The problem in this thesis research is how to design an Android-Based Community Service Information System at the KalibaMamase Village office. Information Systems for Community Services are based on the system using Black Box Testing and the accuracy of the information system is based on user testing.  The research objective is to design and build a Village-level Community Service Information System in order to improve the quality of services for village staff and the use of services for local villagers.  The benefit obtained from this research is to make a new innovation for each village to be able to facilitate serving residents or residents in the application for letters. This research uses the life cycle model of the Waterfall system development and the design of an Android-based population service information system.  Data collection methods in this study use the method of observation,  interviews,  and data analysis. The conclusion of the research is that the Community Service Information System can facilitate the process of correspondence services in the Village apparatus as well as the use of services for the community in managing population and obtaining information at the Village Office.   In the Android-Based Community Service Information System at the Kaliba Mamase Village Office

Abstract:Application of the Scrum model in the design of research and community service information systems (Case study at STMIK Lombok), the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) is an activity unit that functions to manage all research and community service activities carried out by lecturers in connection with the lecturer improving the quality of the lecturer. The formulation of the problem is how to design and build a research and community service information system so as to facilitate the process of submitting proposals, accepting, selecting, reviewing, approving, controlling implementation and facilitating reporting. This study uses data collection methods namely observation and interviews, while the system development method uses the Scrum method, the following is a description of the stages of software development using the Scrum method, namely: Produck Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Sprint and Working Increment of the Software. Based on the data analysis, it was concluded that the research and community service information system was designed to facilitate the submission of research proposals as well as the dedication and reporting of research and service activities being carried out by lecturers. Berdasarkan analisa data yang dilakukan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Sistem informasi penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dirancang untuk melakukan kemudahan dalam pengajuan usulan proposal penelitian maupun pengabdian dan pelaporan kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian yang sedang dilakukan oleh dosen. Penyajian informasi dalam sistem ini meliputi input data dosen, input proposal penelitian, input proposal pengabdian, mencetak surat keputusan dan input data laporan. Kata kunci:Sistem Informasi Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat, Metode SCRUM.

The Institute for Research and Community Service University of Palangkaraya (IRCSUPR) manages research activities, community services and controls the administration ofnecessary resources. Therefore, an application is requiredto record a lot of data from theproposal to the final report of research and community servicethat ultimately is expected tobe a control and evaluation on the performance of all parties involved.The methodology used in the development of this application there are several stagesranging from problem identification, needs analysis, design (which includes architecturedesign, database design, interface design and website navigation design), coding, testingand maintenance. On the testing stage used blackbox testing method.The results achieved from the making of this application there are 4 actors areadministrators, proposers, reviewers and operators who have different access rights inaccordance with its function. While from the results of the testing is known that all thefunctionality of the system is running well in accordance with the required and designedpreviously.

A problem that existed in the government of Pecalongan village, Bondowoso regency, namely service to Pecalongan village people who still adhered to conventional system. This makes the service in the village office less than the maximum, and also requires a relatively long time in terms of doing the service. In addition, in terms of data storage is still using paper that prone to damaged and lost. And also in terms of data search that can take a relatively long time. It is considered less effective and efficient if run in the modern era as it is today. The objective of the research is to design and build a Service Information System at village level to improve service quality for village officials and use of services for villagers. The benefit derived from this research is that this system can facilitate village officials in collecting data of villagers and facilitate the service of residents or citizens in the application of letters. This village service information system is based on website that can be used online, so the Village community can enjoy the Village service more quickly and easily because the service system can access from anywhere. It is expected that with this village information service system, it can improve the quality of service process to the community in Pecalongan village, Sukosari sub-district, Bondowoso regency.

Improving the quality of lecturers include in Tri Darma of University, they are: teaching, research and community service. These activities are fully managed by research and community service units or institutions in each university. University of Yapis Papua has a work unit that manages these activities, it called Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (P3-M), where the process of managing research and community service activities is not yet fully integrated and well-documented. This study aims to create information system of activity management from P3-M unit at University of Yapis Papua. This information system will be used, the management of activities research and community service includes administrative data for submitting activity proposals, and  reporting results. It hopes can be coordinated well. The methods were used waterfall as a system development method, Unifield Modeling Language (UML) for system design, and pieces method for problem analysis. The result of this study is produce a web-based information system with several menus that could help P3-M University of Yapis Papua.

Assessment of good government performance is characterized by the quality of its services to the community. One of the roles of the village as the lowest administrative level in a region is to serve the community in making letters. Management of outgoing mail in Desa Dunggala, Kecamatan Tapa, Kabupaten Bone Bolango is still done conventionally, namely by recording the letter number in the agenda book. This resulted in village officials experiencing difficulties in managing the correspondence archives if in the future a letter with a certain number was needed. This community service activities aimed at helping the village government in managing outgoing mail by designing information system for managing outgoing mail. The information system was built based on the web application, but in its application is still used offline or localhost, due to internet network constraints in the village office. A database system is used for data storage so that it is easy to search the letters that have been made. Then, the village officials has been trained to use the information system. The results obtained from this activity are the information system for managing outgoing mail and the training of village officials in using the application. This information system can be further developed by taking into account the needs that exist in the village.

<p>Klinik Jati Husada merupakan salah satu klinik yang berada di kabupaten Tangerang, Dalam menjalankan operasionalnya klinik ini masih menggunakan cara kerja pencatatan data pasien dengan manual sehingga seringkali menghabat proses pelayanan dan pelaporan hasil aktifitas klinik, berdasarkan hal tersebut peneliti berinisiatif melakukan penelitian untuk membuat sebuah perancangan dan membangun sistem informasi pelayanan pasien di klinik. Peneliti menggunakan metode pengumpulan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif, dengan melakukan aktifitas <em>observasi</em>, wawancara dan penyebaran <em>form survey</em>. Peneliti menggunakan UML (<em>Unified Modeling Language</em>) dalam membuat pemodelan desain program berorientasi objek (OOP) dari sistem yang dikembangkan. Proses pembangunan sistem dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan sistem <em>waterfall</em> dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dalam proses pembagunan aplikasinya. Metode pengujian sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah <em>black box testing </em>dimana peneliti menguji setiap modul yang tersedia di sistem yang dikembangkan bersama-sama pengguna dan peneliti telah memperbaiki semua modul yang dirasa kurang sesuai dengan permintaan pengguna. Sistem informasi pelayanan pasien yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini telah membantu klinik Jati Husada melakukan pengelolaan data pasien jauh lebih baik. Peneliti berharap sistem pelayanan pasien yang dibangun ini dapat menjadi referensi atau contoh bagi klinik pengobatan ditempat lain yang sejenis.</p><p class="Abstrak" align="center"> </p><p><em><strong>Abstract</strong></em></p><p class="Judul2"><em>Jati Husada Clinic is one of the clinics in the Tangerang district. In carrying out its operations the clinic uses manual data entry and recording of patients, it holds the process of service and reporting the results of clinical activities, based on these conditions the researchers conducted research to make a design and building a patient service information system in the clinic. Researchers used qualitative and quantitative data collection methods, by conducting observation activities, interviews and distributing survey forms. Researchers use UML (Unified Modeling Language) in making object oriented program design (OOP) modeling of the developed system. The system development process in this study uses a waterfall system development model and uses the PHP programming language in the application development process. The system testing method used in this study is black box testing where the researcher and users have tested every module available in the developed system and the researcher has corrected the modules that have not been in accordance with the user's request. The patient service information system generated from this study has helped Jati Husada clinic to manage patient data much better. Researchers hope that the patient service system developed can be a reference or example for clinics in other similar places.</em></p>

   Medical Record Information System Service at Prof. Dr. V.L. Ratumbuysang Mental Hospital North Sulawesi Province had not run as expected. Indicated by the differences in patient data in the recording and the medical records. Factors that allegedly affect are human, organization and technology. This study aims to evaluate medical record service information system with the HOT FIT Model approach and its benefits.     This was a qualitative study. Data collected through in depth interviews and analyzed by content analysis method. Research subjects were 1 admin officer and 3 archival officers as main informants and the chief of medical record service, the head medical services division and an assistant director of medical services and nursing as the triangulation informants.    The results showed that the medical record service information system had facilitated the work but the knowledge and skills of the officers were still lacking. Organizational factors were supported but the budget was still lacking in system development. Technological factors had not run optimally because the LAN network did not work.  The quality of the information had not been met because the data of the visits should be checked again before used for decision making. Quality of service was not maximal yet, because the connectivity between medical record and polyclinic was impaired, then the officer used manual form.     It can be concluded that the hospital need to increase the staff knowledge and allocate funds for improvement and development of information systems or cooperate with other parties in system maintenance.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. Banyuwangi Regency is one of the agricultural centers in East Java province and Indonesia. Mostly,Banyuwangi people work as farmers due to the fertil soil and wide amount of agricultural land in Banyuwangi . Thelarge number of people who work as farmers initiating the formation of farmer groups. One of the farmer groups in theSrono sub-district of Banyuwangi is the "Tan Selo 1" farmers group located in the village of Sukomaju and the "TanSelo 2" farmers group in Sukonatar village. The normal average price of one banana bunch in Banyuwangi is between50-60 thousand depending on the type and quality of bananas. Problems arise when the quantity of bananas in the marketarose, the price of 1 bunch of bananas decreases dramatically. The price of 1 bunch which is usually set at 50-60thousand drops drastically to only 20-30 thousand. This is certainly a problem for farmers in the Tan Selo group. The lackof knowledge of Tan Selo farmers about alternative variants of processed banana based products and the lack ofknowledge of the marketing strategies make it hard for the Tan Selo farmers to increase the economic value of bananaswhich have been used as an alternative income for farmers. Therefore, the solutions offered to overcome the problems offarmers include: equipping and improving farmers' knowledge about the variety of processed banana-based foods andtheir marketing strategies, conducting training to make variations on banana-based foods, conducting training oneffective marketing strategies. Overall, a series of community service programs were carried out perfectly as it expected.The percentage of participants' understanding in choosing high quality bananas is 85%, the percentage of participants’ability in processing banana-based foods is 86%, and percentage of participants who successfully sell processed foodproducts by utilizing online shopping sites is 70%

Research conducted at the Office of Archives and Library of Padang Pariaman Regency aims to find out the data processing system library and data archiving. All data processing is done is still very manual by using the document in writing and there is also a stacking of archives on the service. By utilizing library information systems and archives that will be applied to the Office of Archives and Library of Padang Pariaman Regency can improve the quality of service that has not been optimal. This research was made by using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which is better known as waterfall method. The first step taken on this method is to go directly to the field by conducting interviews and discussions. This information system will be able to assist the work of officers in terms of data processing libraries and facilitate in search data archives by presenting reports more accurate, effective and efficient.
