In the concept of the Ukrainian education modernization new priorities have been identified. The leading aspect is the preparation of the younger generation for life in a rapidly changing information society, in the world where there is a constant need for new professions and continuous professional development. In the modern system of education there is a situation, when the established methods, techniques and forms of education require interpretation, correction and new pedagogical solutions. This is primarily due to the widespread introduction and wide use of information and communication technologies. The process of education informatization is quite complex and requires a rethinking of experience while implementing innovative information technologies analysis and evaluation of opportunities of their use in the learning process. That causes the necessity of a new level of studying the subjects in order to develop each student’s steady willingness and ability to learn independently-acquired knowledge, creative approach to the implementation of learning tasks. The use of new information technologies in teaching is one of the most important aspects of improving and optimizing the educational process, enriching the arsenal of methodological tools and techniques that allow diversifying the forms of work and making the learning process of a foreign language interesting and memorable for students. So a contemporary teacher should not only have knowledge in the field of new informational technologies. The purpose of the article is to investigate existing innovative SMART tools which English teachers can use as a part of their professional activity, disclose the essence of these instruments and benefits of using them in the teaching process. Among the new technologies for teaching and controlling students' knowledge, test technologies, whose development is based on the computerization of the educational process, are of greatest interest. A very common shortcoming of some testing programs is to ensure the performance of only one function - knowledge control. While this process is a component of the learning process and should be integrated with it as much as possible. This task can be solved on the basis of the use of educational technologies with the use of all kinds of information technologies for teaching and new teaching methods, as well as computer technologies for organizing independent work while testing knowledge and teaching technical disciplines. The practical implementation of these directions involves the development of test tasks that perform both monitoring and training functions. The relevance of the chosen topic determined the purpose of the work - identifying the features of the training and controlling complex for technical disciplines in the training of bachelors. As a result of the research, we offer a test technology in which several functions of the teacher are given to the training and controlling complex, which represents the software product. The developed technique and the accounted features of the use of the training and controlling complex for technical disciplines made it possible to increase the effectiveness of training by test methods, which was confirmed by the students' questioning.

The article studies the functioning of the electronic information and educational environment in the university and presents the means of information and communication technologies. Based on the analysis of federal educational standards, the requirements of educational standards for providing students with access to electronic library systems and electronic information and educational environment are determined. The characteristics of the elements that allow using Moodle are given: BigBlueButton videoconferences, seminars, tests, polls, video lectures. The results of the study are described, according to which, it was concluded that the preparation of interactive tasks and the development of teaching materials in the EEEP takes teachers twice as long as preparing for similar classes in the classroom, and when interviewing students, the following fact was revealed that the more academic hours the teacher pays to individual work, the less interesting the course is, and, accordingly, the lower the level of knowledge. It is concluded that e-learning and learning with the use of distance learning technologies are a given, that all participants in the educational process need to accept and adapt as much as possible in their activities, which is associated both with the conditions for the implementation of the educational process during the pandemic, and with the digitalization of education in general.

The article proposes a model for forecasting the success of student’s learning. The model is a Markov process with continuous time, such as the process of “death and reproduction”. As the parameters of the process, the intensities of the processes of obtaining and assimilating information are offered, and the intensity of the process of assimilating information takes into account the attitude of the student to the subject being studied. As a result of applying the model, it is possible for each student to determine the probability of a given formation of ownership of the material being studied in the near future. Thus, in the presence of an automated information system of the university, the implementation of the model is an element of the decision support system by all participants in the educational process. The examples given in the article are the results of an experiment conducted at the Institute of Space and Information Technologies of Siberian Federal University under conditions of blended learning, that is, under conditions when classroom work is accompanied by independent work with electronic resources.
