection, detailing the inappropriate conditions. Because the FDA guidelines are difficult to comply with, a company can contravene the regulations. If any significant infringements can affect the protection, quality, effectiveness, or public health of the drug is identified, the FDA issues advice to the company. Warning Letters (WL) shall be an official notification of non-compliance with federal law within a period to be issued by manufacturer, clinician, distributor, or responsible person in the company. The delivery of a letter has a considerable impact on the company's reputation and position in the market. Inadequate WL reactions could lead to a refusal, import denial, memorandum or even conviction and order. A brief study was conducted in this document of Form 483 and WL for four years (2017–2020) on an understanding the regulatory provisions.
