Legal drafting is the formation of legislation which is the making of legislation that covers the stages of planning, drafting, discussing, ratifying or stipulating and promulgating. In its implementation, at the planning stage sometimes there are some things that are overlooked, so that they are not included in the drafting stage, as well as at the preparation stage, sometimes found several things that should not have been carried out or carried out at the discussion stage, this happened because of the high level of manualization and archiving. so it is very difficult in carrying out data collection on everything that has been done or that has not been done. Based on the things mentioned above, it is necessary to establish a system that is good in terms of the preparation of regulatory information systems so that mechanisms can be established to formulate regulations based on information management technology to help implement the tasks and functions of the sub-division of legislation. To be able to complete this, the author uses several methods, starting from the method of analyzing data and documents, then poured in the form of a design using uml, and stored in a database using MySql, which is implemented using the PHP programming language. the expected results are the creation of orderly administrative regulations to document regulations and decisions (beschikking) that are well-organized and documented.

Succession is a  complex process.  It touches issues related to transfer of ownership, management and knowledge in family firms.  It is a  process that requires adequate preparation stage and needs to be planned in time. It starts much before successor involvement in business matters, and ends up with incumbent retirement. In relation to the aforementioned argumentation the aim of the paper is evaluation and synthesis of the most crucial achievements in the field of research on succession in family firms. The paper is a review of scientific works discussing the process of conducting succession in family firms, from planning stage to the successor selection. The paper is based on articles published in well‑known foreign journals and covers the period of the past 40 years. Conducted research proved that different scholars involved in family entrepreneurship research show their unabated interest in succession problems. Transferring the business to the next generation is still a controversial issue and there is no way to avoid many personal or business conflicts.

Lead telluride is an important semiconductor of many applications. Many Investigators showed that there are anamolous descripancies in most of the electrophysical properties of PbTe polycrystalline thin films on annealing. X-Ray and electron diffraction studies are being undertaken in the present work in order to explain the cause of this anamolous behaviour.Figures 1-3 show the electron diffraction of the unheated, heated in air at 100°C and heated in air at 250°C respectively of a 300°A polycrystalline PbTe thin film. It can be seen that Fig. 1 is a typical [100] projection of a face centered cubic with unmixed (hkl) indices. Fig. 2 shows the appearance of faint superlattice reflections having mixed (hkl) indices. Fig. 3 shows the disappearance of thf superlattice reflections and the appearance of polycrystalline PbO phase superimposed on the [l00] PbTe diffraction patterns. The mechanism of this three stage process can be explained on structural basis as follows :
