In this undergraduate thesis describes about American dream and motivation theory. This is aiming at analyzing motivation’s role in human life to fulfill their needs by focusing to the main character. The concept of American dream can be seen in Louis Zamperini as the main character of this film in principle of life. Hence, this undergraduate thesis has two main objectives to describe the Louis Zamperini’s dreams and to analyze Louis Zamperini’s motivation in his survival as the prisoner of Japan as reflected in the film Unbroken.This research is under a descriptive qualitative method. Therefore, library research is used for compiling both primary data and secondary data. The primary data is adopted from the film, meanwhile the secondary data refer to some sources, such as books, journals, articles, and on-line data from internet. Method of American studies as an interdisciplinary approach is also applied along with theories to analyze the problem formulation in this research. After the data are collected, they are analyzed by using the psychological study approach, and focuses on theory Hierarchy Needs of Abraham Maslow. Maslow’s theory explained the description of motivation based on needs. The hierarchy dividing to physiological needs, safety needs, love needs, esteem needs, and needs for self-actualization. Then, the writer uses American dream concept such as the dream of good life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness.The results of this research, the researcher found that Louis Zamperini as the main character what he did in life, there is a motivation that supports him to reach his dream like other immigrants who came to America using this concept in general. The American dream and motivation are still adopted in some American films as popular culture. Hence, it proves that American dream still exists with different style like media of film.

The aims or this research are to analyze the moral values ​​and principles of moral values that are delivered in the "Kick boxer" movie. To strengthen this analysis, the qualitative research methods are used by using two data sources, namely primary and secondary data. Primary data is “kick boxer" movie, where the data are carefully recorded from the movie based on the problem formulation. Secondary data is taken from other sources related to the analysis, such as journals, e-books, and websites. Based on the analysis, the findings of moral values ​​are presented in: (1) Trustworthiness; (2) Respect; (3) Responsibility; (4) Fairness; (5) Caring and the principles of moral values ​​present are: (1) Respect for rules; (2) Avoidance of illicit Operation. Furthermore, from these findings too, that moral values ​​and the principles of moral values ​​are a way of human life that reflect good behaviors that are very important and valuable things in human social life, in terms of getting peace, mutual help, happiness, and good goals

This study aims to determine the form of resilience of women tourism workers affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data sources are primary data from interviews with various parties, including hotel owners, hotel associations and hotel employees, while secondary data sources are documentation data. Data analysis was performed using an interactive model. The spread of the corona virus globally has affected various lines of community life, including in Bali. Hotels are the tourist facilities in Bali that are most affected. The decline in tourist visits, causing hotel occupancy rates to experience a drastic drop which resulted in layoffs. The finding of this research is that job termination for female employees occurs in almost every hotel in Bali. However, the termination of employment was responded creatively. In an effort to maintain a life for themselves and their families, women who are affected by hotel employees, especially those who have worked in the food and beverage division, react by adjusting to the conditions that occur. They make various types of food that are sold online using WhatsApp, I.G. and F.B. social media. The attitude of women who are former hotel workers in the food and beverage division in Bali towards termination of employment shows that creativity is driven by the spirit of survival as a modality that needs to be supported and worthy of being a good practice as well as a model on develop women’s capacities during pandemic Covid-19 and new normal.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) metode identifikasi masalah Public Relations pada LAZ Dompet Dhuafa; (2) proses perencanaan dan pemrograman LAZ Dompet Dhuafa; (3) strategi aksi dan komunikasi LAZ Dompet Dhuafa; dan (4) proses evaluasi program LAZ Dompet Dhuafa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus eksploratif jenis single case holistic. Data primer dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, sementara data sekunder bersumber dari studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LAZ Dompet Dhuafa tidak melakukan riset khusus terkait perencanaan program; riset yang dilakukan hanya melalui fakta-fakta baru di lapangan melalui program-program yang sudah ada sebelumnya. Perencanaan program tematik dan nontematik LAZ Dompet Dhuafa dilakukan melalui rapat kerja tahunan, sementara pesan utama yang ingin disampaikan kepada pihak eksternal disampaikan melalui website resmi dan media sosial. Adapun evalusi program yang dilakukan tidak melibatkan publik eksternal. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Public Relations, zakat, Dompet Dhuafa ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine (1) the method of identifying problems of Public Relations at LAZ Dompet Dhuafa; (2) the planning and programming process of LAZ Dompet Dhuafa; (3) the strategy of action and communication of LAZ Dompet Dhuafa; and (4) the evaluation process of the LAZ Dompet Dhuafa program. This study uses a qualitative method with an explorative case study approach and single case holistic. The primary data in this study were obtained through in-depth interviews, while the secondary data were obtained from literature and documentation. The results of the study show that LAZ Dompet Dhuafa does not conduct specific research related to program planning; the research only carried out through new facts in the field through the pre-existing programs. The planning of thematic and non-thematic program is carried out through annual work meetings, while the main message to be conveyed to public (external) is delivered through the official website and social media. Pragmatic education thought-instrumental is a philosophic point of view that blends with the religious viewpoint of abstract speculation in outlining the education. One of renewing Islamic education is Fazlur Rahman. According to him, the goal of Islamic education are as renewal which is the initial step in the Islamization for all aspects of human life. The study of library (library research) i.e. research sourced from material libraries using a qualitative approach. In this case, the author does exploration of a number of primary data as well as secondary data. The author does an analysis of the concept of Islamic education prespective Fazlur Rahman and relevance against the modern world. The concept of educational thought Fazlur Rahman i.e. the Qur'an as a guide in resolving every problem and the answer and make the human person that are creative, have moral values in accordance with the Qur'an. Whereas, education as an alternative to the secular science by receiving updates and tried to enter it with Islamic concepts as for Islamic education renewal effort started from the educational objectives, educational system, learners, educators and the means of education. The relevance of educational thought on modern world Fazlur Rahman now is integration between religion and discrimination through public education, omission of religion and public education, this has been done wrong by the College namely IAIN with try to follow the thinking of education Fazlur Rahman dare change the State Islamic University (UIN).

The Impact

This study aims to determine the accounting model in conducting joint operations (JO) by implementing non-administrative which consists of fix profit and percentage. Each fixed profit has three methods consisting of full revenue, profit sharing and PMK 261. The research used a descriptive qualitative method, with a case study approach. The study used primary data obtained from direct interviews with directly related parties conducting joint operations (JO or KSO). Meanwhile, the secondary data were obtained from the mutual agreement document and the financial report of the party conducting the joint operation (KSO). From the research results, it is obvious that the most recommended form of accounting is all forms according to PMK 261, both the fixed profit and percentage models. The Village

This study aims to explain the financial management planning of Tembokrejo Village, as well as analyze its suitability then provide an overview of the flowchart of village financial management planning according to Permendagri Number 20 of 2018. This research is a type of qualitative research with a case study approach using primary data and data. secondary data collection procedures, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. And the data analysis technique is a comparative analysis which tests the validity of the data using the triangulation technique. Then the activities in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study indicate that the financial management plan of Tembokrejo Village is in accordance with the village financial management plan according to Permendagri Number 20 of 2018, due to the presence of village assistants who help in the process of preparing village financial management planning. Therefore, a flowchart was designed, which could be used as a guide to assist village officials in the process of preparing village financial management plans independently.       It is estimated that the judicial system will not be able to meet the increasingly complex needs of society. This estimate is based on facts in the field. Dispute resolution through courts is considered too convoluted, takes a long time, and is inefficient for businesses that emphasize efficiency and effectiveness. Besides, the court's decision does not satisfy the parties. The principle of simple, fast, low-cost justice is still only a slogan.      Answering this problem, a study is conducted using the empirical normative legal research method with a study approach based on statutory regulations, conceptual approaches, and case approaches. Types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques through document study and interviews, where the data obtained will be analyzed qualitatively deductively. Child development, especially the age from birth to entering primary education or the age of 0-8 years is the golden age in the vulnerable human life that cannot be repeated. Therefore this period is the golden age in the vulnerable human life that cannot be repeated. Therefore this period is the right time to lay the foundations for other developments. The objectives of this research are: 1) To find out, to study the planning of the PAKEM learning model in Khairiah Jimbe Islamic Kindergarten Jenangan Ponorogo, 2) Implementation of the PAKEM learning model ini increasing early childhood learning concentration. 3) Knowing and assessing the evaluation of the implementation of the PAKEM learning model in increasing early childhood learning concentration. This research use qualitative research with the type of case study research. The data collected is in the from of primary data and secondary data and data sources come from data sources derived from observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique follows the  concepts put forward by miles and huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Specifically, it can be described as follows: 1) PAKEM lerning planning is in accordance with Permendikbud Number 146 of 2014 article 2013. 2) The implementation of the PAKEM learning model in increasing the concentration of early childhood learning has been very good, seen from the teacher actively and creatively in teaching and give assignment. 3) The evaluation of learning in increasing the concentration of early childhood learning has been adjusted to the indicators of developmental achievement and refers to the standard of assessment

This study aims: (1) to determine the morals of students in SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. (2) to determine the implementation of Islamic Personal Development (BPI) in building the morals of students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. (3) to find out the results of the Islamic Personal Development (BPI) in building the morals of students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. The purpose of this study was to determine the morals of students, the implementation of Islamic Personal Development and to find out the results of Islamic Personal Development in fostering the morals of students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. This study used a qualitative research method with a case study approach. This study used data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation study. The data used are primary data obtained directly from respondents regarding the implementation of Islamic Personal Development. Meanwhile, secondary data in the form of theories and other supporting data were obtained from literature and school archives documentation. All of these data are materials to describe the implementation of Islamic Personal Development (BPI) at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The morals of the students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City are good enough. (2) Implementation of Islamic Personal Development in fostering the morals of students at Inspiratif Al-Ilham Elementary School, Banjar City, namely through coaching which includes guidance by exemplary, guidance with habituation and guidance with advice (3) The results of the Islamic Personal Development (BPI) in fostering the morals of students at the Inspiratif Al-Ilham Elementary School, Banjar City are quite good, where students have been able to show behavior according to the existing indicators, including being able to carry out congregational prayers and prayers. sunnah dhuha and qiyamullail, reciting dhikr after every prayer and so on.

<p><em>This study aims to determine the implementation of the UPPKS program, the role of UPPKS cadres, the supporting components of the UPPKS program and obstacles in family economic empowerment activities through the UPPKS program in Sukorejo Village, Saradan, Madiun. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data uses source triangulation. The results show, (1) The implementation of family economic empowerment through the UPPKS program in Sukorejo Village runs quite well in savings and loan activities. (2) The role of UPPKS cadres in Sukorejo Village is as facilitators in conveying what their members want to the UPPKS program organizers. (3) Supporting components in the implementation of UPPKS activities in Sukorejo Village are Village Village, Saradan PLKB, and BKKBN. (4) Obstacles in the process of family economic empowerment through the UPPKS program in Sukorejo Village, namely the existence of members who are less active in the activities of UPPKS groups and members who move domiciles, so that UPPKS members are reduced.</em></p>
