The principal as a training manager not merely goes on management functions through guiding the achievement of vision, program performance, and the creation of good culture in the school environment. They are still the tutor superintendent that is important for carrying out excellence school goals through equal opportunity with all colleagues (lecturers and parent of scholars) including curriculum implementation. Through a multi-coated qualitative approach, this study aims to describe this curriculum-coordination form by them before and when Covid-19. Instrument and data collecting of this study used survey and interviews. Our findings (pre Covid-19) indicate that: 1) preparation, evaluation, curriculum, and coordination with parents are done in the early semester (ES) and early of the New School Year Academic (ENS), 2) curriculum-evaluation and coordination with parents are done in the middle semester (MS). This activity produces curriculum documents and student learning outcomes. Meanwhile, these activities (Covid-19 phases) are: 1) evaluation data and learning agenda with a parent carried out at early time (ET) and Middle Time (MT), 2) Monitor Student Learning Progress and Prepare Learning-Material is done in the ET, MT, and Last Time (LT) about learning is done from home. The Coordination model is mostly done by teachers and parents through information tools and party interviews by the lecturer. That is has been worked out of the before and when COVID-19 showed up a perfect teamwork between the principal and stakeholders. Another significant factor is the unity of student learning, although the proceeds are exactly unique between the two phases.

The implementation of School-Based Management is still in a meaningful transition phase. This happened due to the unfamiliarity of school-based education management concepts in the school environment. It is not easy to implement management innovation in a short time, but the phenomenon that shows that the desire to make changes in the management sector of school management has affected the system of managing education towards School-Based Management by leaving conventional management. This study aims to determine the implementation of MBM in MI Ma'arif Gondosuli. Then there is cooperation with and regular meetings with committees every minute or thirty-five days. Meetings with student guardians, namely at the beginning of each new school year, after PTS and PAS, and specifically for sixth graders on Fridays. Evaluating the supervision of academic management carried out by the school principal and school supervisor in a planned manner and learning evaluation carried out by class teachers and subject teachers, The implementation of the development of teaching staff was carried out by the mini Teacher Working Group (KKG) meeting at the school. Planning for the development of educational facilities and infrastructure include: 1) Propose additional facilities and infrastructure, 2) Carry out maintenance on available facilities and infrastructure. Planning for funding and school finance development includes: 1) Preparation of Madrasah Work Plans and Budgets (RKAM) involving school people, 2) Making proposals to increase school operational costs, 3) Making accountability reports on the use of school budgets, 4) Administration of school finance usage.

<p>This research aims to know (1) what is the difference between the influence of the application of the learning model NHT (Numbered Heads Together) with the conventional model against the results of student learning; (2) whether there is influence of interest in student learning outcomes; (3) whether there is a iteraksi between the model of learning with student learning interest against the results of student learning. The selected sample was 72 students of class X 2017/2018 school year. This research uses descriptive types of quantitative research. Data collection is done by the spread of the question form and documentation. Data analysis variansi Analysis using two directions with the same cells. The research results obtained explains that (1) the learning approach with NHT and conventional produce learning material on the same virtual classroom (2) learning Interest of students who follow learning learning model with more NHT high compared to the interest of students who follow the conventional learning content virtual classroom discussion (3) there is no significant interaction between the approach of learning and learning interest of students towards the learning results in the subject class Maya. The students, who follow learning approach to learning that results had NHT equals celebrates student learning model with conventional lessons. High interest has more students for lessons on the virtual classroom learning model with NHT.</p>

Based on the results of observations, interviews and evaluation results of the implementation of Civics subject learning stated by the class XII Semester 1 teacher and student of SMK Negeri 60 Jakarta, the 2015/2016 academic year obtained data that the implementation of Civic Education learning in SMK Negeri 60 Jakarta still requires innovation from various aspects in accordance with PKn subject learning material. Pre-cycle results conducted by the researchers at the beginning of this study were low or below the KKM, which was 61.43 with the percentage of success in learning reaching 46.66%. Seeing such conditions Researchers are encouraged to make improvements through Classroom Action Research by applying group discussion learning methods where the application of group discussion learning methods is believed to be able to improve student learning outcomes to a level better. The main objectives in this study are: to find out the improvement of student learning outcomes in PKn subjects through the implementation of group discussion learning methods in students of class XII of the first semester of SMK Negeri 60 Jakarta in the 2015/2016 student year. The results obtained through data collection techniques, namely: observation, documentation tests and interviews, are: Learning outcomes cycle I is 75.6 while the results of Learning cycle II are 79.7. The conclusion of this study is "Through the application of learning methods to group discussions on Civics subjects with the subject matter of Pancasila as State Ideology can improve the learning outcomes of students of class XII of the first semester of SMK Negeri 60 Jakarta in the 2015/2016 school year.

The purpose of this study was to analyze how the application of management functions in the madrasa library, especially in the MAN 2 Palembang library. The research method uses a descriptive approach with qualitative analysis. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview and document study. The results showed that in general the MAN 2 Palembang Library had implemented a management function in library management. The management functions applied include planning, organizing, avtuating and supervising. In general, the management of the school library at the MAN 2 Palembang Library is good enough, but there are still some aspects that must be fixed. MAN 2 Palembang library management planning process is more cornered to user education which can be carried out in the new school year which is carried out simultaneously with the student orientation period. Organizing in the management of school libraries with school libraries in general. The organization includes the form of organizational structure and the division of work of each library staff. The mobilization process related to the leadership process is carried out by the school principal. Mobilization related to job description is carried out with instructions from the Head of Library. Although there are no binding supervision standards, as a form of responsibility the head of the library makes a report every 6 months and the end of the school year is addressed to the principal. However, there are still some obstacles that hamper the process of management in the library; 1) The availability of computers and internet services is still not available to support better management and library services 2) Knowledge of the classification of Islam that should have been determined in Islamic-based school libraries.

he purpose of this study was to increase the activities and results of Indonesian language learning in the exposition text material of class X IS 3 SMAN 4 Banda Aceh. The learning model used in this study is the CTL learning model. The subjects of this study were students of class X IS 3 SMAN 4 Banda Aceh. The number of students is 35 students with 16 male students and 19 female students. This research was conducted in the 2019/2020 school year for a period of 3 months, from August 2019 to October 2019 in the odd semester. The research methodology is Classroom Action Research (PTK) consisting of two cy-cles and each cycle consisting of two meetings. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observ-ing and reflecting. The data collection technique is to collect test scores that are carried out at the end of each lesson in each cycle using a question instrument (written test). Observation data was carried out by looking at the activeness of students in the learning process. Data were analyzed by means of percentage statistics. The results showed that there was an increase in student learning activities in both cycles, from good enough to good categories and to very good categories. Completeness of student learning outcomes has increased from 48.57% in the pre cycle increased to 68.57% in cycle I and increased to 88.57% in cycle II. The use of the CTL learning model can increase the activities and results of Indone-sian language learning in the exposition text material of class X IS 3 SMAN 4 Banda Aceh Academic Year 2019/2020

describe the implementation of an integrated quality management component consisting of the quality of services provided by the school, human resources in teaching, the school environment, and learning process  in SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang.               The method used in this study, namely by using a naturalistic qualitative approach. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study include the principal, teachers, employees, and students. The validity of the data is done by triangulation, and deeper observation. Analysis of the data used is the interactive analysis model of Miles and Huberman through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.              The results showed that: (a) the quality of services to students in SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang had met good service standards. This can be seen from the services in the form of facilities and infrastructure which are quite complete in schools; (b) the quality of human resources in the education process shows good teacher resources. This can be seen from the teacher data which shows that the teaching staff at SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang 95% of educators with S1 qualifications in the field of education; (c) the quality of the environment in SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang is already good. This can be seen from the very strategic location of the school because the location of the school is in the middle of the city so that it is easily accessible by the community; (d) the quality of the learning process carried out by teachers at Pangkal Pinang YPAC SLB is good. This can be seen from the realization of the form of activities through learning planning by preparing lesson plans for each subject, then implementing learning, which includes strategies and methods used by teachers in delivering learning material, and evaluation of learning. Keywords: Integrated quality management, student achievement     ABSTRAK Tujuan dalam melaksanakan penelitian ini  adalah untuk melihat pelaksanaan serta mendeskripsikan implementasi  komponen Manajemen Mutu Terpadu yang terdiri dari kualitas layanan yang diberikan sekolah, sumber daya manusia dalam mengajar, lingkungan sekolah, dan proses pembelajaran di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif naturalistik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian ini antara lain kepala sekolah, guru, pegawai, dan peserta didik. keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi, dan pengamatan yang lebih mendalam. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman melalui kegiatan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (a) mutu layanan terhadap peserta didik di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang sudah memenuhi standar layanan yang baik. Hal ini dilihat dari layanan yang berupa fasilitas sarana dan prasarana yang sudah cukup lengkap di sekolah; (b) mutu sumber daya manusia dalam proses pendidikan menunjukkan sumber daya guru yang baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari data guru yang menunjukkan bahwa tenaga pengajar di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang 95% pendidik berkualifikasi S1 bidang kependidikan; (c) mutu lingkungan yang ada di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang sudah baik. Hal ini terlihat dari letak sekolah yang sangat strategis karena lokasi sekolah yang berada di tengah kota sehingga mudah dijangkau oleh masyarakat; (d) mutu proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang sudah baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari realisasi bentuk kegiatan melalui perencanaan pembelajaran dengan menyusun RPP setiap mata pelajaran, kemudian pelaksanaan pembelajaran, yang meliputi strategi dan metode yang digunakan guru dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran.

Abstrak:Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji proses pembelajaran matematika danmenganalisis peningkatan prestasi belajar melalui permainan mistar bilangan. Metodepenelitian yang digunakanadalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan sebanyak 2siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Temengeng Kabupaten Blorapada semester 2 tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Teknikanalisis yang digunakandeskriptifkomparatif, yaitu membandingkan data hasil antara prasiklus, siklus I, dan siklus II. Hasilpenelitian yang dilaksanakan 2 siklus menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran matematikadengan menggunakan permainan mistar bilangan sangat menyenangkan siswa, sehinggaaktivitas pembelajaran meningkat dari 62,5 menjadi 84,5. Hasil belajar siswa juga meningkatditandai hasil siklus I nilai rata-rata kelas 60,48 dan ketuntasan mencapai 57,10%. Siklus IInilai rata-rata kelas 75,24 dan ketuntasan 85,70%. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah pembelajaranmatematika tentang penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan bulat melalui permainan mistarbilangan dapat meningkatkan aktivitas pembelajaran dan hasil belajar menunjukkan semuasiswa berminat dalam melaksanakan tugas dan memperoleh pengalaman yang menyenangkandalam permainan mistar bilangan. Abstract:The purpose of this research is to study the learningprocess ofmath and analyseincreasing of learning achievement through rulernumbers game. The method usedin thisresearch is class action which is done in2 cycles. The subject of the research are fourth gradestudents of Number 2 PublicElementary Schoolat Temengeng, Blora district in second semesterof the school year 2014/2015. The analysetechnicusedby comparingthe data from precycle,first cycle and second cycle. The results of the research that is done two cycles indicate thatmath learning process by using ruler numbers game can make the students feel pleased sothatlearning activities increase from 62.5 to 84.5. The results of student learning alsoincrease,it can be showed from the average score of the first cycle is 60.48 and the completeness scorereaches57.1%. The average score of thesecond cycle is 75.24 and the completeness scorereaches 85.7%. The conclusion of the research ismath learning about addition and deductionof integer through ruler numbers game can improve learning activity and the results of studentlearning show that all students are interested to obtain the task and get moreenjoyableexperience in using rulernumbers game.

This study examined the use of film media on Indonesian Language. The problem revealed was how is student learning outcomes, and what is the outcomes difference between learning to analyze the intrinsic elements of literary works using film media and using conventional learning approaches in class XI students of SMA N 1 Tumbang Titi. This type of research is experimental research. The design used was Post-test Only Control Group Design. Data analysis was done by normality test, homogeneity test, and t-test (Paired Simple t-Test). Data collection techniques in the form of tests. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that student learning outcomes analysis the intrinsic elements of literary works after being given conventional learning is 54.38 while student learning outcomes analyze the intrinsic elements of literary works after using film media is 71, 67. Besides, after analyzing the data statistically, the results show that there are significant differences between the learning outcomes of the material analyzing the intrinsic elements of literary work between those who use film media and conventional learning. Indonesian language learning material becomes the intrinsic elements of literature in class XI students of SMA N 1 Tumbang Titi using film media can also improve student learning outcomes and contribute to the scale of effectiveness of 32,64. Thus, learning with film media can be used by teachers in the field of learning Indonesian in analyzing intrinsic elements of literary works.Keywords: Utilization of Film Media, Intrinsic Elements of Literary Work

The purpose of student administration is to organize the activities of students from starting to enter school. This article is structured with systematic methods and steps to facilitate research. In this article, the researcher uses the literature study method by collecting literature (material materials) sourced from books, journals, and other sources related to the science of Educational Administration. Administration of students is an activity of recording students from the admissions process until students graduate from school or out of school transfer or other causes. In the administration of students there is a process carried out by the administrator, namely the activity of the beginning of the school year, during the school year and the end of the school year. Instruments in student administration are master books, book clusters, student condition lists, student attendance books and student file storage files. In administration the teacher acts as a new student selection committee, plays a role in making it easier for students to adapt to the school environment, recording and controlling student attendance, conducting competency tests, creating an atmosphere that motivates students, creating good school / classroom discipline, and carrying out guidance career and graduate search
