On March 8, 2020, the first Covid-19 case was registered in Bangladesh, and the first death occurred on March 18, 2020. Still, the positive corona patients including banking employees are rising around and many negative thoughts are also increasing day by day in mind. These circumstances make the employees worried. Consequently, this paper's fundamental objective is to find out the psychological status of private commercial bank employees during COVID-19. Using a random sampling technique and a questionnaire through "Google Form" the data was gathered from 151 employees. For the completion of the data analysis procedures, the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS-22 Version) was used. The major findings showed a maximum of 91% of employees felt nervous when s (he) hears someone died from COVID-19. In addition, 83% of employees are always fear of COVID-19 infection, 81% of employees are fear when they hear someone got tested positive for COVID-19. Besides, 49% of bank employees cannot concentrate on their regular activities while 40% of employees are stressed to lose their current job due to COVID-19. The policy-making authorities of private commercial banks in Bangladesh will get an opportunity to know the employees' psychological status during COVID-19. They can also make some necessary measures (based on our recommendations) to overcome these challenges.

The topic of the research is Customer Satisfaction (CS) and Customer Loyalty (CL); special reference to the leading supermarkets in Jaffna. The objective of the research is to identify the impact of Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty of leading Supermarkets in Jaffna, Sri Lanka. The research is simply deductive approach to find out the impact between Customer satisfaction and Customer loyalty. Quantitative method is available based on primary data. At present there are 08 numbers of supermarkets functioning in Jaffna district and popular three were selected. Random sampling technique is used to collect the data from customers of supermarkets in selected area. The analysis is carried out using a sample of 240 customers in Jaffna and only 218 were taken to analyze. ‘Statistical Package for Social Sciences’ (SPSS) 22.0 version was used in order to analyze the data. Correlation was used to find the connection between Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty. Also Regression analysis is used to predict the value of a variable based on the value of two or more other variables. Also found that about 40 percent connection between Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty and also found around 16% affect by Customer satisfaction to Customer loyalty.

This study examined the role of insurance in the economic development of Nigeria. Primary data were the sources of data for this study. A structured questionnaire was used to elicit data from the respondents. The data collected was drawn from the two companies Aiico and Alliance and General Insurance, using a simple random sampling technique. The data were subjected to Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was adopted in testing the hypotheses. The results of the study revealed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the role of insurance and economic development in Nigeria. It was concluded that organizations, especially top management, should recognize the importance of the role of insurance.

Interest in learning is an encouragement that students have to carry out learning activities in order to achieve goals in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine the significant and partially simultaneous influence between the use of gadgets and the environment of peers on the learning interest of Grade VII students in Social Sciences subjects at SMP Negeri 17 Malang. this type of research uses ex post facto research using multiple linear regression. This research was conducted in SMP Negeri 17 Malang with a population of 268 students and a sample of 54 students. proportional random sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire. Based on the calculation results, it is known that: 1) there is an influence of the use of gadgets and peers' environment on the learning interests of Grade VII students in Social Sciences subjects at SMP Negeri 17 Malang; 17 Malang, 3) there is an influence of peers 'environment in class VII students' social studies interest in Social Sciences at SMP Negeri 17 Malang.

The study specifically examines the correlation between remuneration and the effectiveness of employees in commercial banks in cross river state, adopting a survey method, data was collected from 232 participants employed by five commercial banks in cross river state. The participants were selected using the proportional stratified and simple random sampling technique. A self-developed questionnaire was adopted to elicit the required information for the study. Data collected was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. out of the 232 distributed questionnaires, 213 was returned and used for analysis. Result revealed a correlation between remuneration and the effectiveness of employees in commercial banks in cross river state. From the analysis 21.8 per cent of the variance in the effectiveness of bank's employees is accounted for by remuneration. The study concludes that bank the management of banks need to take into cognizance the economic situation in the country and improve on the take-home package of their employees.

This study aims to determine the ability and development potential of VII grade students of SMPN 28 Medan in applying design elements and principles to tote bag design. This research is a qualitative research. The method used is descriptive qualitative research methods. The population of this research is 240 ornamental works in tote bag design. The sample used consisted of 30 works using the Cluster Random Sampling technique, namely samples taken by random groups (classes). Aspects of the design principles examined in this study are unity, balance, rhythm and emphasis. The results showed that overall the work of applying ornaments to the tote bag design of the VII grade students of SMPN 28 Medan obtained a good category and in the potential for developing the work as a whole there is still much that needs to be improved in order to get better results.Keywords: application, ornament, design principles.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan dan potensi pengembangan siswa SMPN 28 Medan kelas VII dalam menerapkan unsur dan prinsip desain pada desain tote bag. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian Deskriptif Kualitatif. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 240 karya ornamen pada desain tote bag. Sampel yang digunakan terdiri dari 30 karya dengan menggunakan teknik Cluster Random Sampling yaitu sampel yang diambil berdasarkan kelompok (kelas) secara acak. Aspek prinsip-prinsip desain yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu kesatuan, keseimbangan, irama dan penekanan. This paper examines the level of role stress among nationalized bank employees,Tiruchirappalli District. The Main aim of the study is to find out various reasons for the role stress level of bank employees. This study analysed that the bank employees faced stress in their working area due to their work pressure and inter personal conflicts. The results of the study it is clear that the nationalized bank employees as a whole are found to be more than half high level of role stress and less than half of the bank employees the low level of role stress. Role Stress scale was developed by Agarwal and Ramaswami (1993). Sample bank employees were selected by using simple random sampling method because of easy accessibility and affordability analysed by using statistical package of social sciences.

Penelitian ini berkaitan dengan efikasi diri dan kesiapan kerja pada dewasa awal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan efikasi diri dengan kesiapan kerja pada dewasa awal di kota Samarinda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 100 orang dewasa awal di kota Samarinda. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan karakteristik dewasa awal yang berada di kota Samarinda. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala efikasi diri dan skala kesiapan kerja. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan uji analisis Pearson Product Moment dengan bantuan program Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 23.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif dan signifikan efikasi diri dengan kesiapan kerja dengan nilai r hitung = 0.209 > r tabel = 0.197 dan nlai p = 0.037 (p<0.050). This research deals with self-efficacy and work readiness in early adulthood. This research aimed to determine the correlation between self-efficacy and work readiness in early adulthood in the city of Samarinda. This research used quantitative research method. The subjects of this research were 100 early adults in the city of Samarinda. This research used simple random sampling technique with the characteristics of early adulthood in the city of Samarinda. The method that being used to collect the data were self-efficacy scale and work readiness scale. The collected data were analyzed using Pearson product moment test with the help of the Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPPS) 23.0 for windows program. The results of this research showed that there was a positive and significant correlation between self-efficacy and work hardiness with the value of r count = 0.209 > r table = 0.197 and p = 0.037 (p <0.050).

Depression is an emotional state marked by emotional symptoms (e.g. depressed mood), Motivational symptoms (e.g. loss of interest or pleasure), cognitive problems (e.g. negative thoughts, feeling of hopelessness) and somatic (loss of energy, sleep disturbances). Methodology: The present study was conducted on adolescents, the description of the sampling procedure is given below, and as far as design of present investigation is concerned it is comparative in nature. Purposive random sampling technique was used. The sample of present research comprises of n=100 further more sample was divided into 50 males and 50 females adolescents, the age range of the adolescents was 13 to 15 years. Result and Discussion: As far as findings are concerned we will find that, findings in present investigation are in conformity the previous findings.

This paper examines the level of job stress among nationalized bank employees, Tiruchirappalli District. Further, this study explores the level of effect personal factors on job stress. Stress can be defined as a reaction to a stimulus that disturbs our mental balance. It has its existence in everybody‘s life nowadays. Stress refers to the strain from the conflict between our external environment, leading to emotional and physical pressure. Stress can‘t be avoidable, but one can learn how to manage it. Job Stress management scale was developed by Thomas Holmes (1981). Sample bank employees were selected by using simple random sampling method  because of easy accessibility and affordability analysed by using statistical package of social sciences.

Background of study: Preservation and conservation of the cultural, social and technical context of our heritage are germane. Purpose: The study examined the preservation and conservation of information resources in selected private university libraries in South-west Nigeria. Eight (8) selected private universities in South-west, Nigeria with the population consisted of one hundred thirty-seven respondents which comprised of library professionals and para-professionals. Method: The study employed a survey research design and random sampling technique. Data collected with aids of semi- structured questionnaire and was analysed using frequency, mean and standard deviation with the aid of a Statistical Package for Social Sciences (IBM-SPSS) version 20.0 Results: The findings revealed that book becoming torn is the highest nature of deterioration followed by vandalisation, mutilation and brittle of print library materials. Moreover, the study revealed that digital preservation level of utilisation is low and is not extensively used in selected private university libraries.  Conclusion: The study concluded that preservation and conservation techniques are recognized in the selected university libraries, but the digital preservation techniques are not adequately used due to various constraints. One of the recommendations made was the provision of formal training for library staff on preservation and conservation of information resources.
