The article considers some psychological, pedagogical and technical aspects of the introduction of distance learning. It is emphasized that the main purpose of creating a system of distance education is to ensure free access to educational resources through the use of modern information technologies and social networks and to create conditions for citizens to exercise their rights to education. The main disadvantages of distance education are depersonalization, lack of proper motivation of participants in the educational process, loss of educational and socialization functions of education, hyperbolization of independent work, low level of control over the educational process.

In the concept of the Ukrainian education modernization new priorities have been identified. The leading aspect is the preparation of the younger generation for life in a rapidly changing information society, in the world where there is a constant need for new professions and continuous professional development. In the modern system of education there is a situation, when the established methods, techniques and forms of education require interpretation, correction and new pedagogical solutions. This is primarily due to the widespread introduction and wide use of information and communication technologies. The process of education informatization is quite complex and requires a rethinking of experience while implementing innovative information technologies analysis and evaluation of opportunities of their use in the learning process. That causes the necessity of a new level of studying the subjects in order to develop each student’s steady willingness and ability to learn independently-acquired knowledge, creative approach to the implementation of learning tasks. The use of new information technologies in teaching is one of the most important aspects of improving and optimizing the educational process, enriching the arsenal of methodological tools and techniques that allow diversifying the forms of work and making the learning process of a foreign language interesting and memorable for students. So a contemporary teacher should not only have knowledge in the field of new informational technologies. The purpose of the article is to investigate existing innovative SMART tools which English teachers can use as a part of their professional activity, disclose the essence of these instruments and benefits of using them in the teaching process. Using SMART tools in the process of teaching a foreign language reveals the enormous capabilities of the computer as an effective means of learning. SMART tools allow you to train different types of speech activity and combine them in different combinations, understand the language phenomena, contribute to the formation of linguistic abilities, create communicative situations, automate linguistic and speech actions, as well as ensure the implementation of an individual approach and the intensification of the independent work of students.

In the educational process, it is not the information technology itself that is important, but the extent to which its use serves to achieve the actual educational goals. The choice of means of communication should be determined by content, not technology. This means that the choice of technologies should be based on the study of the content of training courses, the degree of necessary activity of trainees, their involvement in the learning process, specific goals and expected learning outcomes. The result of training depends not on the type of communication and information technologies, but on the quality of the development and provision of courses.

The article discusses a number of problems manifested during the sudden forced transition of educational institutions to the use \pagebreak of exclusively distance learning technologies in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the specifics of these problems for the areas of higher education related to the use of information technologies. A feature of these fields is the preparedness of teachers and students to use modern information technologies, as well as the high motivation of students. Under the conditions of force majeure, when the necessary stage of designing distance learning and filling it with content was forcibly skipped, both general and specific problems in organizing the educational process arose. The article analyzes the results of surveys of teachers and students conducted by the authors, which made it possible to list these problems and identify their economic and organizational reasons.

The article discusses the didactic issues of the organization and operation of the school circle on modeling and piloting unmanned aerial vehicles. The purpose of classes in the circle is to educate the creative personality of students in the process of acquaintance with the basics of aviation sciences and technologies, the development of technological techniques, skills in designing, manufacturing and launching models. It is noted that technical circles for many schoolchildren are an interesting, unusual occupation, a way to develop useful skills, help realize the potential of general education in the process of deepening and practical application of knowledge gained in lessons at school. The purpose of the article is to present the circle work as a means of forming key and subject competencies in the educational process in physics and vocational guidance of students. The program of the circle is aimed at developing spatial imagination, deepening school knowledge in the field of practical construction of various aircraft. The program is based on personality-oriented learning, taking into account the needs of each member of the circle, his abilities, skills and helps to fully identify and demonstrate the creative potential of students. The drone design club helps introduce a new approach to teaching adolescents and introduces them to the latest technologies: UAV design, assembly, tuning and control elements. In parallel, knowledge is acquired in mathematics, physics, computer science, drawing, natural sciences, logic, technical thinking and creativity are developing. During classes in the circle, students learn the basics of electronics and electrical engineering, programming, solve non-standard problems. Such work contributes to career guidance of students, develops interest in the scientific and technical field, forms analytical thinking, develops creative initiative and independence. Particular attention in the article is paid to the content of the thematic circle work plan modules: 1) business prospects on unmanned aerial vehicles; 2) design and configuration of a quadrocopter; 3) training piloting; 4) the use of quadrocopters for video and photography; 5) participation in exhibitions and competitions. It can be stated that the circle work should cover a wide circle of students, to most effectively contribute to the solution of one of the important tasks of our time ‒ the task of preparing a person for future work. Students develop general cultural competence and practical skills in using modern information technologies and electronics in engineering tasks, stimulate interest in learning.

In connection with the emergence of new technologies in the field of education, changes are taking place in the organization of the learning process. The article deals with the integration of the interests of companies and educational institutions to improve the quality of the training of specialists and to increase the efficiency of the educational process. The need to connect the educational process and business processes of any company is considered. Due to the fact that the learning process in any professional field is actually intended to reflect the basic principles and applied work processes inside the companies, this issue is extremely important for enhancing capabilities and improving skills of the graduates. Today, the axiom is that modern business processes cannot exist without an inextricable connection with information technologies. The article considers the peculiarities of the application of innovative, in particular, information technologies to develop communicative competence in English in the students of technical higher educational institutions. It is analyzed what the professional competence is, what are the tools of innovative technologies and how they can be used to form communicative competence in English in the students of technical higher educational institutions. It is highlighted that working with the help of information and computer technologies on the formation of communicative competence in English, students acquire and improve their professional competence and its integral components: ability to plan and control their work, understand the logic of decisions, competence in achieving the goal, and the desire to reach high quality of their work, as well as self-confidence. It is proved that the implementation of modern computer technologies into the educational process to form communicative competencies promotes more active and conscious assimilation of knowledge by students, creates a positive attitude of students to educational material, strengthens internal motivation to form communicative competence in English, stimulates students' interest in learning, promotes logical, creative thinking. It is noted that the problem of the formation of communicative competence in English for students of technical higher educational institutions to promote their further development as competitive specialists should be solved by means of integrating into the content and technology of formation of communicative competence in English structural components of training, such as attitudes, motives, knowledge, skills, experience, competencies.

The article presents such aspects of the organization of interactive learning as technologies combination and creative approach while useing them in the process of students self-education. The possibilities of informatization are analyzed and the main directions of its use in the educational sphere are determined new opportunities for the development of students ' thinking; the selection of individual methods of obtaining knowledge through independent work with the help of information and computer technologies as a factor of convergence of educational institutions. Interactive studying made it possible to take advantage of group and individual forms, thanks to the group form of training, opportunities were provided to cooperate, establish interpersonal relationships, and learn about the world around us together. This form was implemented in compact groups of students who are united by a common educational goal, and it consists in direct guidance of the teacher through the tasks offered to the group by him. A methodology has been developed, the main tasks of which are to reveal the significance of information technologies in general and professional education, to clarify the psychological and pedagogical aspects of mastering disciplines, to reveal the practical significance of methods and means of the latest information technologies, the prospects for their application. The ways of developing a creative approach to perform laboratory and practical works, the formation of knowledge and skills necessary for independent study of the educational process, analysis of various methodological problems and psychological and pedagogical situations are shown; increasing the effectiveness of using new information technologies in learning, activating their cognitive activity, creativity, finding new knowledge with an independent research character. The criteria of students independent work (according to the manner of management and control of the teacher in quality of knowledge; by the degree of mandatory as mandatory, established by educational plans and working programs; recommended and vaulted: according to the degree of demonstration of creativity: reproductive, reconstructive, heuristic and research. The formation of students independent activity with information technologies has been developed. The method of skills forming of students independent activity in the "Moodle" is specified.
