ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the knowledge of colors, the results of party makeup and find out the relationship between the knowledge of colors and the results of student makeup on the skin. The population in the study were 30 people. The results of the average score of color knowledge in students amounted to 34.73 with a tendency level categorized as high with the details of 8 students (26.7%) having high knowledge, 22 students (73.3%) having sufficient knowledge. On observing party makeup results obtained an average score of 29.63 with a tendency level categorized high with the details of 14 students (46.7%) getting high makeup results, 16 students (53.3%) getting the results of makeup that enough.Keywords: Knowledge of Colors, Results of Party Makeup

ABSTRACT Divorce is the legal dissolution of a marriage relationship by a court and almost half of divorce happen in the first 10 years of marriage, it mean that children from divorced families are still at an early age. This means that daily interaction and communication between children with one of the parents will be reduced that can decreasing the attachment of the child to the parent and child trust affect against theirself. In addition, the child will be exposed to the fickle conditions, psychic tendencies negative emotions and aggressive behavior will appear on children as a victims of divorce. HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN IBU TENTANG STIMULASI PERKEMBANGAN DENGAN PERKEMBANGAN MOTORIK KASAR ANAK USIA 3-5 TAHUN DI KELURAHAN SEI SIKAMBING B KECAMATAN MEDAN SUNGGAL

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship of mother's knowledge about developmental stimulation with gross motor development of children aged 3-5 years in the Village Sei Sikambing B district of Medan Sunggal. The results show there is a close relationship between mother's knowledge about developmental stimulation with gross motor development of children aged 3-5 years in the Village Sei Sikambing B Sunggal Medan District, where P value = 0.00 (P <0.01) from the analysis also shows the correlation (r) of 0.63. It is suggested to mothers in order to dig deeper information from sources that are accurate about the importance and how to stimulate gross motor development of children. FAKTOR YANG BERPENGARUH TERHADAP KEBERHASILAN DALAM PEMBERIAN ASI EKSKLUSIF DI DESA HAMPARAN PERAK KEC. HAMPARAN PERAK KAB. DELI SERDANG

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the factors that influence the success of exclusive breastfeeding. The design of this study is descriptive analytic with a sample size of 26 respondents with a total sampling method. The results of this study the majority of respondents aged 26-30 years as many as 10 people (38.5%), the majority of education secondary education respondents as many as 19 people (73.1%), the majority of respondents as IRT as many as 20 people (76.9%), the majority of respondents earn < 1,000,000 as many as 22 people (84.6%), and the majority of children's parity was 17 (65.4%). From the results of the product moment statistical test it can be concluded that the management factor at the place of delivery that supports breastfeeding and providing breastfeeding facilities in public places is a factor that influences the success of exclusive breastfeeding.Keywords: Factors, Success, Exclusive Breastfeeding

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to describe the mother's knowledge about nutrition in school age children (6-12 years). The result is that the majority of respondents knowledgeable enough as many as 30 respondents (66.7%) in the age group> 30 years as many as 22 respondents (48.9%), family education largely secondary education as much as 20 respondents (44.4%), employment of family members is a housewife of 20 respondents (44.4%) of the respondents dansebagian obtain health information through electronic media as much as 25 respondents (55.6%). EXPLORING SPEAKING STRATEGIES EMPLOYED BY INDONESIAN EFL TERTIARY STUDENTS

ABSTRACTThis study is a descriptive research since its purpose is to describe the Indonesian EFL tertiary students’ learning strategies in learning speaking English. The result of the study revealed that some speaking strategies are employed in terms of speaking English and improve speaking ability, namely cognitive, metacognitive and compensation strategy. In the type of speaking strategy that mostly employed by the students in terms of speaking English is compensation strategy, while cognitive strategy was indicated as the mostly speaking strategies employed by the Indonesian EFL tertiary students in improving their speaking ability. HUBUNGAN PEMAKAIAN ALAT DAN OBAT KONTRASEPSI SUNTIKAN DENGAN GANGGUAN MENSTRUASI DI KLINIK NIRMALA

ABSTRACTAccording to the World Health Organization (WHO) there are nearly 380 million couples running Family planning. This research is a analttic survey with cross sectional design that is to know the relation of usage of contraception tool and contraception with menstrual disorder,sampling this research using accidental sampling that is sampling method by chance coincidence. In 85 out of 85 cases of mother using 1 month injection of polimenore/spooting injection were 50 cases (100%) while mothers using 3 Months of injectable amenorrhea (65,71%) had Spotted 12 case (34,29%) ini clinic Nirmala. Result of statistical test by using chi square test got p value =0,01<0,05 and X2 = 41,77 mean there is relation of tool usage and contraceptive injection drug with menstrual disorder 95% CI level equal to 1,84-4,61 meaning mothers who used injectable contraceptive devices 1-4 times experianced a menstrual disorder at the Nirmala ClinicKeyword: Contraceptive Injection, Medication

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to carry out a movement to cultivate reading activities for students in the early grades of elementary school (SD). Early class learning emphasizes reading and writing learning skills, followed by learning basic skills and how to use them when learning to read and write and learn strategies to become smooth readers and writers. Then in class 3 and above, students use these skills to learn Subject Information, which is reading to study. So it is necessary to do a movement to cultivate reading in early elementary school students summarized through, 1) Making clear rules governing reading culture activities, 2) Socializing the importance of reading to all parties involved in student education, 3) Applying habit of reading in various interesting activities and 4) Cultivating reading activities consistently and continuously.Keywords: Movement, Reading Culture, Elementary School Students

PENERAPAN PEWARNAAN GRAF MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA WELCH-POWELL UNTUK KEEFEKTIFAN PENGATURAN TRAFFIC LIGHT DI SIMPANG MAJESTIK

ABSTRACTThe research method includes several stages, namely data retrieval from DISHUBKOMINFO, namely the red and green light duration data at the Majestik intersection, transforming the intersection with the current into a graph, coloring each node in the graph using the Welch-Powell algorithm. Based on the calculation of the level of effectiveness of the total duration of the secondary data traffic arrangement with the new data at the Majestik intersection, it can be seen that at the interval of 15.00 - 20.00 the effectiveness of the green light duration increases by 6.81% and the red light duration decreases by 26.01% vehicle concentration is low.
