Development of health and longevity of people is equally important as the economic and social development of the people in a country. Prosperity and productivity of a nation depend upon the quality of population which in turn is determined by the education and health status of the people. Technological advancement and scientific development indicate the development of education, but the health condition of the people is not up to the mark as we compare with the scientific advancement. It is a fact that most of the people are suffering from non-communicable diseases such as blood pressure, diabetes, cancer, kidney, lung and heart diseases. Most of the deaths are also take place due to non-communicable diseases. Therefore, the authors made an attempt to examine the health status of kallakinaru tribals at kodaikanal hills, Tamilnadu. It is vivid that most of the people in the village are suffering from many human ailments due to illiteracy and inadequate income.

Each state and people has its own set of internal and external threats and, accordingly, its own specifics of ensuring national and spiritual security. Ensuring national security is associated primarily with the preservation and development of national identity, reflecting the traditions of the life of society, its culture and history. The degradation and then the disappearance of national (or ethnic) self-awareness means, in fact, the spiritual death of the people - the bearer of this self-awareness. Therefore, everything that threatens the destruction of national self-consciousness, fraught with the danger of its dissolution in the self-consciousness of other peoples, is a threat to the spiritual security of the people. Among the obvious internal premises that ensure the national and spiritual security of our country, we should name the unification of the people to solve national tasks of a spiritual and material order, the awareness of its representatives of their own interests and the manifestation of an organized will to protect them, optimized state institutions ready to ensure the protection of national interests, to guarantee stable and harmonious development of society, anticipating spiritual, cultural and scientific development, maintaining general stability in the state, establishing mutually beneficial business partnerships with all states of the world, but also taking into account a distant historical perspective, ensuring reliable protection of the sovereignty, integrity and security of your state.

Abstract Charles Lyell (1797–1875) was an important loess pioneer. His major contribution was to distribute information on the nature and existence of loess via his influential book ‘The Principles of Geology’. He was obviously impressed by loess when he encountered it; the initial encounter can be split into three phases: conversations about loess; confronting the actual material in the field; and reading about loess in the literature. Detail can be added to an important phase in the scientific development of the study of loess. Significant events include conversations with Hibbert in 1831, conversations and explorations with von Leonhard and Bronn in 1832, the opportunity to include a section on loess in vol. 3 of ‘Principles’ for publication in 1833, a substantial Rhineland excursion in 1833, the reporting of the results of this excursion in 1834, discussions at the German Association for the Advancement of Science meeting in Bonn in 1835. Of all the people encountered perhaps H.G. Bronn was the most significant. Lyell eventually listed eleven people as relevant to the loess writings: Bronn, von Leonhard, Boue, Voltz, Steininger, Merian, Rozet, Hibbert, Noeggerath, von Meyer, Horner – of these Bronn, von Leonhard, Hibbert and Horner appear to have been the most significant, viewed from 2015.

Around the world, almost all countries have sought to stop the spread of the 2019 novel coronavirus (Covid-19) by lockdown and quarantine protocols, implemented from local to the national scale. For every scientific development and policy implementation which comprehensively connects this pandemic, the event is not very sound about the extensive socio-economic impact ushered with this disaster. In this paper, using a combined qualitative-quantitative approach, Q method, we have tried to assess the peoples’ discernment from different perspectives. This work was done through questionnaire survey method, during the national level lockdown 1.0 in India. We have differentiated the perception of youth respondents into 7 factors taking 6 dimensions on Covid-19 pandemic (viz. science, society, environment, economy, politics and religion). This work yielded a firsthand ground level insight on the comprehensive but diverse responses from the youths and their opinion for Covid-19 pandemic in India. We are hopeful that this work might open new avenues to understand the people-Covid-19 connection, both for future research and policy implementation.

___Abstract: The earth is an ancient building material. The article is devoted to the 250th anniversary of the Ukrainian rebellion, known as the «Koliivshchyna». The most significant burst of this uprising took place in the late 60’s of the XVIII century. The reason for the dissatisfaction of the people was the merciless exploitation of the Ukrainian peasantry by the Polish invaders. The Polish exploitation was carried out on the basis of social origin, nationality and religious confession. The most significant events connected with the above rebellion took place in Uman and its surroundings in 1768. The fight of the rebels was tough and bloody, obviously this particular feature of the rebellion called «Koliivshchyna» (from the word «koloty» – to thrust). The author of the article notes that for 250 years, separating us from the apogee of the rebellion, the accumulation of primary historical materials had to be completed, on the basis of which historians would have to determine the way of interpretation and to conduct a moral and legal evaluation of the events associated with the uprising. But we must admit that this is not the case. The reasons for this situation are sought by the author in an inadequate application of the Western historians’ achievements. The author takes into account the spirit of the uncertainty of positions in the way of treating the events associated with the rebellion in many publications of contemporary media, and this gives the right to conclude that there exists a problem of unity in the way of interpreting the purpose of the uprising and the actions of the rebels. The author sees the reason for this situation in the fact that Ukrainian historical experts in the historical studies of the above mentioned events connected with the «Koliivshchyna» rebellion, do not sufficiently apply the intellectual achievements of the historic school «New Historians», well known in the West (this school is also called the «Annales» school, the founders the schools are Mark Bloch and Lucien Febvre). The researchers also ignore the contemporary critique of the paradigms of Leopold von Ranke «Objectivist School». The achievements of famous Western epistemologists, such as Allan Megill, also fail to achieve optimum effect. The author points out the advantages of the «New Historians» School in constructing the results of historical research, but, on the background of the advantages and achievements of Western historians, the author of the proposed article proves the benefits of studies of Ukrainian historians. The widespread use in Western historical research the works of the New Historians School supporters has had a significant positive impact on the development of the historical science of these countries. The application of the scientific development of the supporters of this school (the school «New Historians» arose in 1929) was the reason for a qualitative step in the process of historical research in the West. In Ukraine, the widespread use in studies related to historical science subjects such as oral history, history of concepts, bottom history, visual history and many other related subjects of great popularity have not yet gained popularity, although some successes can already be seen.In the article the author provides the achievements of Ukrainian historian, professor Vasyl Shevchuk, which he gained during the study of the history of Ukrainian statehood, as an example of the successful development of the latest approaches to the study of Ukrainian history. V. Shevchuk in the early 90’s of the twentieth century became the founder of the definition of the statehood characteristics, which become apparent after the first victories of the rebels. According to V. Shevchuk, there are eight such characteristics. The process of acquiring statehood characteristics during the uprising usually occurs in the process of achievement by the rebels the success in the fight against the oppressors. So, the expansion of the tools of the study of the Ukrainian history related to historical subjects, such as that introduced by the school «New Historians», will definitely expand the possibilities for interpreting the events that took place during the uprising in 1768. At the very least, the use of the latest methods of studying the history of Ukraine gives such an opportunity to the researcher.New methods of studying the history of Ukraine, successfully used by the Ukrainian historians, will surely lead to an understanding and tolerant attitude to the fact that the history of Ukraine will not be perceived by Ukrainian in the same way as by a Pole or Russian, or anyone else with a distinct national identity. National systems of traditions, customs, peculiarities of the mentality and many other factors are the obstacle that will never let the Pope and the German or the Pole and Ukrainian perceive the truth of the story with the same emotions. The text of the article proved the existence of a problem of interpretation of the purpose and issues of the «Koliivshchyna» rebellion. The solution to this problem will take place in any case. To do this, you only need to perceive historical events with a sense of mutual respect and avoid single-ended estimates and uncompromising attitude.

The purpose of the study is to find ways of overcoming the etatistician legal tradition of regulating human rights in Ukraine in relation to the rights of the nation and the people. The contradictions between the articles of the Constitution of Ukraine on a person and his rights with his articles on restriction of human rights are revealed; between articles about the Ukrainian people and articles about the nation and national interests. The causal relationship between the positivist understanding of law as established and regulated by the state and the practice of legal regulation of human rights, the nation and the people as subjective objects, and not the natural subjects of civil society and the state - theirs, is investigated. servant. Alternative legal regulation based on the dialectic of the individual (person), special (nation), general (people) with the defining role of the people in the law, which includes not only legislation, but also norms of morality, customs, traditions, treaties, is argued. The ideological extremes of legal regulation are criticized: the hypertrophy of anthropocentrism and the sovereignty of the people. The key importance of the elimination of poverty of the people and the creation of a majority of middle-class middle-class majority for the achievement of the main goal of legal regulation of human rights, nation and people – to ensure their freedom is substantiated. As a result of the study, conclusions are drawn: on the advisability of adopting an official legal doctrine in Ukraine on the basis of modern European law of understanding as a source of law; on scientific development of subjects of non-state legal regulation; on amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine regarding the relation between the concepts of nations and peoples and the possibility of limiting a person not in rights, but in their implementation; on the criteria for the equitable legal regulation of mutual human rights, the nation and the people: its fullest endorsement by the majority of these entities as equal in their rights on the basis of the widest consensus between them throughout Ukraine and its individual regions and a steady tendency to increase the middle class in composition people.
