This research is development research aimed to develop a learning product in the form of a Multimedia-based E-book on Digital Simulation Subjects which are feasible or valid and easy to use or practical. The test subjects in this research and development consisted of content experts, media experts and subject teachers of digital simulation and grade 10th students of SMK Negeri 4 Gowa. The ADDIE development model used in this study consisted of five stages, namely: (1) analysis stage, (2) design stage, (3) development stage, (4) implementation stage (5) evaluation stage. The development of  multimedia-based digital simulation e-book through the material expert validation stage with the score of 4.73 and media validation 4.60 shows that the material and design or media evaluation in the e-book is feasible or valid. Then, the teacher's response obtained a score of 4.71, the average score of individual student trials was 92.14, and the average score of the student group trial was 90, which means the e-book is easy to use by teachers and students. there were no students who acquired a low score from the test results after learning using the e-book which means it is effectively used.

The purpose of this study was to produce an Open ended problem based Mathematics module on the Valid, Practical, and Effective set material that was used in class VII of Baiturrohmah Islamic Middle School in Malang. This research is a development research with the development of ADDIE, which includes Analysis, where the researcher analyzes the curriculum, needs, and characteristics of students. At the Design stage, the researcher designs the module outline. At the Development stage, researchers develop modules according to the initial revision. At the implementation stage, the module was tested in class VII of Baiturrohmah Islamic Islamic Junior High School Malang by distributing student response questionnaires. In the Evaluation stage, an analysis of the results of student response questionnaires was carried out. This study produced a mathematical module on the set of materials based on Open ended problems. The results showed that: (1) the material expert validator got a score with a mean of 3.08 and 3.47 in the Very Valid category; (2) the assessment of the expert practitioner validator gets an average score of 3.49 with a very valid category. As for the response of students to get an average score of 3.27 with the Strongly Agree category, and the learning outcomes of students' mastery level reached 85,71% with very good categories. Based on the data analysis described above, it can be concluded that the mathematics module on Open ended problem-based set of material is valid, practical, and effective to be used as teaching materials for Grade VII junior high school / MTs students.

ABSTRACT This study was aimed at producing pre-reading and writing textbooks that use the thematic Iqro method in IPA, IPS, and art subjects. The develop­ment research is used with the steps of: initial studies, development, evaluation/ revision, limited trials, and evaluation/revision. Preliminary studies include curriculum analysis, existing textbooks, and demand analysis based on questionnaires and interviews developed. The development stage includes the design of themes and subthemes, the framework of the book content, and the development of the initial draft of the book as a prototype I. The evaluation stage includes expert validation and limited testing. The results of preliminary studies show that in South Sumatra there is no beginning reading and writing textbook that meets the principles of Iqro and thematic methods. The results of questionnaires and interviews indicate that teachers have difficulty using the Diknas package because many students can not read/write so that books are needed that can accelerate the reading and writing ability of the first grade students demanded by the Curriculum 2013. Based on preliminary studies, and subthemes, the framework of the contents of the book, and the early drafts of textbooks developed based on the principles of Iqro method that have been themically modified by Science, Social Studies, and the arts. Subse­quently validated by two experts. From the results of validation, the textbook was revised based on validator input that is by adding interesting pictures and instructions for clear teachers and students. The result of the textbook revision was tested in limited in two elementary schools. The test results show, text­books with the method of Reading and Writing Iqro Modifikasi significant effect on learning to read and write the beginning in grade 1 primary school. Keywords: Read and write start, Iqro method and Thematic.   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan buku ajar membaca dan menulis permulaan yang menggunakan metode Iqro yang tematik dalam topik IPA, IPS, dan kesenian. Penelitian pengem­bangan digunakan dengan langkah-langkah: studi awal, pengembangan, evaluasi/ revisi, uji coba terbatas, dan evaluasi/revisi. Studi awal meliputi analisis kuriku­lum, buku teks yang ada, dan analisis kebutuhan berdasarkan angket dan wawancara yang dikembangkan. Tahap pengembangan meliputi perancangan tema dan subtema, kerangka isi buku, dan pengembangan draf awal buku sebagai prototipe I. Tahap evaluasi meliputi validasi ahli dan uji coba terbatas. Hasil studi awal menunjukkan bahwa di Sumatera Selatan belum ada buku pelajaran membaca dan menulis permulaan yang memenuhi prinsip metode Iqro dan tematik. Hasil angket dan wawancara menunjuk­kan bahwa guru mengalami kesulitan menggunakan buku paket Diknas karena banyak siswa yang belum bisa membaca/menulis sehingga diperlukan buku yang dapat mempercepat kemampuan membaca dan menulis siswa kelas I SD yang dituntut oleh Kurikulum 2013. Berdasarkan studi awal, dirancang tema dan subtema, kerangka isi buku, dan draf awal buku ajar yang dikembangkan berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip metode Iqro yang telah dimodifikasi secara tematik IPA, IPS, kesenian. Selanjutnya divalidasi oleh dua orang ahli. Dari hasil vali­dasi, buku ajar direvisi berdasarkan masukan validator yaitu dengan menam­bahkan gambar yang menarik serta perintah bagi guru dan siswa yang jelas. Hasil revisi buku ajar tersebut diujicobakan secara terbatas di dua SD. Hasil ujicoba menunjukkan, buku ajar dengan metode Membaca dan Menulis Iqro Modifikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembelajaran membaca dan menulis permulaan di kelas 1 sekolah dasar. <p>The research is motivated not yet using CTL approach. In addition, the study provided yet foster the character value of students. This study aimed to the development of learning materials by using CTL approach with the integration of character value are valid, practical, and effective. The type of this research is research and development by using 4-D models. The stages of this research are define, design, and development. The define stage consists of analyzing of curriculum, students, and concept. Then, the learning materials as lesson plan, handout, student’s worksheet, and evaluation, were designed at design stage. The development stage was doing validity, practicality, and effectiveness test. The data of this research was collected by using validation instruments, questionnaire of students and teacher, observation and test instruments. The result of research with validity of the test results showed that the syllabus, lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets and assessment sheets (cognitive, affective and psychomotor) developed very valid. The test results showed that the learning practicalities developed very practical. Based on the results of efficacy trials, it was stated that the developed learning very effectively used as learning tools are developed to improve the activity and competence of students in the cognitive, affective and psychomotor and behavioral character. And Those, learning materials by using CTL approach with the integration of character values are classification of very valid, very practical, and effective.</p>

Abstract This development research generally aims to (1) develop interactive multimedia-based learning media for Private Vocational School Imelda Medan, (2) to know the assessment of media experts and material experts on learning media, and (3) to know the feasibility of learning media based on the assessment of media experts and material experts. The method used in this research is Research and Development. This research was conducted at Imelda Private Vocational School Medan. Research and Development Results: (1) This development research process is carried out with several stages adapted from the borg and gall version development research model simplified into 4D. There are stages such as: Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate. Define stage includes definition, design stage includes storyboarding, development stage includes development of interactive multimedia-based learning media, validation of media experts and material experts, as well as revision of learning media from media experts and material experts and disseminate stage covering the trial stage. The target of this research is the Expert Lecturer of Medan State University. Testing of interactive multimedia by material validators showed that multimedia learning resulted both in material validation with an average score of 4.52 and for media validation with an average score of 4.59. Then obtained the conclusion that developed media is worth to use. Keywords : Interactive Media, Interactive Multimedia Abstrak Penelitian pengembangan ini secara umum bertujuan untuk (1) mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif untuk SMK Swasta Imelda Medan, (2) mengetahui penilaian ahli media dan ahli materi terhadap media pembelajaran, dan (3) mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran berdasarkan penilaian ahli media dan ahli materi . Adapaun tahapan tersebut yaitu : Define, Design, Development, dan Disseminate. Tahap define meliputi pendefenisian , tahap design meliputi pembuatan storyboard, tahap development meliputi pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif ,validasi ahli media dan ahli materi, serta revisi media pembelajaran dari ahli media dan ahli materi dan tahap disseminate meliputi tahap uji coba. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah Dosen Ahli Universitas Negeri Medan. Pengujian terhadap multimedia interaktif oleh validator materi menunjukan bahwa multimedia pembelajaran  yang dihasilkan baik pada validasi materi dengan skor rata-rata 4.52 dan untuk validasi media dengan skor rata-rata 4.59. Maka diperoleh kesimpulan media yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan. Kata kunci : Media Interaktif, Multimedia Interaktif

The results of the analysis of the fifth-grade elementary school students' books in the second-semester Theme 7 and the results of observations in elementary schools state that the manuals used by teachers and students in the learning process are still limited especially in science material. The appearance of the book also less attractive, so students become less understanding of the material explained. In addition, the lack of use and development of media in the teaching and learning process also underlies the implementation of this research. The purpose of this research was to develop a pop-up book media on the topic of changing the form of objects with validity tested. This research was conducted using the ADDIE development model (analyze, design, development, implementation, evaluation). However, due to limited time, resources, and finances, the research was only carried out until the development stage. The subject in this research was the pop-up book media on the topic of changing the form of objects. Whereas the object of this research was the validity of the pop-up book media on the topic of changing objects. The method used in this study was a questionnaire given to two teachers and two lecturers as experts. The instrument used was a rating scale in the form of media assessment sheets for experts. The data analyzed with the mean formula to find out its validity. The average score of the pop-up book media after being reviewed by experts was 4.87 with very good qualifications. The implication of this research was the existence of pop-up book media that have very good qualifications. Based on the results of the analysis, the developed media was valid and can be used by the teacher to facilitate the teacher in explaining the material, especially on the topic of changing the form of objects in the fifth grade of elementary school.

This study aims to develop teaching materials of economic learning assessment through scientific approach. The research used Research and Development (R&D) method that developed by Thiagarajan, Semmel, and Semmel that includes defining phase, design stage, and development stage. Data were collected from the assessment of three experts through an expert validation sheet and responses from 40 students through student response questionnaire. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive technique. The result of the research showed that the teaching materials are suitable for learning through the scientific approach on the course of the Economic Learning Assessment. of material experts with an average score of 89.47% (very good) and student response results with an average score of 86.45% (very good). Some suggestions from the experts include in the teaching material description section added with illustrations in the form of drawings or schemes; and equipped with concrete examples in accordance with the contextual situation. While the suggestions from the students are also in line with the advice of the expert team that is also equipped with concrete examples to be more reproduced.

This study aims to develop elementary V class multimedia based on humanistic theory on integer competencies that is valid, practical, and effective. The development model is a 4D (define, design, development, disseminate) model. In the define stage there are interviews and observations to study the curriculum and the needs of teachers and students. In the design stage, draft I multimedia was designed using Adobe Flash Player. In the development stage, draft I is valid based on questionnaires from media and  material expert validators. Furthermore, the results of field notes and student and teacher response questionnaires indicate that draft II is practical. Then drat III was tested by independent t-test which resulted that draft III is effective. Draft III developed into a final product which was then disseminated at the disseminate stage with the delivery of products to teachers, training of teachers, and publications in national journals.

This study aims to 1) produce a HOTS assessment instrument; 2) knowing the quality of the test instrument in terms of the feasibility of construction, material feasibility, and language feasibility according to the expert; and 3) knowing the quality of the test items in terms of validity, reliability, difficulty level and distinguishing power based on the test results. Research and Development ware used as a research method with 4D procedural development model consists of four stages, namely: the define stage, the design stage, the development stage, and the dissemination stage. The questionnaire was used for expert judgment validation. The characteristics measurement of the HOTS items instrument including the validity, reliability, difficulty level and distinguishing power of the questions. The HOTS assessment instrument developed was in the form of multiple-choice options with a reason based on HOTS in aspects of analyzing, evaluating and creating. The results of expert validation show that the average item with criteria is very good in terms of content, construct and language aspects. Instruments that have been validated and revised were tested on students who had studied vibration and wave material and the test results showed that 77% of the questions developed were of good quality with valid criteria, good distinguishing criteria, level of difficulty at moderate and easy levels and very strong reliability so that feasible and ready to be used to measure students' higher order thinking skills in vibrations and waves material. Engineering technology in robotics for the present era is no longer new, especially in high education, marked by Indonesian robot contests routinely held annually by the national achievement center. The participants in this event are groups of students from all higher education institutions spread throughout Indonesia. The development of robotics technology is now faster to spur individuals and students to compete to conduct research and development in robotics. The study aims to develop a six-legged robotic motion system or so-called hexapod. The research was conducted using the Addie model research method consisting of five stages, namely, analyze stage to analyze the needs of the development of the robotic motion system and analysis of the needs of tools and materials to be used. The design stage of designing the mechanical structure of the robot both in terms of hardware and in terms of robot software, the development stage of developing a six-legged robot's motion system to be more stable and more efficient in moving, the implementation stage is a test stage of the robot's motion system that has been developed. The evaluation stage is the last stage of this development research; at this stage, the evaluation is done to ensure the robot's motion system is feasible to use.
