In this paper, an information service platform based on expert knowledge database was designed. The platform includes two parts: the front desk and the back management system. The front desk provides a friendly information service window for customers. The back management system includes an expert reasoning machine and a series of expert knowledge databases. Practices showed the information service platform was useful to help university librarians transforming their knowledge structure and improving the quality of information service.

Traveloka is one of the solutions in providing the best service for consumers who want to travel between cities and countries. Traveloka users up to 2018 are quite numerous, but it is not yet known how far the quality is given in meeting consumer needs. This study aims to determine the extent of the quality of information systems from Traveloka in meeting the needs of the Indonesian people. The research method uses literature based on information obtained through the phenomena that occur today and previous research. The results of this literature study show that the quality of Traveloka in Indonesia is relatively good with some previous research results stating that the quality of information and services affects customer satisfaction. Other variables that influence are found on the quality of the website and payment system. This research contributes to giving customers an overview of Traveloka's quality that can be trusted and provides an overview for new business people in developing business in the field of tour & travel which are promising to date.

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of information quality, service quality, as antecedent of  online purchasing decision behavior. The population in this study is consumer  who had been shopping for products or goods through the sale and purchase site of tokopedia.com. This study using 100 respondents, sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The paradigm of this study is positivism and using survey as design research. Data analyzed in this research includes measurement test, normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroskedastisity test. Hypothesis  testing  using  multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F test, and the value  of coefficient of determination (R²). The results showed that the quality of information has a positive and significant effect on the behavior of online purchasing decisions. Service quality variable have positive and significant effect to online purchasing decision behavior. Confidence variables have a significant and negative effect on online purchase decision behavior. Simultaneously the quality of information, service quality, and trust have a significant influence on the behavior of purchasing decision. The variance of independent variables in explainable  online decision are  17,4% and the rest explained by other variable outside of this research.Abstraksi : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, sebagai anteseden perilaku keputusan pembelian online. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang telah berbelanja produk atau barang melalui situs jual beli tokopedia.com. Penelitian ini menggunakan 100 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Paradigma penelitian ini adalah positivisme dan menggunakan survei sebagai penelitian desain. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji pengukuran, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, t-test, uji F, dan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas informasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keputusan pembelian online. Variabel kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keputusan pembelian online. Variabel keyakinan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan negatif terhadap perilaku keputusan pembelian online. Bersamaan dengan itu kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, dan kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku keputusan pembelian. Varians variabel independen dalam keputusan online yang dapat dijelaskan adalah 17,4% dan sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini.

This writing is done to determine the effect of information quality and service quality on attitudes in the use of application systems with the ease of use of the system as an intervining variable in online transportation services (gojek) in Yogyakarta. The sample in this study is customers who use online motorcycle transportation services in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing online questionnaires through the Goegle form and distributed with social media such as WhatsApp and Instagram on a 1-4 scale to measure 4 indicators. The results of this study show 1) the quality of information affects the ease of use, 2) the quality of service affects the ease of use, 3) the quality of information influences attitudes in use, 4) the quality of services does not affect attitudes in use, and 5) ease of use attitude in use.

This article aims to explain maqâṣid al-Qur’ân according to M. Quraish Shihab and its application in interpreting verses related to the use of social media. The problem that will be answered in this article covers two main issues, namely how the perspective of maqâṣid al-Qur’ân according to M. Quraish Shihab and how it is applied in interpreting the verses of the use of social media. The method used is the thematic method, namely discussing verses based on themes. Fr om this study the authors concluded that according to M. Quraish Shihab there are six elements of a large group of universal goals of the al-Qur’ân, namely strengthening the faith, humans as caliphs, unifying books, law enforcement, callers to the ummah of wasathan, and mastering world civilization. The quality of information lies in the strength of the monotheistic dimension which is the highest peak of the Qur’anic maqâṣid. M. Quraish Shihab offers six diction which can be done by recipients of information in interacting on social media. Thus, it aims to usher in the knowledge and understanding of what is conveyed in carrying out human mission as caliph, enlightenment through oral and written, law enforcement, unifying mankind and the universe to the ummah of wasathan, and mastery of world civilization

Background.Question about the quality and format of postgraduate education of doctors raises increasingly in recent years. Development of professional standards and transition to a system of continuing professional education have allowed professional communities to raise issues of the quality of modern education but there is no clear evidence of the dependence of the level of education and the quality of medical care in the accessible literature. Experts of Research and Practical Center of Medical Radiology carried out the identification of dependence of post-graduate education length for radiologists and the quality of their work that can serve as a rationale for amending the system of doctors training.Patients and methods.The data on education and actual work of 85 radiologists of out-patient and in-patient units of medical organizations of the Moscow Healthcare Department have been analyzed. According to the results of the audit of diagnostic studies, carried out in the “Unified Radiological Information Service” system by the specialists of the Research and Practical Center of Medical Radiology, the final assessment of the work of each radiologist was formed, which reflects the presence or absence of diagnostic discrepancies.Results.Parameters of diagnostic errors depending on the age of doctors, the general length of service and the length of service as radiologist, the duration of postgraduate education in the clinical specialty and the specialty “radiology” have been compared.As a result of the analysis, it was found that the increase in the proportion of diagnostic differences is directly related to the increase in the age of the doctor and does not depend on either the length of service or the time of work in the specialty. Differences between the groups of physicians with the largest (professional retraining after clinical residency) and the smallest (clinical education + radiology) percentage of clinically significant discrepancies are statistically significant (p = 0.05, at the normative value of the Student's test score of 2.16).Conclusion.The inverse relationship between the duration of training of the radiologist in the specialty and the proportion of diagnostic errors, which can serve as a significant justification for making proposals for the exclusion of professional retraining within 576 hours for admission to professional activities of radiologists.

The purpose of this article is to present the correlation between management of an economic entity and the development of ethical accounting dilemmas in the era of high-risk business. In the globalisation era and recurring economic crises, realisation of the objectives of a company takes place under high risk conditions. It is therefore necessary to use a proper management system. The necessary condition for making all decisions is to have relevant information. The value and relevance of these decisions depend on the quality of information which they have been based on. Lack of ethics in accounting has a direct impact on the company's management, which is based on information generated by the accounting system of the company. Ethical dilemmas arising in accounting are also ethical dilemmas arising in the process of business management.
