The article presents results of studies of the effectiveness of the organomineral feed additives from natural raw materials using in the raising young cattle in the conditions of Yakutia. The research was carried out on cattle, which were divided into three equal groups. The selection of animals was carried out taking into account the method of analogs, where such parameters as age, live weight, clinical indicators were taken into account. In accordance with the research program, cattle from two experimental groups consumed experimental feed additives, while animals from the control group were solely given the basic ration. The inclusion of organomineral feed additives into the ration of gobies made it possible to increase the live weight at the end of rearing by 3.3% and 5.47%. These changes are best expressed in growth rate over periods. In the experimental groups the growth rate indicators improved in the 9-12-month-old period by 2.42% and 3.23%, at the 12-15 months of age by 0.57% and 0.85%, and at 15-18 months of age by 16.01% and 24.47%. Thus, the use of organomineral feed additives from natural raw materials in feeding of young cattle in Yakutia it possible to improve the efficiency of their rearing.

Abstract The paper presents the results of fattening young cattle in the conditions of Yakutia with the use of complex feed additives from local natural raw materials in their diets. One of the ways to increase the meat productivity of livestock is to optimize feeding by inserting complex feed additives into their diets. Therefore, studies were conducted to determine the effectiveness of complex feed additives in the fattening of young cattle in the conditions of Yakutia. At the beginning of the experiment, the live weight of the animals in the groups did not differ much, but starting from the age of 12 months, the superiority of the animals from the experimental groups is noted. In the period of 12-15 months of age, the animals from the experimental groups exceeded the growth rate of the control group by 6.70% and 4.76%. In the period of 15-18 months old, the animals of the control group were inferior to the experimental groups by 28.31% and 16.54%. On average, the animals of the experimental groups grew more intensively in comparison with the control group by 12.73% and 8.66 %. Analysis of animal slaughter data showed that the experimental groups were superior to the control group in a number of indicators, such as the mass of the steam carcass by 8.04% and 4.43 %, the mass of visceral fat by 18.59% and 7.39%. The organoleptic evaluation of meat products also confirmed the superiority of the experimental groups over the control group. Thus, the use of complex feed additives in the feeding of young cattle on fattening showed its effectiveness.

Increasing the production of pork meat requires careful work not only in terms of breeding, but also in the organization of complete feeding of animals, the correct selection of feed and feed additives containing the necessary nutrients. The purpose of the work was to analyze the use of premix in feeding young pigs on fattening. Two groups of fattening young pigs (Large White×Landrace) have been selected for the researches using the method of analogous groups, taking into account the breed, age, and live weight per 20 heads in each group with a live weight of 35 kg. Pigs of the control group have received the main economic diet, and animals of the experimental group have received an additional premix Khutorok at the rate of 10 g of premix per 1 kg of feed. The results have shown that the best age to reach 100 kg was in the experimental group of pigs – 215,8 days, which received premix with feed that characterizes their higher precocity by 36,3 days (P < 0,001) than in the control group of animals. The use of this premix had a positive impact on the livability of young animals, in the experimental group it was by 9,3 abs.% more than in the control group of animals. Thus, the best fattening traits have been possessed by young pigl of the experimental group have been received the premix Khutorok in their diet at the rate of 10 g of premix per 1 kg of feed. The obtained data indicate the feasibility of using the premix Khutorok in the feeding pigs for fattening.

The task of increasing the economic efficiency of feeding cattle, obtaining healthy animals with high productivity can be solved by introducing a biologically active supplement in the diet. The technology of feeding young cattle with the use of domestic feed additive based on microelements in the form of hydroxides of polymaltose and chelate complexes is studied. The composition of the additive includes copper, cobalt, selenium, iodine, manganese in the form of amino acids, zinc in the chelate form of gluconate as well as a gluten hydrolysate. Two groups of calves of 15 goals were formed in accordance with the requirements for the selection of analogues experimental and control ones. Dietary supplement (1 ml/kg of live weight) was introduced into milk of the experimental group animals the amount of which was adjusted depending on changes in live weight. During the formation of the groups the live weight of the experimental calves was practically the same. But already at the age of one month the calves of the experimental group exceeded the control one by 1.5 kg by this indicator and at 2 months of age by 4.1 kg or 5.3. Animals in the experimental group were 13 less sick compared to control ones. In general during the research period experimental calves exceeded the control ones in terms of gross gain by 8.11.It was established that the technology of feeding young cattle based on optimization of diets with the use of domestic feed additives with high biological properties made from inexpensive types of raw materials made it possible to ensure high growth rate of calves.

Aim. Study of the influence of new feed additives on the formation of productivity and quality characteristics in the production of various types of raw materials of animal origin. Material and Methods. Zootechnical, biochemical and mathematical methods of analysis were used in the course of research. The obtained digital material was processed using method of variation statistics, considering the Student-t validation criteria, using the Microsoft Excel software package. Results. As a result of the research, the effectiveness of the use of new feed additives "CoreMix" and "Vitazar" in fattening Kalmyk young bulls has been proved. Over the period of the experiment, the absolute increase in live weight of animals of the I and II experimental groups, who received the tested feed additives, exceeded the control by 8.9 and 18.5 kg, while the feed consumption per 1 kg of the increase in live weight decreased by 0.4 and 0.7 EKE, profit from sales per head was higher by 696 and 1,690 rubles, and the level of profitability increased by 3.1 and 8.2%. The study of the regularities of the formation of beef obtained from young bulls of the Aberdeen Angus breed, when using the new probiotic supplement "Rodafen" in their diets, showed that at the end of feeding, at the age of 18 months, the pre-slaughter body weight in the control group was 463.9 ± 3.29 kg, whereas in the experimental groups that received the test supplement in different doses, this indicator was significantly higher by 3.7%, 4.7% and 3.9%, respectively. For the purposeful in vivo formation of optimal quality indicators of beef obtained from young bulls of the Kazakh white-headed breed, the efficiency of using extruded feed from insects of the Locusta migratoria (ELM) species has been proven. More heavy carcasses were obtained from the young bulls of the experimental group in comparison with their peers from the control group: the superiority in terms of pre-slaughter live weight was 5.8 kg, or 1.41% (P <0.05), in terms of the weight of a fresh carcass – 5.6 kg, or 2.75% (P<0.05). In terms of slaughter weight, the young bulls of the experimental group exceeded the control by 5.4 kg, or 2.53% (P <0.05). In order to increase the energy of growth and meat productivity of the Simmental young bulls, the expediency of using new feed additives "Valopro" and "Ruprokol" has been proved. The introduction of these feed additives into the diet during the rearing period made it possible to obtain a live weight of 439 kg, one kilogram of which contains 403 g of muscle tissue and 429 g of edible parts of the carcass, which is 5-9% higher than in the control. It has been experimentally proven that when fattening large white pigs up to 100 and 120 kg of live weight, it is necessary to maintain the amino acid content at an optimal level by introducing synthetic amino acids, which provides an increase in live weight gain and a decrease in the age of fattening. For the purpose of the intravital formation of high-quality mutton obtained from the Edilbaev breed of rams in the arid Trans-Volga region, the expediency of using a new feed additive containing organic iodine, selenium and silicon in the diets of young sheep has been proven. To improve the quality of rabbit meat, the expediency of using new feed additives based on antioxidants and organic acids has been proven. Conclusion. The expediency of using new feed additives in the production of beef, pork, lamb and rabbit meat has been proven. The use of the proposed feed additives had a positive effect on the feed intake and digestibility of feed, the formation of optimal quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the raw materials obtained, and an increase in the profitability of production.

The article is devoted to preventive measures to eliminate the problem of dysmicroelementosis in order to increase the productivity of young sheep. The article presents the results of studies of the influence of feeding rations on the growth and development of young sheep of the Edilbaev breed, on the level of their meat productivity and the qualitative characteristics of biologically fortified lamb. Feed additives based on Yoddar-Zn and DAFS-25 were added to the main ration of lambs at the age of four months, once a day, being added into a fodder mixture with concentrates. For the experiment the herd of lambs was divided to four groups of 25 heads each. The changes in live weight at the age of four, five, six and seven months were analyzed, and it was found that at the age of seven months, the absolute average weight gain in the experimental groups varied from 3.45 kg to 4.49 kg, in the control group it was 3.1 kg, while the largest live weight gain was recorded in group III which received both feed additives based on Yoddar-Zn and DAFS-25.There were no significant differences in the parameters of body measurements, with the exception of group III, where the chest circumference increased by 7.2%, and the height of a lamb at the withers increased in average by 8.1%. It was found that group III had the highest meat density coefficient, equal to 3.9, and the cross-sectional area of m. Longissimus dorsi was equal to 13.61 cm2. It was noted that the amount of free amino acids of the lamb group III is 18.8% higher than the meat of the control group. The lamb obtained from the animals of the experimental groups showed a higher protein content and less fat. The ratio of water to protein in all samples was slightly higher than 3.7, which corresponds to the Federa number for meat raw materials. Enriching the rations of the Edilbaevskoy sheep with feed additives Yoddar-Zn and DAFS-25 promotes the stimulation of growth and development of animals, increases the productivity and nutritional value of lamb.

Abstract The paper presents the results of a study to determine the effectiveness of complex feed additives in the fattening of culled cattle in the conditions of Yakutia. To conduct the experiment, 3 groups of culled cattle were formed. The use of complex feed additives from local natural raw materials in the feeding of culled cattle on fattening allowed increasing the live weight by 1.58% and 0.26%. To determine the safety of experimental feed additives, the clinical parameters of the body of experimental animals were studied. It was found that there was no significant difference between the groups and all the indicators were within the normal range, which in turn proves the harmlessness of complex feed additives. At the end of the experiment, a control slaughter of experimental animals was carried out. When analyzing the data of animal slaughter, it was found that the experimental groups were superior to the control group in terms of parameters: the mass of the steam carcass by 5.53% and 3.61%, the mass of visceral fat by 9.39% and 1.77%, the slaughter mass by 6.07% and 3.87%, the slaughter yield by 2.76% and 2.06%. Next, the organoleptic evaluation of meat products was performed. According to the results of the evaluation of boiled meat, it was found that the experimental groups exceed the control group by 12.92% and 8.33%, and exceed the roasted meat by 11.87% and 8.19%. Thus, complex feed additives showed effectiveness in fattening culled cattle in the conditions of Yakutia.

Animals imported to Yakutia from other regions fall into feeding and housing conditions that differ from their usual agro-climatic conditions, which causes the problem of their adaptation. Yakutia is one of the areas where the feed of its own production has a lack of basic minerals, which affects the health and productivity of animals, which has an additional negative influence on the adaptation process of imported cattle. In order to replenish macro- and microelements in the body, it is necessary to introduce various local mineral feed additives, premixes, and use mineral salts into the ration. Under the conditions of Central Yakutia the influence of local mineral feed additives (zeolite of the Khonguruu Deposit in the Suntar district and sapropels of local lakes) containing macro- and microelements that increase the meat productivity of steers has been studied. As a result of the research the influence of local mineral feed additives on meat productivity and physiological condition of Hereford steers has been established. Influence of zeolite and sapropel in a complex with mineral salts on digestibility of nutrients of the ration and use of nitrogen, calcium and phosphorus by experimental animals has been defined. The influence of feed additives on the quality of meat products has been studied. The results have shown that the use of local mineral feed additives in the composition of ration of steers during the fattening period at a dose of 0,7 g zeolite per 1 kg of live weight of the animal and 200 g of sapropel in combination with 10 g of mineral salts contributed to the gain in live weight, carcass weight, carcass yield, yield of edible parts, and economic efficiency of fattening. For the entire period of the experiment the gain in live weight in groups was: in control group 2222,9 kg, in the 1st experimental group 2396,2 kg, in the 2nd experimental group 2471,1 kg. The total economic effect for the 1st experimental group for the period of experiment amounted to 44,3 thousand Rubles, for the 2nd experimental group 78,0 thousand Rubles or per 1 head/day 14,06 and 24,76 Rubles, respectively.

Mycotoxins have been formed in feed are secondary metabolites of fungi and are quite stable substances that have teratogenic, mutagenic and carcinogenic effects. An effective way to combat mycotoxins in feed is the use of feed additives that adsorb toxins, prevent their absorption in the gastrointestinal tract of the animal and are excreted from the body. The infl uence of coconut enterosorbent Shelltic Es on fattening and meat qualities of young pigs has been studied. It has been found in the process of fattening that the highest feed digestibility was in pigs of the experimental group, in the diet of which enterosorbent has been added. The results of studies of the chemical composition and technological properties of pork have been provided. The positive eff ect of enterosorbent on precocity, absolute average daily gain of live weight and reduction of feed expenditures per 1 kg of gain has been revealed. In pigs from the experimental group the average thickness of the fat was higher and the area of the “muscle eye” was lower compared with animals of the control group, which indicates that higher rates of carcass yield have been obtained due to faster accumulation of fat tissue. The weight of internal organs of pigs indicates the intensity of metabolic processes in the body. In experimental animals the weight of the lungs was 0,1 kg lower, and the liver and heart were higher by 0,13 and 0,01 kg, respectively. Enterosorbent had no effect on the content of vitamins in the liver of pigs of the compared groups. The content of impurities of organochlorine toxicants and toxic elements in the meat and liver of animals of the experimental group was lower than that of control analogues. Therefore, the use of enterosorbent Shelltic Es promotes more active excretion of them from the body.

The experiment has been carried out in the conditions of LLC “PF Barabinskoe” in the Dalmatovsky area in the Kurgan region where 3 groups of lactating cows of Black-and-White breed have been formed. Animals in the control group have been received the ration adopted in the farm, the 1st experimental group with the additive RusMA No. 1 at a dose of 150 g, the 2nd experimental group– with the additive RusMA No. 2 at the dose of 350 g. The use of experimental mineral additives in feeding lactating cows allowed us to increase their milk productivity and profi tability of production. At the same time, the best eff ectiveness was shown by the additive RusMA No. 2 at the dose of 350 g/head/day. The use of RusMA additives during the experiment period (105 days) allowed to increase the milk productivity of cows in the 1st experimental group by 6,03 % and in the 2nd experimental group by 8,24 %. Taking into account the fat content in milk, this diff erence was 6,31 and 8,53 %, respectively. The energy value of milk from cows of the experimental groups was higher compared to the control group by 2,45 and 1,76 %, respectively. According to the content of dry matter in milk, cows of the 2nd experimental group exceeded the control and 1st experimental group by 0,39 and 0,12 abs.%, respectively. The maximum milk fat content has been observed in the milk of cows of the 1st experimental group by 0,03 and 0,01 abs.% more than in the control and 2nd experimental groups, respectively. In terms of protein content, the cows of the 2nd experimental group signifi cantly exceeded the control group by 0,10 abs.% and the 1st experimental by 0,04 abs.%. The content of milk sugar in the 2nd experimental group was higher than in the control by 0,30 abs.% and compared to the 1st experimental by 0,11 %. Signifi cantly more calcium and phosphorus were contained in the milk of cows of the 2nd experimental group by 4,58 % (Р ≤ 0,001) and 2,86 % (Р ≤ 0,05), compared with the control group. The expenditures of feed in the EFU for the production of 1 kg of milk in animals of the 2nd experimental group was less by 5,13 % than in control cows and by 2,63 % compared to the 1st experimental group. The prime cost of 1 centner of milk was lower in the 2nd experimental group by 3,94 %, in the 1st experimental group by 2,65 % compared to the control group. The level of profi tability of milk production in the 2nd experimental group was higher by 9,0 and 1,0 abs.% in comparison with the control and 1st experimental groups, respectively.

The experiment aimed to examine the impacts of an increased growth rate of ewes between three and seven months of age on udder development using ultrasound and to establish whether ultrasonography could be used to identify ewe mammary structures that may be indirect indicators of singleton growth to weaning. Udder dimensions, depths of gland cistern (GC), parenchyma (PAR) and fat pad (FP) were measured in late pregnancy (P107), early lactation (L29), and at weaning (L100) in 59 single-bearing yearling ewes selected from two treatments. The ‘heavy’ group (n = 31) was preferentially fed prior to breeding achieving an average breeding live-weight of 47.9 ± 0.38 kg at seven months of age. The ‘control’ group (n = 28) had an average breeding live-weight of 44.9 ± 0.49 kg. Udder dimensions, GC, PAR and FP did not differ between treatments. Lamb growth to L100 was positively associated (p < 0.05) with PAR at P107 and GC at L29. There was no evidence of negative effects of the live-weight gain treatments on udder development of yearling ewes as measured by ultrasonography. The results suggest that this ultrasound method has the potential to identify pregnant yearling ewes which would wean heavier singletons.
