Soft gingival tissue deficiency remains a severe problem leading to postoperative recession, peri-implantitis, and bone resorption. The use of collagen matrices does not always lead to complete rebuilding of the gingiva volume. The application of mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) simultaneously with collagen materials represents a promising approach for the restoration of soft gingival tissues. However, short-term effects of MSCs-enriched collagen grafts after gingival augmentation have not yet been studied properly. Mucograft and Mucoderm matrices were implanted in rabbits (n = 12) simultaneously with the intraoperative injection of rabbit bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stromal cells (BM-MSCs) or without cells. Collagen matrices were implanted under the flap or by the surface technique without intentional primary closure. The samples were harvested seven days after implantation, histological staining with hematoxylin and eosin, and immunohistochemical staining for VEGF, IGF1, and TGF were performed. The use of Mucoderm led to better augmentation outcomes on day 7 compared with Mucograft (p < 0.0001). Gingival augmentation in combination with the local administration of BM-MSCs led to better regeneration of the soft gingival tissues independently of the type of implanted collagen matrices (p < 0.0001). Furthermore, injection of BM-MSCs significantly enhanced gingival vascularization and epithelization with a clear positive correlation between vascular growth and epithelial response. Administration of BM-MSCs in combination with various collagen materials may potentially improve gingiva regeneration.

The performance of heteropoly acid i.e., Tungstan phosphoric acid for the synthesis of butyl propionate at optimized conditions. Effect on conversion and yield of propionic acids using the Response Surface Methodology (RSM) were evaluated by different process parameters including catalyst loading, alcohol/acid molar ratio. There were no external and internal mass transmission limits. A quadratic model acquired by the variance study (ANOVA) has been shown to view experimental data successfully with the regression (R2 = 0.94 and R2 = 0.942) coefficients approaching to unity. The pseudo homogeneous kinetic model (PH) validated with experimental data to determine kinetic parameters i.e., activation energy (45.97 kJ/mol) and frequent factor (91319 L/mol-min).

For an effectiveness improvement of conventional pultrusion processes, new optimization methodology is developed by using the design of experiments and response surface technique. An application of this methodology with two objective functions describing the minimum electrical energy spent for a curing and maximum pull speed is successfully demonstrated for the pultrusion process producing thin-walled-rectangular profile.

This analysis looks at the impact of modifying the coarse water jet wounding limitations on the disorder of the work piece’s superficial layer. Air Jet for Abrasiveness The aerospace industry mostly uses machining to remove high-métier components and additional composites. The majority of his uses are in the machining of a gas turbines, engines, spacecraft, atomic reactors, and pumps, among other things. Rough waterjet machining is a new machining technique in which materials a is removed by abrasion. A high-velocity watercourse of abrasive subdivisions combined through purified water is directed at the work superficial. The current research focuses on the experimental investigation and assessment of abrasive H2O jet machining procedure using reaction surface technique to assess the technical factors influencing the machining efficiency of CFRP laminate. Kerf candle, delamination, material elimination rate, and superficial roughness were found to be affected by standoff coldness, feedstuff rate, and jet strain. The material connected parameter, location of fiber, has been also found to touch the machining performance. Using Taguchi’s principle, Design of Experimentations are used to determine the impact of process strictures on optimal environment. To determine the best conditions, a series of tests are carried out. Method parameter optimization is expected. To verify the desired degree of Processes parameter prediction, a conformation experiment is carried out.

Among the several options of managed aquifer recharge (MAR) techniques, the aquifer storage and recovery (ASR) is a well-known sub-surface technique to replenish depleted aquifers, which is contingent upon the selection of appropriate sites. This paper explores the potential of ASR for groundwater recharge in the hydrological, hydrogeological, social, and economic context of South Bihar in India. Based on the water samples from more than 137 wells and socio-economic surveys, ASR installations were piloted through seven selected entrepreneurial farmers in two villages of South Bihar. The feasibility of ASR in both hard rock and deep alluvial aquifers was demonstrated for the prominent aquifer types in the marginal alluvial plains of South Bihar and elsewhere. It was postulated through this pilot study that a successful spread of ASR in South Bihar can augment usable water resources for agriculture during the winter cropping season. More importantly, ASR can adapt to local circumstances and challenges under changing climatic conditions. The flexible and participatory approach in this pilot study also allowed the farmers to creatively engage with the design and governance aspects of the recharge pit. The entrepreneurial farmers-led model builds local accountability, creates avenues for private investments, and opens up the space for continued innovation in technology and management, while also committing to resource distributive justice and environmental sustainability.

The preservation of the cultural and artistic heritage of our ancestors is important for us to persevere as a species. The purpose of this research was to introduce Indonesian culture, especially Topeng Malang, to the Indonesian society, particularly the teenagers, using 3D character media, implemented through augmented reality. The study followed the development research method of Borg WR and Gall MD. 3D characters were designed using the low poly subdivision surface technique, with a minimum number of poly but maintaining the detail of the character. Based on the results of the data analysis, the following essential points were obtained: (1) The character design of the Topeng Malang adopted the figures of Dewi Sekartaji and Dewi Walangwati. (2) The character design of the Topeng Malang character represented the posture, nature, and characteristics of the style. The result of this design was the implementation of 3-dimensional masks and character transformation in augmented reality media. Based on the results and the questionnaires used by the author to gather users’ knowledge of the character shape of the augmented reality media of the mask, 49.3% of the responses were found to be very good and 46.4% good. These results certainly add to the positive values of utilizing the 3D character media as a medium to introduce Wayang Topeng Malangan. Keywords: Topeng Malang, 3D character model

New green natural particles as corrosion inhibitor namely, macromolecules were incorporated beginning from 4-hydroxycoumarin with 4-nitrobenzaldehyde in the presence of glacial acid (1) then synthesis with methyl bromoacetate after that this compound (2) used to synthesis of 2,2'-(3,3'-((4-nitrophenyl)methylene)bis(2-oxo-2H-chromene-4,3 diyl))bis(oxy)diacetohydrazide (3) when was refluxed with hydrazine hydrate when compound(2) refluxed with HCl to obtain compound (4)  and tested all the synthesis compounds on mild steel (MS) in 1 M HCl, 1M H2SO4 media by a weight loss method and identification of the surface technique employee scanning/electron/microscope (SEM) studies. The weight loss investigation demonstrated that inhibition performances have been improved via concentration raising of inhibitor. To support our results scanning electron microscopy was employed to clarify the surface of the MS with and without synthesis compounds in 1.0 M HCl and1.0M H2SO4 media.
