Title: Tuna And Skipjack Resources Depletion In IndonesiaABSTRACTTuna and Skipjack has a great economic potential in Indonesia. Several studies have shown that these commodities have symptomed of over-fishing in the world, including Indonesia. This study aims to estimate the extent of tuna and skipjack depletion in Indonesia. Resource depletion is calculated through stock estimates and sustainable yield levels using surplus production model and parameter estimation of Clark Yoshimoto Pooley (CYP) method. Depletion value is obtained from multiplication of depletion volume with unit rent. Results of the study showed that the average volume of depletion of tuna and skipjack resources in the period 1992-2015 was (-) 2,828 tons per year. The average value of tuna and skipjack resource depletion showed negative numbers, ie (-) IDR 131.89 billion per year. This negative value indicates that during the period 1992-2015, the stock of tuna and skipjack fish resources decreased by 2.828 tons per year with the potential value of loss or loss due to a decrease in stock which reached IDR131,89 billion per year.

Topicality. Ukrainian export strategy for 2017-2021 determines food industry as one of the key elements of the country's foreign economic potential. Despite the secondary importance of wine in meeting the basic human needs, wine industry plays an important role in filling the budget of the country, ensuring the socio-economic development of regions. The wine sector is a perspective direction for the development of Ukrainian economy, an integral part of its foreign economic potential because of favourable natural and climatic conditions and existence of labour and other resources of high quality.Aim and tasks. The purpose of the article is to determine the foreign economic potential of Ukrainian wine industry in the world market. To achieve the goal, following tasks have been set and solved: definition of production potential of Ukrainian wine industry; assessment of consumer potential of Ukrainian wine market; study of trends of export-import activity of market operators (volumes of export, import, foreign trade turnover, balance of export and import operations, geographic structure of export and import).Research results. According to the research results of Ukrainian wine industry in 2014-2018, it is established that the production potential of Ukrainian wine market is decreasing. This can be explained by the decrease in the area of grape plantations in the fructiferous age, the declining dynamics of the index of industrial products, the growth of depreciation, the decrease in the average number of staff members, as well as the decline in consumer market potential (due to a decrease in the number of target consumer segment, in the share of spending on alcoholic beverages and tobacco products, the growth of average consumer prices, the prohibition of the promotion of wine etc.).According to the export-import activity in monetary terms Ukraine is a net importer of grape wines. However, in terms of volume, the volumes of wine exports are dominated by imports. Such contradictions in data in both physical and monetary terms can be explained by the low cost of Ukrainian exports. The average price of 1 litre of exported Ukrainian wine in 2018 is 3.5 times lower than the cost of 1 litre of imported one. The geographic structure of demand for Ukrainian wines varies: the share of CIS countries and Europe is decreasing and the share of Asian countries is increasing. The largest buyers of Ukrainian wine are: Russian Federation, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and China. The geography of the import of grape wines has the opposite structure: a significant proportion is being taken by the European countries, the smallest – by the “new wine regions”: America, Africa and Australia and Oceania.Conclusion. The analysis of the indicators of functioning of Ukrainian wine industry shows that at present, it can not claim the position of an influential player in the market. There is a significant natural and climatic potential, but there is a number of problems that hinder the development of foreign economic potential. These problems are: problems related to the political and legal environment; problems of production potential; problems of consumer potential; foreign trade problems; retail problems.

Tourism and volunteering: the search for understanding of the voluntourism ABSTRACT Over time, the tourism has distinguished itself as an important economic activity in the world, generating services, products, employment and income. However, as important as its economic potential, it is its social potential capable of transforming localities that show unbalances and limitations, what has been proposed by the volunteer tourism also known as voluntourism. Although it has been practiced abroad, this type of tourism is in an early stage in the country, which propitiates doubts and questions concerning the theme and the necessity to study it in order to understand it in its entirety. Thus, the reflection is done: What is volunteer tourism? What is the public profile that practices it? What are the differences between volunteer tourism and solidary tourism? What are the impacts on the communities visited? Based on these questions, the article aims to discuss about volunteer tourism showing its conceptual interfaces, problematic and the profile of the participants in order to contribute to the elucidation and the theoretical debate on the subject. Therefore, one sees the importance of the studies concerning volunteer tourism so that, from its understanding, positive results can be maximized and negative results can be minimized. Based on its character of a social transforming agent, one can infer that the volunteer tourism is more a way of doing tourism, contrary to mass tourism, than a segment itself. The article is interesting for specialists, both in economic and defense spheres. In the context of increasing tension in relations between the states, of the world there is an increase in their defense budgets and the increase in the number of new weapons and military equipment systems and their evolutionary development. Such a reaction of states is logical, since it is the build-up of military capabilities that will ensure the protection of national interests.  At the same time, the basis for the development of military might is the economy, which provides the opportunity to manufacture and procure weapons. It is the degree of economic development of the state that allows it to move scientific and technological progress and realize its results in all spheres of social activity, including the production of high-tech weapons. The article shows the relationship between such concepts as economic potential and military potential of the state, namely the impossibility of developing a military potential without the development of economic potential. Having carried out mathematical calculations on the basis of selected indicators of potentials, the military-economic potentials of some advanced states of the world, as well as some developing countries, were discovered. possibility of development of military potential without development of economic potential are shown. Such a comparative analysis allowed to partly assess the balance of power in the world and draw conclusions about understanding of the processes of interaction between states.
