Evolution of the education system in the health and safety area in interaction with regularities and tendencies of society progress has been considered in this paper. It has been demonstrated that the study of Health and Safety Training Course, which is included in all bachelor degree’s educational programs, promotes the formation of students’ knowledge about regularities related to occurrence and development of hazards, as well as about emergencies and their possible impact on human beings’ lives and health, formation of skills which are necessary for future practical activities related to hazard prevention, emergency recovery, people and environment protection. Distance learning technologies’ evolution features in modern conditions have been analyzed. The distance learning organization through various forms of studies has been considered. Distance learning benefits have been listed. The main attention in the paper has been paid to the organization of educational-methodological and technological support for educational process on the basis of distance educational technologies for the Health and Safety Training Course. Educational products, as well as teaching and learning aids, which distance learning should include, have been considered. The special focus in the paper has been on Health and Safety Training Course teaching through distance learning technologies, aimed at online teaching empowering through the optimal combination of integrated hardware and software. Features of practical trainings on a range of Health and Safety Training Course’s subject matters based on the use of interactive software technologies, which allow simulate a real situation, have been emphasized. Possibilities of virtual games (simulations) that help to enhance teaching and consolidate students’ knowledge and skills in virtual mode have been considered.

The Way

Due to the pandemic in the spring of 2020, all educational institutions in China had to organize distance learning. It was crucial to introduce effective teaching methods and to use distance learning technologies. The authors of the article described the way online education was organized during the quarantine semester on the example of teaching Practical Russian grammar at Jilin International Studies University (Changchun, China). The purpose of the research is to describe the three-step process of teaching Practical Russian grammar to foreign students and the way distance learning technologies were used. The teachers organized online classes on Practical Russian grammar using BOPPPS model for lesson planning (five teaching steps: B - bridge-in, O - objective, P - pre-assessment, P - participatory, P - post-assessment, S - summary). Lessons were based on this method and the educational process included three steps: 1) students used Xuexitong application to acquire primary knowledge before the lesson; 2) classroom work was organized through the Xuexitong and DingTalk applications - it was aimed at internalization and expansion of knowledge, the ultimate goal was to develop Russian grammar skills; 3) using Xuexitong and DingTalk applications after the classes, the students improved their grammar and communication skills. In addition, the authors of the article proposed the ways to improve the knowledge assessment system and the entire educational process based on the suggested online learning model. Results and scientific novelty are that a practice-oriented approach to language learning can be implemented on the basis of the proposed teaching method. Such an approach enables students to have constant access to a large number of educational resources and to be promptly informed of any changes, which meets learners individual needs and increases their motivation, self-learning abilities and self-organization. Apart from that, students learn better and improve their oral and written communication skills.

Research background: In connection with the pandemic situation in the world, higher education had to find a solution to fulfill its obligations and end the academic year. The transition to a digital educational format has allowed universities to fulfill their obligations to provide educational services in full. The article dwells on the main concepts, models and characteristic features of modern distance learning. The relevance of distance learning technologies is substantiated, with the emphasis on the specific organization of the educational process, due to those technologies. Purpose of the article: The aim of the authors was to investigate into the expansion of online learning functions as a tool of the educational process, as well as into the ways to preserve and increase student motivation to study in the situation of distance education. Methods: Methods are proposed for creating a virtual learning environment based on: resorting to the material from various Internet sources; giving online lectures and consultations; working out tests; using an integration model, a convertible interactive database and a complex approach with the application of multiple resources for passing on and consolidating knowledge, as well as for rating students’ academic performance. Findings & Value added: Distance learning is a modern reality, which, as an important part and complement to the traditional form of the learning process of a modern student, expands the possibilities of classical university education.

The article describes the processes of organizing and implementing distance learning at the Institute of Pedagogy, Psychology and Sociology of the Siberian Federal University in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The process of mastering the technology of electronic portfolio by bachelor students of the training direction “Pedagogical education”, the profile “Tutor” in the implementation of the discipline “E-portfolio in personal and professional development” is considered. The possibilities of using the means of distance educational technologies in the process of studying by students of the electronic training course “E-portfolio in personal and professional development” are presented. The methods of organizing classroom (practical) and independent work of students by the teacher in the implementation of this course using distance learning technologies are described. Examples of classes with a specific description of the stages, the distance technologies used, the actions of participants in the educational process — students and teachers; the results of students’ activities to perform part of the classroom and independent tasks of the electronic training course under consideration are presented. The results of students’ reflection on the course which was organized using the forum are presented in the article.

This article describes the features of the organization of the educational process in the information and educational environment. The paper substantiates the necessity for targeted work on the implementation of educational programs using e-learning, distance learning technologies, taking into account the functioning of the electronic information and educational environment. Various interpretations of the information and educational environment in the scientific literature are analyzed. The advantages of training with the use of information and communication technologies are presented. In particular, students ' responsibility for their learning process increases, which in turn has a positive effect on the effectiveness of self-education. Various formats of online teaching and the possibility of using distance learning technologies to motivate students to take an active part in the learning process are described. The article summarizes the experience of organizing online training, identifies the difficulties with organizing online training of students using webinar platforms, and describes possible solutions. Teachers primarily relate such difficulties to the limited technical capability of the Internet channel for mass use, the complexity of control by teachers, the loss of attention of students, etc. Modern technical features of many webinar platforms are described. The role of knowledge of psychological and didactic peculiarities of online teaching and the teacher’s competences in the information and educational environment are emphasized. The article describes the factors that determine the effectiveness of the educational process in the information and educational environment.

The present article considers the results of implementing the distance learning technologies at Vinnytsia National Pirogov Memorial Medical University in the process of mastering the discipline "Internal Medicine". Today, the amount of information that is so necessary for obtaining, understanding and mastering knowledge is growing rapidly. Given the current pace of development of education, today it is quite important to find innovative forms of quality organization of the educational process. This led to the introduction of information technology in education and the formation of a separate type of learning - distance learning. Now in Ukraine, distance learning is widely developing at all levels of education, this makes it possible to individualize the process of acquiring knowledge, abilities, skills and methods of human cognitive activity, which occurs mainly through the indirect interaction of participants in the educational process distant from each other in a specialized environment, functioning based on modern information and communication technologies.

The article substantiates the organization of the educational process of physical education of students of higher education institutions in the conditions of quarantine restrictions. The need for urgent adaptation of the process of physical education to the new challenges that accompany the "quarantine" training, requires solving the problems of pedagogical, methodological and organizational content of the educational process of higher education. The purpose of the study is to identify the main aspects of the organization of the educational process of physical education of students by means of remote technologies. The research is based on the use of a set of general scientific theoretical methods: analysis, synthesis, systematization, generalization. The views of researchers on this issue, set out in the latest scientific literature. The didactic potential of distance learning technologies in the formation of information educational environment of physical education of students is determined. It is established that the transition from traditionally used to multidimensional distance learning expands the use of vector information technology, opens new prospects for the development of physical education of students in higher education. The factors of organization of the educational process in the conditions of distance learning are singled out and ranked. The influence of the latter is multi-vector, which necessitates timely detection and prompt response to them to avoid them if possible. Among the advantages of organizing the educational process of physical education of students by means of distance technologies: the possibility of using leading educational technologies; increasing the efficiency of the educational process by intensifying the process of cognition and interpersonal interactive communication; development of a conscious and motivated approach to classes; the possibility of diversifying the educational process; increasing the efficiency of students' independent work; realization of the educational function of physical culture; development of the need for self-education through the mobility of knowledge and ideas; expanding and updating the role of the teacher, who must coordinate the process of physical development and improvement of students. It is proved that the introduction of new pedagogical technologies of distance learning will change the paradigm of physical education and creates the conditions for the most effective implementation of the opportunities inherent in such forms of physical education.

This work is devoted to the analysis of the digital tools that a modern teacher should possess to implement the educational process using distance learning technologies. Based on the conducted research, the main competencies that a teacher should have to conduct professional activities from the point of view of students were established. Digital tools are urgently needed to implement these competencies. In this paper, we will show our view on the algorithm for using digital tools in the educational process. A teacher should have a wide arsenal of digital tools: be able to use office programs, be able to search, to select, to analyze and to interpret information. To be able to create a teacher’s website, record digital audio and video content, to be able to place it for easy access for students, and, of course, be able to use the University’s learning management system.

Today higher educational institutions should prepare a specialist, who is able to work successfully in globalized market conditions. Accent is made stronger on universal preparation of graduate student and his adaptation to jobs market, as well as on personal orientation of educational process and its informatization. The article considers a concept of distance learning technologies and their support systems. Designed system of distance learning for IT-specialists preparation based on a platform Moodle is a result of the study. The system ensures hierarchic organization of learning courses thanks to using an interactive multimedia clips in Adobe Flash format. As well as there is a possibility to organize various forms of learning and knowledge control.

Подчеркивается необходимость своевременного вычленения и качественного анализа проблем дистанционного обучения, учета предпочтений и интересов обучающихся и преподавателей вуза, консолидации их усилий по преодолению трудностей и решению проблем, связанных с объективными и субъективными ситуациями, особенностями использования технологий дистанционного обучения при организации образовательного процесса в университете. И. А. Бунина. The article describes the need for timely identification and qualitative analysis of the problems of distance learning, taking into account the preferences and interests of students and university teachers, consolidating their efforts to overcome difficulties and solve problems related to objective and subjective situations, the peculiarities of using distance learning technologies in the organization of the educational process at the university. In the current situation, burdened by the spread of a new coronavirus acute respiratory infection, which is caused by the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 (2019-nCoV), the world education system (including higher education) is forced to turn to distance learning technologies. These technologies allow you to work remotely, maintaining the necessary distance, protecting the health of people (both students, teachers, and employees of higher educational institutions), excluding their close interaction during training, scientific research, in the admission campaign, in extracurricular work, etc. The authors describe the features of using the remote form of organizing training at the university so that it contributes to the maximum saving of students ‘ health, has a positive effect on their physical and mental state; minimizes the viral load in a difficult epidemiological situation; increases and develops digital literacy of students; “opens” new opportunities for remote work for the teaching staff. The article provides the data obtained in the study (survey) of the impact of the use of distance learning technologies on the health of the full-time and part-time students of the 1st – 5th year of studies of the area of training 44.03.05 Pedagogical education (with two training profiles) of the Institute of Psychology and Pedagogy Bunin Yelets State University.

The use of modern information technologies, including distance learning, significantly strengthened the traditional approaches to the educational process in higher education institutions. On the one hand, the reason for this is the rapid development of information and communication technologies, and as a consequence, appearance of new modern pedagogical approaches to conducting lectures, practical and laboratory trainings. On the other hand, students also have changed. Under present conditions, they have a number of personal qualities that were not inherent to pupils and students of previous years. The article argues the use of distance learning technologies and the possibilities of modern specialists trained in educational measurements in the field of distance learning.
