Intolerant actions in the city of Palembang, according to Setara Institute data in 2018, show that Palembang is in the 53rd position as a tolerant city in Indonesia. The preservation of Palembang as one of the tolerant cities in Indonesia is something that needs to be jointly guarded by the government and the community. So that the government in this case through the police can involve the community in the process of preventing acts of terrorism, because they think that the approach by imposing the death penalty on terrorists does not always have implications for the decline in terrorism cases in Indonesia, especially in the city of Palembang. Preventive action can be taken by the police in various forms such as education through literacy in print and online media and can be done in the form of seminars and dialogues. This study is an interactive analysis model developed by Miles and Huberman, namely “We define analysis ass consisting of three concurrent flows of activity: data reduction, data display, and conslution drawing/verification” means that the analysis consists of three main activities that are interrelated. namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion/data verification. This study aims to show the efforts of the police in preventing criminal acts of terrorism in the city of Palembang with a preventive approach to society through mass communication, that in preventing terrorism, active participation from the community is also required.Tindakan intoleran di kota Palembang, dalam data Setara Institute pada tahun 2018 menunjukkan kota Palembang menempati posisi ke 53 sebagai kota toleran di Indonesia. Terjaganya Palembang sebagai salah satu kota toleran di Indonesia, merupakan hal yang perlu dijaga bersama antara pihak pemerintah dengan masyarakat. Sehingga pemerintah dalam hal ini melalui pihak kepolisian dapat melibatkan masyarakat dalam proses pencegahan terhadap tindak terorisme, karena beranggapan bahwa pendekatan dengan cara menjatuhkan hukuman mati pada pelaku teroris, tidak selalu berimplikasi pada menurunnya kasus terorisme di Indonesia, terkhusus di kota Palembang. Tindakan preventif dapat dilakukan oleh pihak kepolisian dengan berbagai bentuk seperti edukasi melalui literasi di media cetak dan online serta dapat dilakukan dengan bentuk seminar dan dialog. penelitian ini adalah analysis interractive model yang dikembangkan oleh Miles dan Huberman, yaitu “We define analysis ass  consisting of three concurrent flows of activity: data reduction, data display, and conslution drawing/verification” artinya bahwa analisis terdiri dari tiga kegiatan utama yang saling berkaitan yaitu reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan upaya pihak kepolisian dalam mencegah tindak pidana terorisme di kota Palembang dengan pendekatan preventif terhadap masyarakat melalui komunikasi massa, bahwa dalam mencegah terorisme juga diperlukan partisipasi aktif dari masyarakat.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap paradigma yang mendasari pelaksanaan pendidikan agama di sekolah pluralistik, dan menghasilkan paradigma pendididikan agama yang lebih relevan dengan masyarakat Indonesia yang pluralistik. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif eksploratif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif intepretif fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam didukung dengan observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif yang meliputi reduksi data, display data dan kesimpulan. Di samping itu, juga menggunakan Interpretive Phenomenolgy Analysis. Hasil penelitian adalah Pelaksanaan pendidikan agama konvensional di sekolah yang pluralistik belum mengikuti Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 55 Tahun 2007 dan PERMENAG Nomor 16 Tahun 2010 tentang Pengelolaan Pendidikan Agama pada Sekolah. Paradigma yang mendasari pendidikan agama adalah eksklusif dan inklusif. Paradigma pendidikan agama yang relevan dengan kondisi bangsa Indonesia yang pluralistik adalah paradigma budaya pluralisme demokratis-emansipatoris.Kata kunci:  paradigma, eksklusif, inklusif, konvensional, phenomenology, demokratis-emansipatoris THE PARADIGM OF RELIGION EDUCATION IN A PLURAL COMMUNITYAbstractThis study was to uncover the paradigm that became the basis of the implementation of conventional religion education in the pluralistic schools and to generate a religion education paradigm that would be more relevant to the pluralistic Indonesian society. The approach that the researcher employed in the study was the qualitative interpretative phenomenology. The data were collected through an in-depth interview, and the in-depth interview was supported by an observation and documentation. Then, for the data analysis the researcher implemented the interactive analysis that included data reduction, data display and conclusion. In addition, the researcher also implemented the Interpretive Phenomenology Analysis. The results of the study show that the implementation of conventional religion education in the pluralistic schools has not fulfilled the requirements of the Government Regulation Number 55 Year 2007 and the Minister of Religion Decree Number 16 Year 2010 about the Management of Religion Education in the School. The paradigm that becomes the basis of religion education is the exclusive and inclusive education. The religion education paradigm that is relevant to the conditions of pluralistic Indonesian society is the one which is democratic-emancipative, and pluralistic.Keyword: paradigm, exclusive, inclusive, conventional, phenomenology, democratic-emancipatory

The purpose of this study is to describe the model of communication policy on the development of the city without slum (Kotaku). The method which is used in this study was descriptive qualitative approach. This study is located in Medan Area sub district and Medan Helvetia sub district, Medan city. The informants were six people, consisting of three Kotaku facilitators, two leader of the Community Self-Help Agency (BKM) and one person from the Government (Dinas PUPR). Techniques of collecting data through the interview process using (semi-structured) interview guides, observation and document tracking. Techniques of analyzing data is used by Miles & Huberman model, starting with data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/ verification. Check the validity of the data by using triangulation. The results shows that the model of communication policy on the development of the city without slum (Kotaku) Medan City uses a linear communication model where all policies related to planning the communication policy on the development of the city without slum (Kotaku) Medan city are carried out by the Government based on three things: the 1945 Constitution, Presidential Decree and Mayor's Decree.

This study was a qualitative study employing the pragmatic approach. Thesubjects comprised the lecturer and students of the workshop class in the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the State Polytechnic of Malang. The data were  ollected through observations. The researcher was the key instrument, equipped with observation guides and an electronic recorder. The data were analyzed using the interactive analysis model by Miles and Huberman in three steps: (1) data reduction, (2) data display, and (3) conclusion drawing or verification. The results show that lecturer-student directive acts in the workshop class interaction are dominated byimperative sentences more than declarative and interrogative sentences. Studentlecturer directive acts are dominated by interrogative sentences. The functions of lecturer-student directive acts are more varied than those of student-lecturer directive acts. The request function in the lecturer-student interaction is the most dominant function among other functions. In the student-lecturer interaction, the command function is more dominant than the request function.

This research is motivated by problems related to moral degradation that still often occurs everywhere. Various efforts from the government have been made to address this problem, one of them is by promoting character education. Many programs that have been launched by the government related to the improvement of the character of this nation, one of them through the mandatory extracurricular scout program in schools. Not only must that, learning in schools also contain character education. Mainly Islamic Religious Education as its goal is to form human beings. For this reason, the inclusion of Islamic Religious Education values in scouting activities is expected to produce quality characters, both in the mind, physical and spiritual aspects. The data of this study were compiled from residents of Public Middle School 2 Peunaron, East Aceh, who could provid Existing problems were answered through qualitative research with data collection methods such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed qualitatively by the Miles & Huberman interactive analysis model with data collection schemes, data reduction, data display and conclusions.e data related to the internalization of Islamic Education values as research objects. The high rate of divorce, especially in West Sumatra, is an important note for religious extension workers to increase their role and quality in providing counseling. Therefore, fast and progressive action is needed to overcome this. Another phenomenon revealed from the above data is that the divorce case is dominated by the wife's lawsuit. Therefore, it takes the role of religious counselors at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) to increase family resilience. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of religious instructors in increasing family resilience in the city of Padang from physical, social, and psychological aspects. Data collection techniques used interviews and were analyzed with the Miles and Huberman models following the stages of data reduction, data display, conclusion. The role of religious counselors in increasing family resilience has been carried out quite well, although not yet maximized because the raw materials are not yet available, the methods used are only advice and lectures and have not been evaluated continuously.

Zastrow Al-Ngatawi as the subject of this research has done something similar to Wali Songo, but the scope of activities carried out by Zastrow Al-Ngatawi is more simple. The thing he did was one of the glory in Da’wah activities. This research is qualitative descriptive. The subject in this study was Zastrouw Al-Ngatawi. Data collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. For analysis using Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis theory which includes data reduction (data reduction), presenting data (data display), and making conclusions or verification (conclusion drawing).

This study aims to determine the extent to which the application of archive learning based on the Kurikulum 2013 conducted by XII students in Office Administration at the SMK Negeri 1 Tepus. This is a evaluative study in which the methods used are Context, Input, Process and Product (CIPP). Data collection is obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis using interactive analysis by Miles and Huberman consists of data collection, data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display) and conclusions (conclusions / verification). The results of the study indicate that the implementation of archive learning is considered, starting with preparing syllabus and lesson plans (RPP) so that they can be implemented in the classroom starting from Opening Activities, Core Activities, and Closing Activities. However, in real practice, these activities are considered to be less in line with the implementation of the Kurikulum 2013 because there have been many obstacles felt by teachers, students, and school infrastructure.

ABSTRAK Kesehatan dan kelangsungan hidup bayi baru lahir sangat penting untuk menjamin optimalitas pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak-anak. Menurut Profil Kesehatan Kabupaten Semarang 2014, tercatat sebanyak 8,15% per 1000 Kelahiran Hidup (KH) angka kematian bayi baru lahir. Kasus kematian bayi baru lahir mendominasi kasus kematian bayi di Kabupaten Semarang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan peran tenaga kesehatan dalam usaha pencegahan kesakitan dan kematian bayi baru lahir di wilayah binaan Puskesmas Getasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam. Teknik analisa data dilakukan dengan model Miles and Huberman, yaitu Data Reduction (reduksi data), Data Display (penyajian data) dan Conclusion Drawing/verification. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 1 bulan pada Mei 2017 di Puskesmas Getasan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peran tenaga kesehatan dalam usaha pencegahan kesakitan dan kematian bayi baru lahir yang terutama adalah sebagai pelaksana program yang telah dicanangkan pemerintah serta lebih berfokus pada layanan bayi neonatal & bayi dengan risiko. Dalam menjalankan perannya tenaga kesehatan melakukan berbagai inisiatif dalam usaha menurunkan angka kematian bayi baru lahir di wilayah binaan Puskesmas Getasan.   Kata Kunci: Kematian bayi baru lahir, peran tenaga kesehatan, layanan kesehatan primer.     ABSTRACT The health and survival of newborns are important to ensure the optimality of children’s growth and development. Semarang District Health Profile 2014, recorded that there were 8.15% deaths of newborns on every 1000 live births. The death cases of newborns dominated the contribution of infant mortality in Semarang District. The purpose of this research is to describe roles of health workers in the effort to descrease the morbidity and mortality numbers of newborns in Puskesmas Getasan’s target areas. This research used a qualitative descriptive method with in-depth interviews as the data collection method. The data analyzed with the Miles and Huberman model, which emphasized in the data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. This research was held for a month started from May 2017 at Puskesmas Getasan. The results of this study concluded that the main role of health workers in the effort to descrease the morbidity and mortality numbers of newborns is as implementer of programs that have been declared by the government and more focused on the services especially for neonatal with high risk of illness. However, strategies and initiatives had been done by health workers and resulted in the decrease of the mortality number of newborns in Puskesmas Getasan’s target area.   Keywords: Newborn deaths , role of health workers, primary health care.

This research was inspired by some of the realities that the author found related to the implementation of character education, especially in several regencies/cities in East Kalimantan. Apart from the author’s concern toward the case of the moral decadence of the nation's children, this should be a demand and obligation for every educator to form the character of his students. Therefore, various models and innovations began to be developed by educational units led by creative teachers starting to package character-based learning designs and innovations. This research focuses on character models developed by the school. This research is a field work research that focuses on multi-site studies. Sources of data in this study include: teachers and students in several schools are the focus of research. The research locus is spread in several regions, namely: Tarakan, Bulungan, East Kutai and Bontang. The data collection techniques that the author uses in this study include: observations, interviews and documentations. Furthermore, the findings of the research data were processed using Milles and Hubberman's interactive analysis using the data reduction flow , data display and data conclusions . Based on the findings of the research, it can be concluded that the character values developed include: religious values, creative, independent and responsible, the spirit of nationality and love for the motherland, tolerance, communication and love the environment.

<em>The purpose of this study is to describe the use of Central Java folklore as<strong> </strong>a strengthening of character building on Indonesian learning. This research is a case study which belongs to qualitative research and uses document as the data analysis. The object of this research is Central Java folklore, classroom observation result, lesson plan and syllabus of VII grade second semester, and the interview script of teacher and student. The technique of subject taking used is purposive sampling. The technique of collecting data is observation, interview, and document analysis. The validity test is using method triangulation and source triangulation. The data analysis technique is interactive analysis technique which consists of data reduction, data display, and building meaning and interpretation.The researcher found that, first, the intrinsic element of Central Javafolklore was encouraged by the characters in each story. Second, the value of character building on Central Javafolklore that existed in the characters. Third, the use of Central Javafolklore in Indonesian learning begins with planning in the form of lesson plan development based on the syllabus that has been prepared by the government. The planning, the implementation of learning begins from preparing the physical and psychological learners by providing stimulus in the form of motivation.</em>
