The background of this study was the low student learning outcomes of PPKn, from 28 students who achievedthe completeness criteria at least only 11 students (39.29%). The low student learning outcomes are caused bythe high level of individuality between students so that the achievement of competence among studentsexperiences a very distant difference. Based on this, the researchers made improvements to student learningoutcomes through the application of STAD cooperative learning models. This research is a classroom actionresearch, with the subject of class VII of SMP Negeri 3 Teluk Kuantan. The data used in this study is PPKnlearning outcomes data. The results stated that after applying the STAD type cooperative learning model studentlearning outcomes had increased in the initial data the number of students who completed were 11 students, incycle I had an increase with the number of 18 students, and in cycle II the number of students who completedcontinued to increase by the number 22 student.

The selection and determination of appropriate learning strategies can improve the results to be obtained from the application of classroom learning models. This writing aims to discipline students to develop individual abilities of students to be more active in the learning process and improve the quality of learning. The learning process in Indonesia in general only uses conventional learning models that make students passive and undeveloped. In order for the quality of learning to increase, the Team Assisted Individualization learning model is combined with the task learning and forced strategies. The Team Assisted Individualization cooperative learning model is one of the cooperative learning models that combines learning individually and in groups. Meanwhile, task and forced learning strategies are strategies that focus on giving assignments that require students to complete them on time so that the learning process can run effectively. Students are required to do assignments according to the given deadline. This makes students become familiar with the tasks given by the teacher. Combining or modifying the learning model of the assisted individualization team with forced and forced learning strategies is expected to be able to make students more active, disciplined, independent, creative in learning and responsible for the tasks assigned. Therefore this method of incorporation is very necessary in the learning process and can be applied to improve the quality of learning in schools.

This study aims to determine the effect of cooperative learning models and studentlearning styles on the results of learning Social Sciences. Conventional learning models thatrely on reading books, multiplying practice exercises, teacher explanations in the classroom, students are expected to be more diligent in practicing questions suspected of influencingsocial studies learning outcomes. Conventional models are considered to be less than optimal, because basically students will easily feel bored because they have to open sheets per sheetby understanding the contents of the book and listening to the teacher's explanation in frontof the class verbally. This study uses an experimental comparison method containing activities planned and carriedout by researchers, 2x2 factorial design in this study to find out whether there are differencesin social studies learning outcomes between students who obtain learning with cooperativelearning models and students who obtain conventional learning. The population in this studywere all eighth grade students of Al-Kamil Middle School Islamic Boarding School in CianjurRegency, West Java. Affordable population there are eighth grade students of Al-KamilMiddle School Islamic Boarding School District. Cianjur numbered 120 students. The resultsof this study indicate that there is an interaction effect between learning models and learningstyles on the results of social studies learning at Al-Kamil Middle School Islamic BoardingSchool. Learning outcomes of students who have independent learning styles and followcooperative learning models are higher than students' learning outcomes that followconventional learning models. Likewise the learning outcomes of students who havedependent learning styles and follow cooperative learning models are higher than students'learning outcomes that follow conventional learning models

This research is based on the low creativity of students and the low active activity of students in solving mathematical problems caused by the low ability of teachers to understand learning models in learning activities. Less relevance of the learning model applied by the teacher to the objectives and characteristics of mathematics. This study aims to increase students' creativity and activity in solving mathematical problems by applying the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model. This research is a Classroom Action Research conducted at SMK Negeri 2 DEPOK with the research subject being class XI Boga III with the object of research being the application of the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model with open-ended problems as an effort to increase student creativity. The results of the data analysis in the first cycle showed that the average creativity value was 67.75 or 70% of the number of students who took the test had a minimum level of creativity in the sufficient category and 30% had a creativity level below the sufficient category. In the second cycle, the average value of the creativity test was 76.94%, at least the sufficient category and 10% had the creativity level below the sufficient category. Based on the results in cycles I and II, it can be concluded that the application of Jigsaw cooperative learning can increase students' creativity and the level of student activity during learning has met the targets applied. This study aims to determine the positive effect of the application of the think pair share model on student learning outcomes in history learning in class X SMAN 1 Lareh Sago Halaban. This paper in collecting data using quasi-experimental techniques and also with descriptive, where in addition to the figures obtained also from observations and strengthened by interviews. From the analysis obtained t count = 18.43 and t-table = 1.73 where 1.73 <18.43> 1.73 which means the hypothesis is accepted at the 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). Thus it can be concluded that, there is a positive effect of the model of cooperative learning in the type of think pair share on student learning outcomes in history learning at X SMAN 1 Lareh Sago Halaban. The low level of students’ higher order thinking skills (HOTS) has been the main problem of education in Indonesia. This study aimed to determine the difference of students’ HOTS taught by using POE and Guided Discovery learning models. This quasi-experimental research involved 34 students of X IPA 3 and 32 students of X IPA 4 at SSHS 1 of Sungai Ambawang as the sample. The data obtained by using test which was analyzed using Mann-Whitney U-test. The results showed that the students’ HOTS who were treated with POE were significantly higher than those who were taught using Guided Discovery learning. Therefore, it is suggested to implement POE to improve students’ HOTS.

ABSTRACT The low learning competency of students is caused by several problems encountered during the learning process, including the learning process centered on teacher (teacher centered). This will cause students to play an less active role, causing students learning competencies to be low. One effort was made to improve learning competencies by applying cooperative learning models with talking stick method assisted by problem question. Learning with this model requires students to play more active roles during the learning process. This study aims to reveal the effect of the use of cooperative learning models with talking stick method assisted by problem question on students learning learning competencies. This research was conducted at SMPN 23 Padang on global warming material. This research is an experimental study with the design of the Randomized Control Group Posttest Only Design. The population of this study was all students of class VII of SMPN 23 Padang. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used was a learning outcome test with multiple choice questions, and an attitude and skills assessment in the form of an observation sheet. Knowledge and attitude competency data use t test, while skill competency uses t’ test. The result showed that the science learning competencies of axperimental class students were higher than the control class. It can be concluded that the cooperative learning models with talking stick method assisted by questions card has a positive effect on students’ learning competencies. Keywords: (Cooperative Learning, Talking Stick Method, Learning Competencies)
