The article actualizes the problem of planning ways to overcome pedagogical risks. The purpose of the article is to identify methods of overcoming the pedagogical risks of managing innovative platforms in education, to substantiate the classification of such methods. Research methodology and methods. The methodological basis of the study is a systematic approach, which made it possible to consider the interrelationships of the management elements of the innovation platform. To achieve the goal of the study, methods of analysis of the fundamental ideas of pedagogical science and the theory of risk management, modeling of content analysis of projects of existing federal innovation platforms, ranking of methods for minimizing pedagogical risks in the management of an innovative educational platform were used. Research results. As a result of the study, a structural model of forms and methods of overcoming the pedagogical risks of managing an innovative educational platform was created, the prevailing forms and methods of overcoming the pedagogical risks of managing an innovative educational platform were identified. In conclusion, it is concluded that the methods of overcoming pedagogical risks are adequate to the management require the use of mainly pedagogical forms and methods of minimizing such risks, and the phenomena of the organization of activities determine the priority of management methods to neutralize risks. the teaching staff of the innovation platform.

An exploratory interpretative study was carried out to recognize the factors regarded by health care professionals as potential obstacles to the evaluation, prevention, and documentation of falls in persons above 65 years of age. Focus groups and questionnaires were carried out. Audio recordings were made, and these were subsequently transcribed and analyzed in accordance with the Bardin’s thematic content analysis. Four focus groups of four persons were set up, and 16 questionnaires were returned. Four thematic categories were obtained. The analysis showed a lack of data in records of falls, perhaps for reasons of overwork, lack of motivation, awareness, or consistency in the registration systems in use. Health care professionals document two types of fall, depending on the elderly person’s ability to carry out everyday tasks. There is not a rigorous and systematic approach for recording falls. Perspectives from health care professionals could help in analyzing the causes of falls and suggesting comprehensive preventive measures.

The purpose of the review research is to describe the cognitive learning outcomes of students who use guided inquiry modules in chemistry learning. This type of research is a research library that uses a semi-systematic approach, uses secondary data and uses documentation methods. Content analysis techniques are used in data collection (Snyder, 2019). Guided inquiry modules is effective in increasing the cognitive learning outcomes of students in chemistry learning. Structured arrangement of guided inquiry modules can make students understand learning objectives and concepts clearly. The guided inquiry module which is equipped with multiple representations also makes it easier for students to learn concrete and abstract.

This article discusses and substantiates the potential of “green crowdfunding” as a component of the ecosystem of green finance, including the consideration of its investment features in financing projects aimed at sustainable development. The main hypothesis under discussion is that crowdfunding technologies have the potential to increase the financial and commercial success of environmentally-oriented projects. The achievement of this goal is mediated by methods of analysis of empirical research, bibliometric and content analysis of publications in the framework of a systematic approach. The logic of this work predetermines the following range of tasks: outlining and characterizing the conventional classification of crowdfunding, systematizing its modern forms; bibliometric and content analysis of the demand for the concept of green crowdfunding in foreign and domestic studies, as well as the selection of the conventional interpretation; systematization of the investment features of green crowdfunding projects; and highlighting the place of green crowdfunding in the ecosystem of green finance. Green crowdfunding, given the current limitations, remains largely adequate to the conditions of the ecosystem of green finance, as it supports the selection of green investments in the global environment of collective investment and interconnects the distributed sources of ideas in the field of sustainable development with funding sources. This is most relevant in the context of national economic crises and uneven market compression, where individuals from other regions and countries can easily be drawn to finance.

The complexity of a construction project renders the implementation of a systematic approach in selecting contractors to be of vital importance, especially for the public construction projects. Nevertheless, public construction projects in Malaysia often suffer from delay, over budget and low-quality issues. These are very much affected by the contractors who tend to manipulate the tender price with the sole intention of getting the contract, thus led to many issues throughout the projects delivery. Hence, this paper is aimed to investigate a list of contractor selection criteria for public construction projects in Malaysia. A total of 43 selection criteria have been identified and categorised into seven categories from an initial review via content analysis. These findings were then verified via a questionnaire survey, which was responded by 276 local Malaysian construction industry practitioners. Data collected were analysed using the IBM Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS). The analysis showed that all 43 selection criteria were significant in selecting contractors. It is hoped that the findings of this paper would encourage the governing bodies and authorities to consider the use of multi criteria assessment in selecting contractors for public construction projects, rather than being solely reliant on the tendered price.

The severity and frequency of flood and drought events have increased in recent decades. These climate change-induced and anthropogenic stressors on water resources represent the leading water-related hazards to communities. Further, the increasing exposure of the population and infrastructure to such events has heightened the risks. Assessing the impact scope of these events in different subfields towards comprehensively evaluating the risks requires an unbiased systematic approach. This paper combines content analysis and science mapping to investigate the existing multidisciplinary body of knowledge on analyzing flood and drought together. Searching the literature using selected search terms yielded a sample of 119 publications. Initially, various contents, such as the authors’ keywords, applied methods and indices, and study scale, were extracted from these articles. These contents were then incorporated into the science mapping technique to form communicative networks. Analyzing these publications revealed 13 major research themes, with a sustained focus on hydrological issues. However, a more diverse range of themes was recently revealed, including economy, sociology, insurance, and policymaking. Producing such computational and visual networks explained informative insights that can help further develop both existing and new frameworks to support the management, design and policymaking sectors in responding to both flood and drought events.

The purpose: is to analyze the legislative acts of modern Russia, establishing the procedure of public procurement of medications for medical use. Materials and methods: during the research, a systematic approach method was used, also methods: situational-logical analysis, content analysis. Results: a retrospective analysis of Russian legal and regulatory environment, which determines the procedure of public procurement, including medications for medical use, was carried out. The reform of the contractual system in the field of procurement to meet state needs (medications) is aimed at reducing the risk of corruption schemes by increasing the transparency of the bidding procedure and increasing the number of participants. Conclusion: the “Strategy for medication supply to the population of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2025” implementation will contribute to the optimization of the system of public procurement of medications for medical use and its innovative focus on the development of the domestic pharmaceutical industry.

The publication discusses the adaptation of dedicated known methods for structured content analysis for the usage of smartphone apps, taking into account the specifics of these dynamic media types and resulting consequences for the procedure and content rating. The background is the increasing popularity of apps and the growing demand for precise analysis of the status quo regarding the content and functions of apps on the market, esp. within design-oriented business informatics. Within the literature, no uniform, comparable and systematic approach to this could be identified so far. Therefore, an existing standard for the evaluation of apps from the medical context has been adapted for general application to apps. This provides a helpful procedure for researchers, practitioners, and students and ensures consistency across studies. The feasibility of the proposed method and assessment standard were confirmed by a successful demonstrational instantiation based on an app review of energy information systems for private customers.
