The research aims to describe the positive correlation of emotional intelligence and the effectiveness of head of madrasah in character education reinforcement application (PPK) in the madrasah. The study uses literature study methods on journals and relevant books. The results of this study explained that the emotional intelligence and the effectiveness of the head of madrasah leadership became a very important factor in the success of applying character education reinforcement in the madrasah. The implications, from this study revealed that to apply PPK in madrasah, the head of the madrasah need to improve leadership effectiveness and emotional intelligence. This effort is important in line with the institution's efforts to apply the increase in PPK in madrasah. The effort must be clear and objective to be used as a guideline in order to improve the quality of a great, strong and dignified madrasah.

This study aimed to determine whether there are any correlation between emotional intelligence and the quality of friendship relations in adolescence. The initial presumption put forward in this study is there is a positive correlation between emotional intelligence and the quality of friendship relations in adolescence. This study tooks 162 high school students aged 15-17 years. Two scales used in this study are Emotional Intelligence Scale and Friendship Relations Quality. Data analysis method used in this study is Pearson product moment correlation analysis using computer program SPSS. The result indicate r = 0,532 and p = 0.000 or p < 0.01. This result shows that the initial presumption of this study is accepted, which means there is a positive correlation between emotional intelligence and the quality of friendship relations in adolescence with social skills as the most influential aspect to the quality of friendship relations.

Character education is interpreted as value education, character education, moral education, and behavioral education. Not many students have character that is not in accordance with the prevailing norms. With physics, students can change their mindset, one of them is through scientific attitude. Thus, this study aims to: (1) provide character education to students by using scientific attitudes as a reference (2) using the POE2WE learning model to provide a good example in student character education. In line with these objectives, this study uses literature study methods. Learning with the POE2WE model is one of the learning models that can help students to establish good and right character by building their own knowledge. In this discussion, namely in the subject of learning scientific attitudes that can educate good and true student character and use the POE2WE model.

The relationship between leadership and teamwork with the implementation of total quality management is a very significant relationship. Leadership an important role in the success of an organization. Leadership is based on the nature of someone who is able to change others to achieve a goal. Nowadays the tempest of the household not only raises acute disharmony between husband and wife but also has fatal consequences for the moral decadence of children. Therefore, it is felt necessary to examine family education in the book of Uqûd al-Lujjayn by Shaykh Nawawi to transmit objective steps in maintaining the stability of Islamic households to the community. This research is a type of literature study using a qualitative approach. From the results of the study, it was found that the purpose of family education is to care for the family from Hellfire with the approach of the science of jurisprudence and morals. Educators are fathers and mothers, while students are wives and children through the methods of instruction and habituation, question and answer, punishment and exemplary. The internalization of Shaykh Nawawi's family education is very relevant in modern families as a preventive measure from the threat of materialistic life style threats. Among them, optimizing the husband in playing his role as an educator for children and wife towards the inculcation of sharia values ​​and character education, not just fulfilling birth obligations. Likewise a mother establishes herself as a domestic worker and child educator. An ideal formulation of family education in realizing the quality of faith and piety not the quantity of thrones and possessions. But the concept of Shaykh Nawawi in intimidating children in giving orders needs to be synergized with typical modern children. For children who are hard-hearted, arrogant and egocentric, this concept is considered not accurate, so the relevance is not right. Likewise, direct punishment to children and wives is considered less relevant. Imposing punishment must be carried out procedurally with the principle of proportional and conditional sourced from the principle of min al-akhaffi ilâ al-asyad: starting from the lightest to the heaviest.

<p class="16aJudulAbstrak">There are a lot of individuals who have a hard time learning Arabic because teaching methods have not yet reached the point of performing other methods that could be applied in its learning. To achieve in this ability to speak Arabic must be associated with media that can make it easier for students to study or understand. One way to develop a vocabulary in this Arabic. Is to use a wall media. Word wall media is the proper and effective medium to improve Arabic memory. Research methods we use are literature study methods. The objective of this study is to increase the quantity and quality of learners in remembrance of the Arabic vocabulary.</p><p class="16aJudulAbstrak"> </p><p class="16aJudulAbstrak"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p class="16bIsiAbstrak">Masih banyak individu yang kesulitan dalam mempelajari bahasa Arab dikarenakan metode atau cara mengajar dari seorang guru belum mencapai tahap melakukan metode-metode lain yang mungkin bisa diterapkan di dalam pembelajarannya. Untuk mencapai dalam kemampuan berbahasa arab ini haruslah diikuti dengan media-media yang dapat memudahkan para pelajar agar lebih mudah untuk dipelajari atau dipahami. Salah satu cara untuk dapat mengembangkan kosakata dalam Bahasa arab ini adalah dengan menggunakan media Word Wall. Media Word Wall adalah media yang tepat dan efektif adalah metode studi kepustakaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas peserta didik dalam mengingat kosa kata bahasa Arab.</p>

The management activity of research report writing requires sufficient knowledge in its preparation. A researcher must learn about the management of understanding scientific concepts, as well as management of research reports that are based on scientific truth. In this study, 1 (one) method was used, namely a literature study of 10 (ten) to support the understanding of scientific concepts according to experts. The concept is a general idea that represents perceived understanding on the basis of reason and logic by someone who then forms a meaning deductively or inductively. Whereas knowledge is what is known or the results of work know. Then scientific truth is related to the quality of knowledge, where every knowledge possessed is viewed from the type of knowledge that is built. Thus scientific truth is an important point in scientific reporting, as the basic foundation of accurate management of report writing and must be displayed in every corner of the report. Animal feed knife is a tool that serves to cut and chop animal feed consisting of grass as the main ingredient with additives such as bran, herbs, centrate, cassava, tofu pulp and others. Therefore, as a cutting tool must have the properties of friction resistance, impact resistance, and have good sharpness, so that the material chosen is Ni-Hard 1. The use of centrifugal casting method was chosen because it has the advantage of being able to make castings with relatively thin thickness this is due to the influence of the centrifugal force on the distribution of metal liquids throughout the cavity in the mold. Case study in this study is the use of centrifugal casting methods as an alternative to gravity casting methods to overcome defects of misruns. This research was conducted to investigate the effect of speed on the formation of castings products. The method that was carried out began with a literature study on centrifugal casting, and continued by determining the material, the temperature of the cast is in the range 1250ºC - 1300ºC, and the type of mold. The next step is to do work drawings, pattern making, mold making, casting processes, fettling processes, and analysis. With variations in speed of 200 rpm, 300 rpm and 400 rpm, it can be seen the optimal speed for making this product. The results of this study obtained optimal speed at a speed of 300 rpm to make good quality of animal feed knife products.

The study evaluates the relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Effectiveness through a Systematic Review of Literature. The relationship has been evaluated in two steps. First, a Systematic review of literature was done to provide a theoretical framework to link the dimensions of Emotional Intelligence to the elements of effective leadership. Meta-analysis was then used to consolidate empirical evidence of the relationship. The studies for the meta-analysis were sourced from Pro Quest and EBSCO and the correlation coefficients of the studies were analysed. Only articles that presented the direct relationship between the variables were included in the study. The results of the analysis revealed a strong, statistically significant relationship between emotional intelligence and effective leadership. The findings of the study provide evidence for the proposition that Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Effectiveness are interrelated.

This literature study aims to find out whether the Teams Games Tournament learning model with task and forced strategies influences the development of Teams Games Tournament modifications and the tasks and forced students in the class. The problem in this learning is the activeness and creativity of students. The task strategy and force are chosen to complement the shortcomings of the Teams Games Tournament Learning Model. With the modifications can improve the quality of student learning, making students responsible and disciplined so that this learning is achieved. For educators, it is recommended to apply the Teams Games Tournament learning model to the task strategy and force at school, so that the learning objectives can be achieved optimally.
