AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga dan Brand Trust Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Sinergy Celular Medan.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung Sinergy Celular Medan sebanyak 77 orang.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui kuesioner (angket) yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sampel (responden) dan mengumpulkannya kembali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda.Sebelum data diregresikan maka terlebih dahulu di uji keterkaitannya antara variabel, datanya diuji menggunakan uji normalitas data, multikolinearitas, dan heterokedastisitas.Serta untuk mengetahui kontribusi faktor Harga dan Brand TrustTerhadap Keputusan Pembelian digunakan rumus Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hipotesis penelitian diterima apabila t hitung >  t tabel dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,1. Nilai t tabel dalam penelitian ini 1,993. Nilai t hitung variabel X1 sebesar 2,107 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima, nilai t hitung variabel X2   sebesar 3,405 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima. Kata kunci: Harga, Brand Trust, Keputusan Pembelian AbstractThis study aims to determine the Influence of Price and Brand Trust on Purchasing Decision at Sinergy Celular Medan. The sample in this study is all visitors Sinergy Celular Medan as many as 77 people.Data collection technique used is through questionnaire (questionnaire) that is by distributing questionnaires to the sample (respondent) and collect it back. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Before the data is diregresikan then first in the test the relationship between variables, the data tested using the test of data normality, multicollinearity, and heterokedastisitas. And to know the contribution of price factors and Brand Trust Against Purchase Decision is used the formula Coefficient of Determination (R2). Research hypothesis accepted if t arithmetic> t table with significance level 0,1. The value of t table in this study is 1,993. In recent years, a large number of automatic equipment has been introduced into the chemical fiber filament doffing production line, but the related research on the fully automatic production line technology is not yet mature. At present, it is difficult to collect data due to test costs and confidentiality. This paper proposes to develop a simulation platform for a chemical fiber filament doffing production line, which enables us to effectively obtain data and quantitatively study the relationship between the number of manual interventions and other process parameters of the production line. Considering that the parameter research is a multi-factor problem, an orthogonal test was designed by using SPSS software and was carried out by using a simulation platform. The multiple linear regression (MLR) and the neural network optimized by genetic algorithm were adopted to fit the relationship between the number of manual interventions and other parameters of the production line. The SPSS software was applied to obtain the standardized coefficients of the multiple linear regression fitting and the neural network mean impact value (MIV) algorithm was applied to obtain the magnitude and direction of the impact of different parameters on the number of manual interventions. The above results provide important reference for the design of similar new production lines and for the improvement of old production lines.

This  research  is  aimed at  analyzing  the  effect  of  relationship  marketing  on  the commitment of company, communication of company and the complaint handling of PT. ELI on the loyalty of supplier of tobacco with manual drying in East Lombok. The  data  were  collected  through  questionnaire  and  verified  with validation  and reliability test. The data then were analyzed using classic assumption, multiple linear regression, significance test, and certain use of parameter to proof the hypothesis. The research showed that there is partially and simultaneously significant effect of relationship     marketing     consisting     of     company     commitment,     company communication,  and complaint  handling of  PT  ELI on the  loyalty of  supplier of tobacco with manual drying in east Lombok. Of the relationship marketing of PT ELI that  has  a  dominant effect  of  the  loyalty  of  supplier  in  East  Lombok  is  the commitment of company. The level of effect of commitment of company is 24.10 percent (the value of r2X1Y) on the loyalty of supplier. The simultaneous effect of the three dimensions of relationship marketing is 50.40 percents (R2   =0.504) on the loyalty of supplier, categorized as the high criteria. One of the suggestions for the management of PT ELI is to improve partnership with the supplier, with the concept that may be applied as well as possible in order that the partnership can give sustainable and high economic benefit for the farmers. Keywords:  relationship, marketing  (Company, commitment, communication,  and complain handling) and loyalty of Supplier

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of religiosity on the saving interest at Islamic Banking with the knowledge of the people as the moderator variable. This study was held at Tanggerang Selatan. The methods that is used to gather samples for this study is non-probability sampling and with the technique convenience sampling. The respondents in this study are the people of South Tanggerang City who saves their money at Islamic Banking, there are 100 respondents in total. The data gathered through questionnaire as the methods of survey. The data that are gathered then processed using multiple linear regression with interaction test (moderated regression analysis). The result of this study shows that there is significant influence between religiosity and the saving interest at Islamic Banking. the knowledge of the people and the saving interest at Islamic Banking also shows significant influence. The interaction between religiosity and knowledge as the moderator variable giving significant influence on the saving interest at Islamic Banking at the rate of significance bellow 0.05 or 5%.

Research on the role of the APIP review of the Ministry/agency Work Plan and Budget document to determine the impact on the efficiency of ministry/agency spending (case study at the Ministry of Religion). The method used in this study uses simple linear regression with dummy. The use of linear regression is used to examine the relationship between independent variables (certain types of expenditure) and dependent variables (total expenditure). Whereas, dummy is used to find out before and after the APIP review is done. Throughout the author's search, this research has never been done. Based on the results of linear regression obtained, the APIP review significantly had a positive effect on official travel expenditure and honorarium but did not significantly affect building spending and equipment. Abstrak   Penelitian atas peran reviu APIP atas dokumen Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Kementerian Negara/Lembaga untuk mengetahui dampaknya terhadap efisiensi belanja kementerian/lembaga (studi kasus pada Kementerian Agama). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dengan dummy. Penggunaan regresi liner digunakan untuk meneliti hubungan antara variable independen (jenis belanja tertentu) dan variable dependen (total belanja). Sedangkan, dummy digunakan untuk mengetahui sebelum dan setelah reviu APIP dilakukan. Sepanjang penelusuran penulis, penelitian ini belum pernah dilakukan. Berdasarkan hasil regresi linier diperoleh, reviu APIP signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap  belanja perjalanan dinas dan honorarium tetapi tidak signifikan berbengaruh terhadap belanja gedung dan alat.

This study aims at empirically analyzing the effect of tax moral, sanction, and tax relaxation o n taxpayer compliance. This study result is expected to provide an option to increase tax compl ia nce d u ri ng the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of this study is a quantitative study. It collects the data using a questionnaire in the form of Google form. The sampling technique of this study uses purposive sampling. The number of samples is 95 MSMEs members registered at the Department of Cooperative and Micro Enterprise, Magetan Regency, Indonesia. The data were analyzed by the multiple linear regression analy sis techniques. The analysis result shows that during the Covid-19 pandemic, tax moral function was negle c te d in increasing tax compliance.The focus of MSMEs owners is trying to maintain thei r b usi ness t o su rv iv e while their tax obligations are the next priority. The considerations as thei r b asi s t o c arry o ut t h ei r t ax obligation are sanction and tax relaxation. The sanction plays a strong role in increasin g t a x c o mpl ia nce which means the tax compliance of MSMEs owners is in compliance due t o c o e rci on. Ta x re l ax at ion i s another option as a solution to increase the taxpayer's compliance with MSMEs owners during the pandemic. It gives ease and relief for MSMEs owners to fulfill their tax obligations

The development of Islamic economics in banking practices in society develops innovatively. Various sharia banking products have become the people's choice in supporting their daily economic activities. The same thing also happened to students. The purpose of study is to analyze the religiosity effect of students' interest in saving for Islamic banking with knowledge as intervening variable. Multiple linear regression is an analytical technique used here, with hypothesis testing and path analysis to support its conclusions. The result of this study is that the level of religiosity significantly effects on students' interest in saving for Islamic banking with positive relationship. Likewise, knowledge is able mediate the relationship between the religiosity variable and students' interest in saving.

This study aims to: know and analyze whether the Competence and Discipline Work simultaneously and partially effect on Customer Satisfaction in the Office of State Assets and Auction (KPKNL) Palu. This study uses quantitative research which is a study that aims to explain the relationship between two or more variables with a sample of 49 customers and data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis analysis and testing can be concluded that: (1) based on regression test results obtained sig. F of 0.00 <0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Competence and Work Discipline affect simultaneously to Customer Satisfaction. (2) based on regression test results obtained Competence variables have significance level t sig. 0.010 <α 0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Competence partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. (3) based on the regression test results obtained variable Work Discipline has significance level t sig. 0,000 <α 0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Work Discipline partially significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah Kompetensidan Disiplin Kerjaberpengaruh secara serempak dan parsial terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel 49 pelanggan dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda.Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. F sebesar 0,00 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Kompetensidan Disiplin Kerjaberpengaruh secara serempak terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Kompetensimemiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,010 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Kompetensisecara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. (3) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Disiplin Kerja memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,000 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan.
