1t is encouraging that many Christians are now familiar with the notion of Worldview. This means that they readily recognize that it is not possible to understand or assess the social changes that take place without asking fundamental questions about the basic beliefs of a culture. For, even when it is unconscious of the process, every culture is an outworking of some response to deeply religious questions of life and meaning. Questions about God, reality, human personhood, time, history, evil and salvation underly the way of life in every society, whether we focus on its sexual morality, its family values, its legal and political structures or its economic and trading practices. So it makes sense to assume that changes in societal practices reflect more than simply changes in technology or economics. They reflect changes in worldview.

The family is an integral part of society. More precisely, the family can be called the primary social group. We know that the family is a key component of the social structure of any society, performs various social functions and plays a key role in the development of society. As the society developed socio-economically and culturally in the ups and downs of the historical process, the family developed along with it and gained new features. Let's look at some definitions of the family in modern encyclopedias and dictionaries: The family is a small group based on marriage or blood relationship. Its members are connected to each other by domestic unity, mutual moral responsibility and mutual assistance. The innovations of each stage of family development, the immediate development zone and the possible forms of fixation or regression in the family development are all given in separate stages of development. The highlighted stages not only reflect the social changes in the family, but also the changes in life goals, values and social roles of family members through their prism. Keywords: Development, psychology, problem, family, social, system, relationships, internal, roles

This article examines discursive constructions of the global in two rural communities, one in Australia and one in Japan. Based on an analysis of interviews with 195 Australians and Japanese, the article identifies a set of common themes and concerns associated with globalizing social changes in these two local contexts. Economics, immigration, and cultural change feature prominently in respondents’ discourses of the global. However, national and local conditions as well as the social locations of participants are shown to shape conceptions of the global in both communities.

The article proposes a study of the phenomenon of social orphanhood, the social caus-es of the spread of social orphans, as well as some of their features in residential insti-tutions. Social orphanhood is a rather alarming sign, which shows not only unhealthy processes in the socio-economic sphere, but also the growing rate of cultural and mor-al deficit in society, the distortion of the institution of the family, and the lack of atten-tion of the State to the problems of maintaining a family with children throughout the entire period of reform. In addition, attention is drawn to the origins of social orphan-hood, namely, the general civilization processes that take place in under the influence of the devaluation of family values, the predominance of personal-achievable and he-donistic motivations compared to parental ones – both from men and from women.

At present, the theory of values is undergoing its revival due to the new social, scientific and technical realities of reality, since the categories of peace, human life, and livelihood are beginning to play an increasing role in the content of the world perception, worldview of new generations. The hierarchy of values, as well as the place of family values in it, reflect the characteristics of time, living conditions and form the basis of a person's relationship with himself, with others, with the world as a whole. In the context of this issue, we are considering a set of measures aimed at introducing modern youth to fundamental family values, which can play a significant role in shaping their mental and physical health, as well as supporting the creation of their own family. Relevance is due to the fundamentality of the family question, its role is inscribed in many spheres of life, and is affected in the sciences related to psychology, such as sociology, psychology, pedagogy and philosophy. An example of this is that in many fields of related sciences, one way or another, the topic of the institution of the family, and family values as such, is touched upon. Family values are part of the healthy functioning of society. Family education gives us certain qualities that we use in adulthood, which significantly affects the whole life of society. Attention is drawn to the importance of the institution of the family for society, its connection with other spheres of life, such as work, circle of communication, self-realization, and others. The main emphasis in the designation of importance was on the social and spiritual spheres.

The Augustan laws criminalising adultery andstuprumand promoting marriage and childrearing not only intruded into the family lives of citizens (including freedpersons and their descendants) but also made marital probity central to moral and political discourse in the first century. This was true not only for imperial figures like Seneca and Musonius Rufus, but also for Jews and the earliest Christians. Considering Philo and Paul as interpreters of the sixth commandment (‘you shall not commit adultery’) illuminates the subtle but significant ways that the Roman matrix set the parameters within which they worked out their arguments. For Philo the ten commandments are heads or summaries of the legislation as whole; the sixth commandment (following the LXX) takes pride of place in the ‘second pentad’ because adultery is the greatest of injustices and is rooted in pleasure, the most fatal of passions. He reads the commandment expansively and through first-century constructions of sexuality. Comparison with Pseudo-Phocylides suggests that Philo did not originate these positions, but shares them with other first-century interpreters. Paul also is concerned with summarising the law; he cites the sixth commandment in Romans, where he grants it first place in the second pentad, and reads it as prohibiting all unions and acts that contravened good sexual mores. But for Paul, the sixth commandment is no longer a guide for the blind; it is never cited when he advises his communities on sexual morality. Instead it supports his argument for freedom from the law in Christ.
