Abstract: Christian youth experience mental health issues as a result of distance study. Adolescents suffer worry, fear, stress, anger, disappointment, and sadness as a result of this. This study uses a psychoanalytic and Christian theological perspective to address the mental health of Christian adolescents as a result of distant learning. The subjects of this study are Christian adolescents, and the study's focus is on the mental health of Christian adolescents. This study employs Cresswell's research approach, namely case studies and narratives, to conduct descriptive qualitative research. According to the findings, the psychoanalytic approach aids Christian teenagers in coping with their souls or mentalities by restoring the function of the ego, which has been wounded by the environment, family, and previous experiences. Meanwhile, spirituality, or the interaction between humanity and God in all parts of life, is prioritized in Christian theology. Humans are viewed as religious and spiritual beings in Christian theology. For man, God has a good plan. As a helper, restorer, and source of vitality, humans require a positive relationship with God. Planning is needed by various forms of organization, because this planning is the basic process of management in making decisions and actions. Planning is needed in any type of activity, whether it be organizational, corporate or community activities, and planning exists in every management function, because these functions can only carry out the decisions that have been determined in the planning. This article aims to explain the importance of planning in the Islamic education system. The results show that in management, planning is the process of defining organizational goals, creating strategies to achieve those goals, and developing organizational work activity plans. Planning is the most important process of all management functions because without planning the other functions of organizing, directing, and controlling will not be able to run. Good planning will result in good management. It is better to take decisions and actions in various forms of organization using the basic management process in the form of planning. In a plan, it is necessary to pay attention to the nature of a good plan to achieve the desired results.

Regulatory problems and the disharmony of laws and regulations in labor law in Indonesia have forced the government to reform the rules through the omnibus law which aims to reduce the unemployment rate in Indonesia. The concept of a state of law (rechtsstaat) adopted by the Indonesian state includes the protection of human rights as well as legal certainty and is based on the law. Economic development is very important for improving people's welfare. The purpose of this study is to analyze the regulation of the omnibus law of work copyright for local workers in foreign investment companies in Indonesia and the form of legal protection of the omnibus law of work copyright for workers. The type of research used is the type of normative law research with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The legal materials used are primary, secondary, and tertiary. The technique of collecting legal materials by analyzing and citing applicable laws and regulations from books, literature, and other sources. The results of the study reveal that the omnibus law concept is one of the breakthroughs to reorganize current regulations. To minimize the occurrence of disharmony and overlapping of existing laws and regulations, the omnibus law is a good plan for structuring regulations. The Indonesian people must formulate new policies that are able to make Indonesia compete with countries in the world to attract investment. These policies must be able to restore the wheels of the slumped Indonesian economy. Regulatory reform is expected to help ensure that laws and regulations in all areas of activity are fully responsive to changing economic, social and technological conditions that surround them.

Fiscal consolidation is one of the most commonly used instruments of fiscal policy in order to "recover" the economy of a country. Successful implementation of the fiscal consolidation plan leads to a reduction of the budget deficit and public debt, with expansive effects primarily related to GDP growth. However, the success of fiscal consolidation does not depend only on a good plan or precise strategy. The complexity of fiscal consolidation requires knowledge of the entire macroeconomic system. The aim of this paper is to, based on previous experience, define the conditions which determine successful fiscal consolidation. Also, the paper will emphasize the most common mistakes which prevent consolidation from going in the desired direction. It should be mentioned that there is no unique fiscal policy and that each country has the opportunity to formulate a fiscal consolidation strategy based on its predispositions, expecting to bring the best results.

This chapter provides a framework and suggestions for growth in intellectual virtue. It likens our growth in intellectual virtue to a trip to an important destination. Any well-planned trip requires a clear destination, an assessment of our current location, and a map from getting from where we are to where we want to go. Likewise, any good plan for growth in intellectual virtue requires a clear conception of intellectual virtue, an accurate assessment of our current intellectual character, and paths from getting from our current character to a more virtuous one. Chapters 1–11 provide the clear conception needed here. This chapter considers our current intellectual character by introducing the well-known categories of continence and incontinence. It suggests that many of us exhibit neither virtues nor vices, but rather, traits—like continence or incontinence—that lie between the two. It closes with several suggestions for growth in intellectual virtue, including help from friends and mentors, emulation of exemplars, and specific, intelligent practice.

Nowadays with the evolution of Internet of Things (IoT), building a network of sensors for measuring data from remote locations requires a good plan considering a lot of parameters including power consumption. A Lot of communication technologies such as WIFI, Bluetooth, Zigbee, Lora, Sigfox, and GSM/GPRS are being used based on the application and this application will have some requirements such as communication range, power consumption, and detail about data to be transmitted. In some places, especially the hilly area like Rwanda and where GSM connectivity is already covered, GSM/GPRS may be the best choice for IoT applications. Energy consumption is a big challenge in sensor nodes which are specially supplied by batteries as the lifetime of the node and network depends on the state of charge of the battery. In this paper, we are focusing on static sensor nodes communicating using the GPRS protocol. We acquired current consumption for the sensor node in different locations with their corresponding received signal quality and we tried to experimentally find a mathematical data-driven model for estimating the GSM/GPRS sensor node battery lifetime using the received signal strength indicator (RSSI). This research outcome will help to predict GPRS sensor node life, replacement intervals, and dynamic handover which will in turn provide uninterrupted data service. This model can be deployed in various remote WSN and IoT based applications like forests, volcano, etc. Our research has shown convincing results like when there is a reduction of −30 dBm in RSSI, the current consumption of the radio unit of the node will double.

PT. XYZ is a pharmaceutical company that produces Amoxicillin. In managing its inventory, PT XYZ has not done a good plan to determine the size of raw material orders. The existence of these problems, a study was conducted with the aim of determining Amoxicillin raw material inventory planning to eliminate the accumulation of raw materials at future. The initial stage is forecasting using three methods, namely Linear Regression, Exponential Smoothing and Moving Average. Of the three forecasting methods, the Linear Regression method provides the smallest error accuracy. The chosen method of forecasting must be carried out in advance of verification test (Moving Range) to be used as a basis for planning future raw material requirements. Furthermore, calculations are carried out using the MRP method to determine the size of the order lot for each raw material and reduce the cost of saving. The lot size technique used includes Lot for Lot (LFL), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), and Fixed Period Requirement (FPR). Of the three lot size techniques used, the LFL method provides the lowest total cost of inventory.

Malaysia's takaful market is showing steady growth and is overtaking conventional insurance in a very obvious way despite the pernicious COVID-19 pandemic hitting global Islamic finance sectors. As comparison, family and general takaful premiums rose by 29.6 percent and 16.4 percent respectively in the first half of 2019, as compared with 12.2 percent in conventional life and -1.3 percent in general insurance. The COVID-19 pandemic's rapid emergence poses unparalleled challenges the world is dealing with. In addition to the risks to human health and lives, this pandemic has a drastic effect on companies and economies worldwide and is also affecting people's mental health due to depression issues. Hence, this commentary aims to discuss the market thoughts on the potential implications of COVID-19 on takaful scheme for mental disorders. Mental health issues in Malaysia continue to be a major concern, generating debates about causes, responses and, more recently, insurance or takaful plans. Mental illness is costly to treat, especially for the disfavoured group. As a result, people with an ultimate goal will try to have a good plan protection to cover their uncertain health conditions. Thus, to overcome this scenario takaful provider should introduce a takaful scheme for mental health disorders in the country where the growth of market potential is there.

Abstract BackgroundThe emergence of the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-COV-2) in the final months of 2019 had the health officials declare a public emergency raising a global response. In response to the burden of the current pandemic, strict measurements were globally implemented to stop further transmission of the virus. These Measurements rely on an accurate diagnosis of individuals infected with the virus by using real-time reverse transcriptase PCR (RT-PCR). The goal of our study is to relate the fundamental clinical and analytical performance of chosen kits of RT-PCR from distinct manufacturers. Methods A total of 94 nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal clinical samples were selected randomly, these samples were previously confirmed as 64 positives, and 30 negatives for SARS-COV-2. Generally, 400 µl of each respiratory specimen was subjected to extraction using ExiPrep 96 Viral RNA Kit with the ExiPrep 96 Lite Automated NA Purification System. All kits master mix preparation, cycling protocol, and results interpretation were carried out according to the manufactures’ instructions of use and recommendations. Results In our study, we were able to evaluate the performance of 12 commercial kits in detecting SARS-COV-2 using 5 different targets. The performance of the kits was comparable except for LYRA kit as it was less sensitive (F=67, P <0.001). Particularly, the performance of RealStar, BGI, DiaPlexQ, Genesig, LightMix, TaqPath, and RADI kits were the most sensitive. Moreover, the performance of these commercial kits by gene target showed no significant change in Ct values which indicates that kits disparities are mainly linked to the choice of the gene target (F=0.49, P=0.73).ConclusionWe believe that most of the commercially available RT-PCR kits included in this study can be used for routine diagnosis of SARS-COV-2 patients. Moreover, we recommend that regardless of the laboratory choice of diagnostic commercial kit for the clinical detection of COVID-19 patients the need a for good plan for validation and collaboration with exterior laboratories is essential in order to monitor the virus changes overtime, procedures, technicians, and the different kits performances.

This chapter discusses the process of planning for reducing accommodation. A good plan for reducing accommodation should be as detailed as possible. This chapter presents sample plans to give parents an idea of the kind of details their plan should have. The plan that the parents make to reduce the target accommodation they provide to the child with anxiety is not going to be perfect, and that is OK. The important thing is to think through the details of the plan as much as possible, consider which things will make it challenging to implement, and then move forward with putting it into practice. The parents may need to make adjustments to their plan when they encounter a difficulty they had not considered, and this is also to be expected. The chapter then provides a guide on how parents can make a plan for reducing target accommodations, and how to think through the challenges in implementing the plan.
