This chapter discusses the process of planning for reducing accommodation. A good plan for reducing accommodation should be as detailed as possible. This chapter presents sample plans to give parents an idea of the kind of details their plan should have. The plan that the parents make to reduce the target accommodation they provide to the child with anxiety is not going to be perfect, and that is OK. The important thing is to think through the details of the plan as much as possible, consider which things will make it challenging to implement, and then move forward with putting it into practice. The parents may need to make adjustments to their plan when they encounter a difficulty they had not considered, and this is also to be expected. The chapter then provides a guide on how parents can make a plan for reducing target accommodations, and how to think through the challenges in implementing the plan.

One of the causes of underdevelopment of Muslims is when fiqh is positioned equivalent to naṣṣ (Holy Scripture). When fiqh is equated with naṣṣ, fiqh becomes sacred, there is no courage for people to criticize it, let alone make changes to existing fiqh provisions. As a product of reason (ijtihād), fiqh is not intended as a final legal provision. The ijtihād carried out by the generation after the death of the Prophet Muhammad must be made an important lesson for the need for the development of Islamic law (fiqh) to keep abreast of the times. Another important thing is that applying fiqh law must not only follow fiqh products, but also must understand the process. This means that knowing the methods used by jurists (fuqahā’) to process fiqh births should not be ruled out. Understanding the methods used by jurists (fuqahā’) will open the development of fiqh in the global era, so that fiqh products as a guideline for Muslims will remain relevant and responsive and able to solve contemporary problems.

This paper attempts to probe into the problems of marriage through the protagonists of her novels where one enjoys the freedom of marriage and the other accepts the traditional marriage. Shashi Deshpade highlights the problems of marriage faced by middle-class people in finding suitable grooms for their daughters. This problem is well-illustrated through the characters of her novels. Since the girl’s mind over her childhood is tuned that she is another’s property, she tries to attach a lot of importance to it. it is indeed a tragedy that even in the modern age, Indian females echo the same sentiment where it was marriage which mattered most of them but not to the men. It is a beginning of females sacrifices in life that marriage brings to her. Shashi Deshpande encourages her female protagonists to rise in rebellion against the males in the family matters, instead she wants to build a harmonious relationship between man and woman in a mood of compromise and reconciliation.

As human beings God have given them the potential of emotion to do bad or good things. Totally eliminating emotion is also not good. Whereas on account of the emotion ones are eager to eat when they are hungry, they are sad, happy, have a sense of love and so on. So the most important thing is controlling and directing the emotion so that it becomes a guide toward good things. Fasting on Mondays and Thursdays  as part of refraining from any action contrary to the religious teachings will bring self-control, honesty, social awareness, the meaningfulness of life not do things that deviate from the teachings of Islam. Fasting could have a positive impact on a person's religiosity, but not all fasting could increase spiritual intelligence. Only fasting that is done with pure heart and soul will foster spiritual intelligence. Fasting that is done by involving conscience is the true one for being able to become an important instrument to purify the heart and soul. Fasting on Mondays and Thursdays will be able to improve the emotional and spiritual intelligence.
