Sales of products achieved by PT Gerbang NTB Emas were not yet optimal. There weresome consumer obstacles and complaints that were occur. Among them were lack of production machineries and skilled manpower, quality of goods under specification and production time is not maximized. One way that can be done is to optimize value creation between consumers and producers. Value created together is expected to provide benefits for both parties. In this study aimed to analyze the process of value co-creation that occurs between the company (PT GNE) and its customers. The research method used is qualitative approach with data collection through interview, observation and documentation. The number of interviewees was five employees and one consumer. The collected data were analyzed with content analysis using NVivo software. The result of this research is that value co-creation at PT GNE can be explained through dialogue, access, risk management and transparency. Value can be interpreted as product innovation, service and strategic policy. By knowing these aspects, the company can maximize value creation along with consumers. The development of sharia banking in Indonesia very rapidly grow up preceded by Bank Muamalat Indonesia and in 2013 ranked as the bank with the highest loyalty and the best among other sharia banking nationally. Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun is one of the first branch in Madiun and currently has many competitors from other sharia banking. Based on this background, in this study take what factors affect the size of customer loyalty Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun. Based on the result of research, it is found that the level of loyalty of customer of Bank Muamalat of Madiun branch is mostly influenced by product innovation with value of t test value obtained by t-count 2,493, while second factor is influenced by service quality with result of tcount 2,268. So the least influenced factor by the value of the customer is with value of 2.217. This research is a descriptive research method and associative / relationship, this matter to know the value of independent variable. While population of this research is funding customer of Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun with amount of 22.196 customer by taking data using random sampling method as much as 108 customer. The ideology of Pancasila as a way of life, the basis of the state, and national identity has a various challenge from time to time so that the existence of Pancasila as an Ideology must be maintained, especially in industrial revolution 4.0. The research method used is a qualitative approach by doing study of literature. In data collection the writer used documentation while in techniques data analysis used content analysis, inductive and descriptive. Results of the research about challenges and strengthening of the Pancasila Ideology in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 are: (1)  grounding Pancasila, (2) increasing professional human resources based on Pancasila’s values, (3) maintaining the existence of Pancasila as the State Ideology.

This research is done to see any risks that happened in Islamic bank, which can damage the bank. While it aims to find out the strategy used by Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI) to reduce the risk faced and often happened in the field. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collecting was done by relating proposed questions and the conclusion made from the result of the interview with Branch Manager (BM), Relation Manager, and Remedial BMI of Branch Office of Mas Mansyur. The result of this research showed that BMI of Mas Mansyur Branch Office had done the process of risk management by identifying risk in the manner of finding out the existing risks which are financing risk; market risk; and ownership risk, measuring and monitoring the risks in the manner of doing measurement to find out and see any reason that causes those risks exist, and controlling and managing the existing risks in Musyarakah Mutanaqisah (MMQ) financing in the manner of ways that have already determined by BMI of Mas Mansyur Branch Office. The objective of this research was to provide an understanding of cohesion and coherence in the newspaper Bisnis Indonesia with title Kemenperin Jamin Serap Garam Rakyat. The research method used is the method of content analysis with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques begin with data reduction, data tabulation, data classification, data interpretation, and conclusions. The results show that in the news text in the newspaper Bisnis Indonesia there is a more dominant cohesion found pronouns, ellipsis, and conjunctions or hyphens. Then, the coherence that is found is the relationship of contradictions, general specific relationships, comparison relationships, causal relationships, review relationships, and referral relationships. This study aims to analyze and find out the implementation of principals 'leadership through school quality with the long-term goal of improving the quality of schools through principals' leadership. The specific target of this research is to develop a principal's leadership model. The research method uses a qualitative approach through case studies through observation, interviews, document studies relating to the principal's leadership and school quality. The general conclusion is that improving school quality is a process towards the realization of quality schools. Principal's leadership in strengthening school quality can be found in (1) Improving school quality (2) Principal's leadership strategy in improving school quality.

The purpose of this study is to see how the form of empowerment of school committees in improving the quality of education especially in elementary schools. The research method used is descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Research findings The existence of a school committee is an important element in improving the quality of school education services, its existence with all the tasks and functions it has can play a role in realizing better quality education services. Efforts to empower school committees are carried out in various ways although they are still not ideal as stated in the regulations related to school committees. In principle, so far the participation of school committee members and the form of empowerment of school committees is still limited to routine meetings and the fulfillment of supporting facilities for student learning facilities that are done voluntarily by school committees. Based on this, the efforts to empower school committees have been made but are still limited to routine agendas that are not yet optimal as the actual duties and functions of school committees.

Life management controls the quality of one’s work while ensuring one’s quality of life with minimum conflicts. The contractor’s site quantity surveyor (QS), who has to shoulder many responsibilities on-site amongst time constraints, can most probably experience a life imbalance. Because the personal responsibilities of female and male site QSs differ, the aim of this study was to identify the strategies that will enhance the life management of contractor’s site quantity surveyors. The qualitative approach was adopted in the study, and the required empirical data were collected by interviewing 20 females and 20 males contractor’s site QSs. The interview findings were analysed using manual content analysis. Thirty-one and twenty-eight causes of life imbalance in male and female QSs respectively were identified. In addition, 50 and 48 strategies that will facilitate satisfactory life management in male and female QSs, respectively were identified. Some of the identified causes and strategies were common to both male and females QSs.

This study aims to 1) determine the values ​​of Aqidah Education in "Novel MARS How Meaningful a Mother in My Life" by Aishworo Ang. 2) find out the relevance of Aqidah Education Values ​​in the novel "MARS How Meaningful a Mother is in My Life" by Aishworo Ang with current Islamic education. The research method used by the author is content analysis. This analysis is used by the writer to reveal, understand and capture literary works. Meanwhile, data collection techniques are literature study techniques or documentation by examining various writings related to the object of research. The collected data were then analyzed using the stages of data processing, categorization, and data interpretation. After analyzing the data, the authors obtained the following conclusions: 1) The values ​​of aqidah education in the novel "MARS How Meaningful a Mother's Figure in My Life" by Aishworo Ang includes: a) Illahiyat, (a matter of divinity such as about His Essence) b ) Nubuwat, (prophetic issues, scriptures, etc.) c) Ruhaniyat (unseen problems such as spirits, angels, jinn, etc.) d) Sam'iyyat, (problems that can be known through revelation, such as barzhakh , heaven, hell and others) 2) The Relevance of Aqidah Educational Values ​​in Aishworo Ang's Novel "MARS How Meaningful a Mother's Figure is in My Life" with current Islamic education, which is in accordance with the aims of education aimed at improving the quality of Indonesian people, namely humans having faith and fearing God Almighty, this is in line with the contents of the story in the novel "MARS How Meaningful a Mother's Figure in My Life" which generally contains the values ​​of faith, including faith in Alla. h, faith in the book of Allah, faith in the Angel of God, faith in the Prophet, faith in the Last Day, and faith in the destiny of Allah.

State Museum

This study aimed to determining the positioning of the State Museum of West Nusa Tenggara based on visitor’s perception. The research method used was qualitative approach with data collecting through interview, observation and documentation. Informants is selected by accidental sampling technique. Data  from  interviews  with 20  informants  were  analyzed  using content analysis method. The  results  showed  that  the  State  Museum  of  West  Nusa  Tenggara  hada positioning as edutainment with dimensions of value, uniqueness, credibility, sustainability and conformity. The museum should consider the desire and needs of visitors with the main purpose of the museum, which is to present the mission of education as well as entertainment to the public. Thus, the Museum of West Nusa Tenggara is expected to be a place to gain knowledge and experience as well as recreation that reaches all levels of society. The most important contribution of this study is the positioning model of the State Museum of West Nusa Tenggara based on the perception of visitors i.e. edutainment concept to become a pioneer for further empirical research. It is expected that in the future the managerial of West Nusa Tenggara State Museum can increase visit to the museum. Keywords: Museum, positioning, visitor perceptions, edutainment

Problem Condition

The purpose of this study first, to determine and analyze the problems in delegating authority management of land and building tax of rural and urban from central government to the Sidoarjo Regency governments. Second, determine and analyze the contribution of land and building tax of rural and urban for improvement local revenue in the Sidoarjo Regency. The research method used qualitative approach. The results showed first, the problem condition concluded inconsistencies related regulations in delegating credit to the Sidoarjo Regency government. Second, the contribution of its authority delegation increased revenue until 100%, balancing the interests of budgetary for discretionary policies in the regency/city, explored potential  revenue for a wider network of bureaucracy, improved the quality of services to taxpayers, as well as improved accountability for the use of land and building tax of rural and urban.
