The article proposes a methodical approach to calculating the number of spare parts for weapon systems (WS) combat damage elimination and operability restoration based on criteria of minimization of spare parts cost, meeting the requirements of the spare parts, tools, supplies and materials, as well as timeliness of damaged WSs repair. The main points of the methodological approach (mathematical formalization of the task, basic calculation ratios, stages and order of calculation of spare parts stocks) are represented with a simplified scheme of the calculation of spare parts to ensure WS combat damage elimination and operability restoration. Probability of sufficiency and developed mathematical model for its calculation are used as a sufficiency indicator of spare parts to ensure WS combat damage elimination and operability restoration.

The purpose of the article is to improve approaches to assessing the effectiveness of innovative activities of the food industry and its individual subsectors to identify prospects for development and problems that can hinder the sustainable development of this area of production and the country as a whole. Research methods. The article uses the methods of theoretical generalizations and comparisons, which made it possible to comprehensively consider and generalize methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of innovation in industries. When systematizing the calculated data by the intensity of innovation costs, the methods of statistical classification and grouping were used. To achieve the goal of the study, the methodology for assessing the level of manufacturability of industries has been improved (the OECD methodology is taken as a basis), which made it possible to re-evaluate the effectiveness of innovative activities in sub-sectors of the food industry with an emphasis on the computerization of production. Research results. The article presents a methodical approach to assessing the effectiveness of innovation in the food industry. The study is based on the OECD methodology for assessing the manufacturability of industries, which is to calculate the weighted average cost intensity of R & D. The application of this approach to the food industry has confirmed the too low level of its innovative manufacturability. It was found that due to the lack of relevant statistics on R&D expenditures, it is difficult to assess the effectiveness of innovation in certain sectors of the food industry. It is proposed to solve this problem with the help of capital investment indicators, which are invested in the software of industries and are directly related to the level of computerization of technological processes. The obtained indicators of the intensity of software costs are ranked in descending order and divided into three groups according to the level of computerization, which characterizes the efficiency of innovation, as its level increases profits and profitability in industries. This will contribute to the goals of sustainable development of the country (including goals 2 and 9) and increase the competitiveness of the food industry. Scientific novelty. A methodological approach to assessing the effectiveness of innovative activities of sub-sectors of the food industry in Ukraine is proposed, which will contribute to the formation of a new look at the research methodology of this area of knowledge. Practical significance. Designed for professionals in the field of food industry economics, scientists, teachers, graduate students and students of higher educational institutions. The results of the study can be used by experts to assess the level of manufacturability of industries. Tabl.: 3. Refs.: 30.

Currently investment and construction activities are based on the implementation of development projects. As any project’s success heavily depends on joint efforts of a project team members, there is an urgent need for a motivation system able to stimulate team members’ result-orientation and satisfy their individual needs. The Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) methodology is suggested as a basis for building a sound development team motivation system, with its motivational tools correlating to stages of project management. The purpose of this article is to build methodical approach to system of motivation of the development project team. The methodological approach is formed taking into account the correspondence of the goal and the type of motivation depending on the stage of project management, as well as on the basis of the principles of forming the motivation system of the project team. The result is a constructed conceptual model for the development of a motivation system for the development project team based on the principles of PMBOK. Methods of comparative, empirical, system and economic analysis were used to substantiate the propositions put forward in the article.

The article is aimed at substantiating the methodological approach to assessing the investment attractiveness of the food industry enterprise, taking into account its industry characteristics. The article describes the specifics of the activities of food industry enterprises, which can characterize the state of their investment attractiveness. The methodological aspects of assessment of investment attractiveness of enterprise are considered. The assessment of the investment attractiveness of a food industry enterprise is proposed to be carried out from the short- and long-term perspective. The methodology for assessing the investment attractiveness of the food industry enterprise is substantiated according to the following stages: formation of an information base of assessment; assessment of investment attractiveness elements and determination of their normative values by groups of financial coefficients; integral assessment of elements of the state of investment attractiveness; ranking of enterprises based on the results of the investment attractiveness assessment. Four groups of financial coefficients are distinguished in accordance with their economic content: liquidity (absolute liquidity ratio, coverage ratio); negotiability (negotiability ratio of total capital, negotiability ratio of current assets); financial sustainability (coverage structure coefficient, ratio of own and borrowed funds); profitability (return on assets, return on equity). The methodology allows, depending on the priorities and policies of the enterprise, its industry affiliation, investment climate, economic development conditions, to choose other criteria and indicators to assess the level of investment attractiveness. A methodical approach to the construction of an integral indicator of the assessment of investment attractiveness of enterprise and a factor map of its interpretation with the allocation of low, medium and high levels are proposed.

The article systematized factors of investment attractiveness and investment climate in Ukraine. The expediency of supplementinganexistinglist of components of investment climate is substantiated by two additional factors. The trends in the developmen to finvestment activityinUkrainein 2015 - 2020, the existence of reserves for increasing the economic efficiency of investments and the need for their calculation witht hehelpof a special methodological approac hare analyzed. The methodical approach to the evaluation of investment efficiency of constructionis developed, which is based on the magnitude of the multiplier of capital investment in construction inthelong-termperiodandrefinedtheboundariesoftheretrospectivehorizon, which are necessary to determine such a multiplier. The rapid importance of aninvestment multiplier of construction isestablis hedand a methodological approach to qualitative interpretation of this indicator issubstantiated. The basis of a methodological approach is the results of a cluster analysis of aninvestment multiplier in the contex to fvarioustypesofconstructionandregions, the methodof K-medium, aswellaspostulatesofthetheoryoffuzzysets. Within the framework of the developed methodological approach, the "investment attractiveness of construction" characteristicsis presentedin the form of a fuzz yterm-shear, which combines three terms: "Lowefficiency", "averageefficiency", "highlevelofefficiency". Introduction. The tourism industry is one of the most promising sectors of the economy, as international revenues consist of the costs of incoming tourists, including payments to carriers for transport, the cost of temporary accommodation, prepayment for goods and services in the host country. The development of the tourism industry encourages the improvement of its own infrastructure, the creation of new jobs. In the world's leading tourist centers, revenues from international tourism are one of the most important components in the country's economy. For example, in Spain, Italy, Turkey in 2018, revenues from international tourism amounted to 12% of GDP, in the UK - 11%, in Egypt - 15%, in Greece - 20% of GDP. At the same time, Ukraine's direct contribution of tourism to the country's GDP was only 1.5%, which suggests that tourism is an undervalued asset. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to develop a methodological approach to assessing the level of management of the tourism market of the regions of Ukraine. Method (methodology). The methodological basis of the article consisted of general scientific methods - the method of generalization, comparison and description, methods of data systematization, statistical analysis of data. Results. The conducted diagnostics of the processes of formation and management of the tourist market of the regions of Ukraine gives grounds to assert that powerful tourist centers have been formed in Ukraine, the quantitative indicators of which do not depend on the forms of ownership; the efficiency of the tourism industry in the region largely depends on the number of travel agents, tour operators, their income, the number of sold tourist vouchers, the total number of tourists and the number of tourists served; in all regions of Ukraine, tour operators and travel agents are mainly focused on providing services to citizens of Ukraine for travel abroad, this fact is a consequence of too slow development of domestic tourism; the share of foreign tourists in the tourist flow of Ukraine is constantly decreasing, despite the obvious positive changes in the development of infrastructure, level of service, image factors. The explanation for this is the gradual increase in the number of Ukrainian citizens who choose and can afford to travel abroad due to the introduction of a visa-free regime with a number of countries and the growth of financial well-being of the average household.
