The Role of Context in IS Research

There are many parents who still didn’t know about the development of school model for children with elementary school levels. This condition clarified by the lack of socialization from government relate with the role of model in elementary. Research design that is use in this research is correlative cross sectional analytical study. Analytical design is research design that testing the correlation between variables which aims to find a relationship of parental support and students achievement. The result of both variables tested by SPSS Rank Spearman. The population in this research is student’s family of MI Mambaul Ulum from 4-6 grade as many as 34 people. The result showed that sig 2 tailed is 0,001 < 0,05 so the hypothesis is accepted. It means that there is a correlation between parental support with students achievement at Mambaul Ulum boarding school Tlonto Raja Pasean sub-district, Pamekasan regency. The improving of children’s achievement can increase prosperity in future, children are the next generation who will carry out the interests of nation especially for their area where their live. This research is purpose to know the role of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan in overcome fictitious investment in Bengkulu city and To know the efforts of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan to protect the consumers that take fictitious investment in Bengkulu city. This research uses empirical approach, that is research in the place by using interviews to get answers about the role of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan to overcome fictitious investment in Bengkulu city and the efforts of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan to protect consumers that has done fictitious investment in Bengkulu City. This research uses two types of data,that is primary data and secondary data. Then, its data to be analyzed in a research report that is qualitative descriptive. The results of the research is the role of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan to overcome fictitious investment in Bengkulu City that is preventive and repressive efforts. The preventive efforts for example to socializing and educating people to alert investment and coordinating with law enforcers and other regulators. The repressive efforts, for example set up an Alert Investment task force in every area. Then the efforts of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan to protect consumers that have fictitious investment in Bengkulu City is regulated in POJK Number 1 / POJK.07 / 2013 about Perlindungan Konsumen Sektor Jasa Keuangan

The purpose of this study was to see the traditional cublak-cublak suweng game from D.I Yogyakarta, and the order for the character of responsibility for students. Knowing the method of implementing the cublak-cublek suweng game that can shape the character of responsibility for students. This research method is research research. The research subjects were research articles and web that discussed the cublak-cublak suweng game that could be accounted for for its authenticity and correctness. The scope of this research includes elementary school teachers, elementary school children, and the surrounding community who are familiar with this game, as well as the role of the government in preserving the cublak-cublak suweng game and applying it to elementary schools at this time.This research was conducted to explain whether the cublak-cublak suweng game in the present era can give pleasure after being played and the impact that occurs after being played 1) Introduction to what cublak-cublak suweng is and how to play it. 2) Implementation of the cublak-cublek suweng model that can develop the character of responsibility for students, 3) The effectiveness of the cublak-cublak suweng game in shaping the character of responsibility for students. 4) what are the effects if you continue to drink it again and again.

In this chapter, the role of the researcher in new information infrastructure research is explored. The key ideas informing this chapter are drawn from a critical reflection on trends in information systems (IS) research and the need for a more pragmatic approach (Constantinides et al., 2012). The focus is on developing a better understanding of the consequences of research choices by drawing on the notion of phronesis – the reflective development of prudent knowledge that is continuously shaped by and imbued with situated values and interests (Flyvberg, 2001). Specifically, it is argued that, IS researchers must recognize that research involves not just choices about how to conduct a study (i.e. theoretical and methodological choices), but also about why we study what we study and who is affected by our work (i.e. the desirable outcomes and long-term impact of research).

AbstractDespite the overwhelming evidence to the contrary, popular perceptions in the United States, especially among political elites, continue to believe that religious Muslims oppose American democratic traditions and values. While many studies find positive relationships between mosque attendance and civic participation among U.S. Muslims, an empirical and theoretical puzzle continues to exist. What is missing is research that examines the relationships between the multi-dimensional concept of religiosity and how this is associated with public opinion and attitudes towards the American political system among Muslim Americans. Using a unique national survey of Muslim Americans, we find a positive relationship between religious beliefs, behavior, and belonging and perceptions of compatibility with American democratic traditions. Quite simply, the most religious are the most likely to believe in political integration in the United States.

Первичная открытоугольная глаукома (ПОУГ) - это хроническое заболевание глаз, сопровождающееся повышением внутриглазного давления и характерными изменениями поля зрения. Мужской пол является фактором риска развития глаукомы. Целью исследования явилось изучение роли трехлокусных моделей с участием 8 полиморфных локусов генов матриксных металлопротеиназ (rs679620 ММР3, rs1799750 ММР1, rs2250889, rs3918249, rs17576, rs3918249, rs3787268 и rs17577 ММР9) в формировании ПОУГ у мужчин. Нами выявлено 7 трехлокусных моделей SNP×SNP взаимодействий, определяющих подверженность к развитию ПОУГ у мужчин. Primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) is a chronic eye disease accompanied by an increase in intraocular pressure and specific changes in the visual field. Male gender is a risk factor for glaucoma. The aim of the study is research the role of three-locus models with the participation of 8 polymorphic loci of the matrix metalloproteinases genes (rs679620 MMP3, rs1799750 MMP1, rs2250889, rs3918249, rs17576, rs3918889 and rs17577 MMP9) in the POAG formation among men. We have identified 7 three-locus models of SNP × SNP interactions that determine susceptibility to the development of POAG in men.

This study aims to describe the pronoun of Dayak Benuaq language charm and its use in the community in Kecamatan Muara Lawa. In addition, this research is also a step to preserve one of Indonesia’s wealth of language, especially the Dayak language Benuaq. It is hoped that this research can explore and explore local wisdom values in the Dayak Benuaq community. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative research, that is research based on existing fact or phenomenon that empirically use Dayak Benuaq language. The technique of provision of data used is the technique of fishing rod, technique, skillful technique of advance, technological skill tansemuka, record recording technique. In the analysis of data used the method of agih or distributional, that is analyzing the language system or the whole rules that are set in the language based on the behavior or the characteristics of grammar on certain lingual units The results showed that the pronoun persona of the Dayak Benuaq language consists of three self-referential pronouns (1) the first single pronoun and the first plural pronoun consisting of ap, aqq, aweq, kaiq, and takaq, referring to the person to whom; (2) the pronouns of the second person singular and the pronouns of the second plural person consisting of aweq, ko, and ka, and referring to the person in question; (3) The third singular pronoun Persona and the third plural pronoun consisting of uhak, ongan, mali, and ulutn. The use of pronoun persona in Dayak Benuaq language is in accordance with the role of social factors (age, social status, and familiarity) on the use of pronouns persona, the use of pronouns persona in Dayak language Benuaq is adapted to the circumstances in communication, ie in terms of age, respected person or people who have a relationship of intimacy or kinship.

COVID-19 is a pandemic that has spread in various countries. The health care system in hospitals is burdened with widespread infections and health problems. In addition, educational aspects, especially obstetrics and gynecology education, have problems in clinical practice. This study reviews the role of the learning media in supporting the competence of resident doctors in specialist education for obstetrics and gynecology. Narrative review is done by reviewing some literature that explores the use of media in supporting medical education competencies. The search was performed using MeSH keywords in the PubMed, Google Scholar and ScienceDirect databases. The literature used is research conducted in the last 5 years. The collected data is then arranged in a narrative manner. The challenges experienced in medical resident education, especially the focus on obstetrics and gynecology during the COVID-19 pandemic, have become a consideration for the need for innovative media so that learning can run as usual. All aspects need to ensure quality education for resident doctors because they will continue to provide health services in the future. Internal auditing serves help management in detection and prevention his that happens at an organization in the implementation of the good corporate governance. Principies of good corporate governance is an indicator the achievement of the balance interests, so the clash interests that occurs could focus and controlled and not result in losses to each party. According to previous studies, fraud led to the collapse of the world class companies. This is because inactive of mechanism good corporate governance. The -role of the auditors internal in an effort to detection and prevention his has a strong enough. And the role of the auditors internal also has a very important in good corporate governance. Methods used in this research is research methodology explanatory research with quantitative survei aims to understand the influence of the role of the auditors internal (components expertise, the scope of the work, the approach) that was undertaken auditor internal in order to detection and prevention his with the implementation of the good corporate governance on a 50 respondents is the company open a listing on the Bursa Efek Indonesia through the distribution of the questionnaire. The result has been concluded, the expertise, the scope of the work, the approach that was undertaken internal audit influential indirectly on the ,corporate governance through the intervening the detect and prevent offraud. For the company public, should be channeled to detect cheating through prevention, prevent is the root cause problems cheating that the creation of principles of good corporate governance in the company.
